1. A sheet severing device, comprising:

a mounting frame;

the fixed adsorption plate is fixed relative to the mounting rack;

the rotary adsorption plates are arranged in two numbers, the two rotary adsorption plates are respectively arranged on two sides of the fixed adsorption plate and can rotate relative to the fixed adsorption plate, and the fixed adsorption plate and the rotary adsorption plate are respectively provided with an adsorption structure for adsorbing a material sheet;

and the driving mechanism comprises a transmission part and a driving part for driving the transmission part to move linearly, wherein the transmission part is connected with the two sides in a transmission manner through the rotary adsorption plates, and the linear movement of the transmission part is respectively opposite to the two sides so as to drive the rotary adsorption plates to rotate through force application of the rotary adsorption plates.

2. The sheet severing device according to claim 1, wherein a guiding structure for guiding the rotation of the rotary absorbing plate is respectively disposed between the transmission member and the rotary absorbing plates on both sides.

3. The sheet severing device of claim 2, wherein the guide structure includes a guide groove provided on one of the transmission member and the rotary adsorption plate, and a follower moving along the guide groove provided on the other of the transmission member and the rotary adsorption plate.

The sheet severing device according to claim 3, wherein the rotary suction plate has a guide block fixed to a side thereof facing away from the suction surface, the guide groove is provided on the guide block, and the guide groove is an elongated groove extending in a direction parallel to the suction surface;

the followers are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the transmission component, and the followers are rollers.

5. The sheet severing device of claim 1, further comprising a return spring connected between the rotary suction plate and the mounting frame.

6. The sheet severing device according to claim 5, further comprising a limiting component disposed between the rotating adsorption plate and the mounting frame for limiting the resetting of the rotating adsorption plate.

7. The sheet severing device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein fixing blocks are fixed to opposite sides of the fixed suction plate, respectively, and opposite ends of the rotary suction plates at both sides are rotatably connected to the fixing blocks, respectively.

8. The sheet breaking device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the driving member is a driving cylinder, a cylinder body of the driving cylinder is fixed on the mounting frame, and a movable portion of the driving cylinder is connected with the transmission member.

9. A sheet severing system comprising a conveying device, a lifting device, a scribing device, and the sheet severing device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein:

the transport device is configured to transport a web;

the scribing device is positioned at a front station of the sheet breaking-off device and is configured to scribe the material sheet on the conveying device so as to generate scratches on the material sheet;

the lifting device is configured to drive the sheet breaking-off device to move in a direction close to the conveying device and a direction far away from the conveying device;

the sheet severing device is configured to sever the scored web by breaking the web at the score position.
