To prevent the metal from flowing out of the storage tank 42, a level sensor 100 is provided on the storage tank 42.

The first sealing mechanism and the second sealing mechanism are identical in structure and comprise a sealing cone 43, the lower end of the sealing cone 43 is a cone with a downward pointed end, the diameter of the large end of the cone is larger than that of a blanking port or a pouring port matched with the large end of the cone, a lifting step convenient for lifting by a lifting mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the sealing cone 43, and a sealing cone return spring 101 is sleeved outside the sealing cone 43 for facilitating the return of the sealing cone 43. The second vertical moving mechanism comprises a second vertical seat 92, a second vertical sliding rail 93 is arranged on the second vertical seat 92, a second vertical sliding block 94 capable of moving up and down on the second vertical sliding rail 93 is arranged on the second vertical sliding rail 93, a second radial moving seat 71 is fixedly arranged on the second vertical sliding block 94, a second vertical threaded seat is arranged on the second radial moving seat 71, a second vertical moving motor 96 is fixedly arranged on the second vertical seat 92, a second vertical screw 97 is arranged at the output end of the second vertical moving motor 96, the second vertical screw 97 is in threaded connection with the second vertical threaded seat, and when the second vertical moving motor 96 works, the second radial moving seat 71 is driven to move up and down on the second vertical sliding rail 93 through the matching between the second vertical screw 97 and the second vertical threaded seat.

In order to ensure that the metal ingot is formed before the metal ingot is unloaded, a detection device for detecting the hardness of the metal ingot is arranged on the unloading device D, and the detection device moves along with the inner rotating frame. Based on the working system, the working method for automatically casting and molding the metal ingot comprises the following steps: the cooling device works in the whole process;

1. pouring, (1) feeding liquid into the storage box 42, wherein the molten metal enters the storage box 42 through a liquid feeding pipeline, and when a liquid level sensor detects that the molten metal in the storage box 42 reaches a certain height, the molten metal cannot enter the storage box 42; (2) the rotating mechanism works, so that an empty hopper 3 rotates to the position below the discharge opening of the storage box 42, the weighing roller 5a just abuts against the clamping block 38 at the moment, and the rotating mechanism stops working; (3) the second lifting mechanism works to drive the second sealing mechanism to move upwards to a moving height, so that the molten metal can smoothly flow into the hopper 3 from the feed opening, and when the weight of the molten metal in the hopper 3 reaches a certain value, the second lifting mechanism works reversely to drive the second sealing mechanism to move downwards, so that the feed opening is blocked by the sealing cone 43; (4) the rotating mechanism works, so that the hopper 3 with the quantitative molten metal rotates to the position above the pouring hole, and the rotating mechanism stops working; (5) the switch mechanism works to expose the pouring hole; (6) the first lifting mechanism works to lift the first sealing mechanism to a certain height, so that molten metal can smoothly enter the die 1, and after the molten metal in the hopper 3 is poured, the first lifting mechanism works reversely, so that the sealing cone 43 of the first sealing mechanism plugs the pouring gate; (7) the switching mechanism works reversely to shield the pouring hole;

2. the slag is fished, (1) the first tangential moving mechanism works to enable the slag collecting hopper 67 to leave the upper part of the die 1 needing slag fishing, and after the slag collecting hopper 67 leaves, the first tangential moving mechanism stops working; (2) the first vertical moving mechanism works to enable the first radial moving mechanism to move downwards, and when the lower ends of the slag salvaging plate 6 and the slag salvaging box 7 are in contact with the die, the first vertical moving mechanism stops working; (3) the first radial moving mechanism works to enable the slag salvaging plate 6 and the slag salvaging box 7 to move oppositely until the slag salvaging plate 6 is overlapped on the slag salvaging box 7, and the first radial moving mechanism stops working; (4) the first vertical moving mechanism works reversely to enable the first radial moving mechanism to move upwards, and when the slag salvaging plate 6 and the slag salvaging box 7 return, the first vertical moving mechanism stops working; (5) the first tangential moving mechanism works reversely, so that when the slag collecting hopper 67 returns, the first tangential moving mechanism stops working; (6) the first radial moving mechanism works reversely to enable the slag salvaging plate 6 and the slag salvaging box 7 to move reversely, and the first radial moving mechanism stops working after the slag salvaging plate 6 and the slag salvaging box 7 return; (7) the first vertical moving mechanism works to enable the first radial moving mechanism to move downwards, and after the slag dragging box 7 is turned over by the top seat, the first vertical moving mechanism stops working; (8) the first vertical moving mechanism works reversely to enable the first radial moving mechanism to move upwards, and when the slag salvaging plate 6 and the slag salvaging box 7 return, the first vertical moving mechanism stops working;

3. unloading, (1) with the rotation of the inner rotating frame, the pushing mechanism is jacked up by the jacking mechanism to push the metal ingot out of the die; (2) the second vertical moving mechanism works to drive the second radial moving mechanism and the grabbing claw 69 to move downwards, and when the lower end of the grabbing claw 69 can grab the metal ingot, the second vertical moving mechanism stops working; (3) the third radial moving motor 79 works to enable the two grabbing claws 69 to move oppositely until the grabbing claws 69 tightly clamp the metal ingot, and the third radial moving motor 79 stops working; (4) the second vertical moving mechanism works reversely to drive the second radial moving mechanism and the grabbing claw 69 to move upwards, and when the second radial moving seat 71 returns to the original position, the second vertical moving mechanism stops working; (5) the second radial direction moving motor 75 operates to move the gripping claw 69 toward the outer rotating frame, and when the ingot is moved above the outer rotating frame, the second radial direction moving motor 75 stops operating; (6) the second vertical moving mechanism works to drive the second radial moving mechanism and the grabbing claw 69 to move downwards, and when the metal ingot is contacted with the outer rotating frame, the second vertical moving mechanism stops working; (7) the third radial movement motor 79 works reversely to make the two grabbing claws 69 move reversely until the two grabbing claws 69 return, and the third radial movement motor 79 stops working; (8) the second vertical moving mechanism works reversely to drive the second radial moving mechanism and the grabbing claw 69 to move upwards, and when the second radial moving seat 71 returns to the original position, the second vertical moving mechanism stops working; (9) the second radial direction moving motor 75 works reversely, so that the grabbing claw 69 moves away from the outer rotating frame, and when the second radial direction sliding rail 73 returns to the original position, the second radial direction moving motor 75 stops working.
