Background

Along with the increasing intensification degree of livestock and poultry breeding in China, stress diseases, particularly heat stress diseases, become one of important diseases in the breeding industry in China. The beef cattle belongs to constant-temperature animals, sweat glands are not developed, heat resistance is poor, the beef cattle has the problems of body temperature rise, respiratory rate acceleration, appetite reduction and the like under heat stress, production performance of the beef cattle is seriously reduced, and huge economic loss is caused to the beef cattle breeding industry. Adding active substances into the feed to improve the anti-stress capability of animal organisms is one of the commonly used nutrition regulation means. The feed additive for relieving heat stress of beef cattle mainly comprises Chinese herbal medicines, vitamins, amino acids, trace elements, oligosaccharides and the like.

At present, the majority of patents for feed additives for heat stress of beef cattle are mainly based on compound Chinese herbal medicines, multiple vitamins and the like, and are matched with part of raw materials such as minerals, polysaccharides, probiotics and the like, so that although the feed additives have the effect of resisting heat stress, the components are complex, the sources are unstable, the feed additives are inconvenient to use, and unknown incompatibility can exist. Furthermore, the feed for beef cattle usually contains a certain amount of vitamins, amino acids, minerals, etc., and may conflict with and even be poisoned by the nutritional components in the feed when using the existing anti-stress products. Aiming at the technical problems, the invention provides a feed additive for relieving heat stress of beef cattle, and a preparation device and a preparation method thereof.

The technical scheme is that the feed additive for relieving heat stress of beef cattle comprises 40-50 parts of ginkgo leaves, 40-50 parts of garlic skins, 1-5 parts of betaine, 1-5 parts of sodium bicarbonate and 5-10 parts of potassium chloride.

The preparation method of the feed additive comprises the steps of selecting and weighing folium ginkgo and garlic skin, carrying out drying treatment on the folium ginkgo and the garlic skin, crushing the dried folium ginkgo and the dried garlic skin, wherein the crushing mesh number is 20-40 meshes, mixing the crushed folium ginkgo and the crushed garlic skin, adding betaine, sodium bicarbonate and potassium chloride, and uniformly mixing the materials to obtain the feed additive.

ginkgo leaf: the content of nutrient substances is more than 90.0 percent of dry substances, less than 17.0 percent of crude ash, more than 12.0 percent of crude protein, more than 7.5 percent of crude fat, more than 20.0 percent of crude fiber, more than 1.0 percent of flavone and more than 0.4 percent of terpene lactone;

garlic skin: the content of nutrient substances is more than 90.0 percent of dry substances, less than 9.5 percent of crude ash, more than 4.0 percent of crude protein, more than 3.0 percent of crude fat, more than 13.0 percent of crude fiber, more than 1.0 percent of flavone and more than 1.0 percent of allicin; selecting white skin garlic as the garlic skin;

betaine: purity > 99.0%;

sodium bicarbonate: purity > 99.0%;

potassium chloride: purity > 99.0%.

The beef cattle heat stress treatment method of the feed additive is characterized in that 4 parts of the feed additive is additionally added into concentrated feed.

The feed additive and the preparation device based on beef cattle heat stress relieving comprise a machine shell, wherein support legs are arranged at the bottom of the machine shell, a plurality of feed inlets are arranged at the top of the machine shell, a discharge outlet is arranged at the bottom of the machine shell, and a drying mechanism and a crushing mechanism are arranged in the machine shell; the push plate can be pushed by an electric push rod;

a filter screen is arranged at the bottom of the drying chamber; the lower surface of the push plate is attached to the upper surface of the filter screen;

a heating assembly is arranged on the lower side of the filter screen, the heating assembly comprises a vertically arranged bearing cylinder, heat conduction grids are distributed around the peripheral wall of the bearing cylinder, a plurality of electric heating rods are arranged in the heat conduction grids, the bottom ends of the electric heating rods are connected with electric heating wires arranged below the heat conduction grids, and the electric heating wires are arranged in a labyrinth manner;

the center of the bottom of the bearing cylinder is provided with the discharge hole.

An exhaust port is arranged at the top of the drying chamber, and an electromagnetic valve is arranged at the exhaust port;

The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects: the feed raw materials such as ginkgo leaves, garlic skins, betaine, sodium bicarbonate and potassium chloride are used for composing the formula, and the heat stress reaction of the beef cattle is relieved by stimulating appetite, improving the oxidation resistance and immunity of the organism, promoting the gastrointestinal health, regulating intestinal microbial flora, improving peripheral blood circulation, regulating osmotic pressure and the like aiming at the problems of low appetite, high metabolic strength, difficult heat dissipation, poor resistance and the like of the beef cattle under heat stress. Wherein, the ginkgo leaf and the garlic skin are rich in flavonoid substances, and the ginkgo leaf and the garlic skin can synergistically and efficiently remove redundant free radicals generated by metabolism, enhance the oxidation resistance, maintain the stable redox state and reduce the inflammation level; the garlicin contained in the garlic peel can stimulate appetite, inhibit the growth of harmful pathogenic bacteria in intestinal tracts, improve the immunity of organisms, and can synergistically promote the repair of gastrointestinal mucosa and improve the absorption capacity with the ginkgolide; betaine can regulate cell osmotic pressure, protect normal function of cell membrane, and participate in energy and protein anabolism as methyl donor to maintain normal physiological function of organism; the sodium bicarbonate and potassium chloride are used as electrolyte replenisher, and can cooperate with betaine to maintain osmotic pressure balance, improve animal resistance, maintain immunity in optimal state, prevent rumen acidosis, maintain gastrointestinal homeostasis, and cooperate with garlicin to stimulate appetite.
