Preferably, the welding device swings back and forth during the fourth welding or/and the fifth welding.

Preferably, the at least one weld is followed by a further process of removing slag from the weld.

Preferably, a process of heating the weld is provided before at least one weld.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the welding device and the welding method of the steel plate have the advantages that the welding position is not easy to crack, the welding is standard, and the welding quality is good.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the welding gun operation type welding device comprises a device frame 1, wherein a roller 2 for conveying a welding object is arranged on the device frame, the edge of the welding object 3 at a welding seam part is a welding edge, and a welding seam 4 is arranged between the two welding edges; the welding gun is also arranged on the device frame and can generate welding flux, the welding seam always moves forwards under the welding gun under the action of the roller, the welding gun welds the welding seam, a welded object moves from back to front in the welding process, and the direction of an arrow F in the drawing moves forwards; the method is characterized in that: the welding guns are multiple, and are respectively a first welding gun 5, a second welding gun 6 and a third welding gun 7 from back to front; the first welding gun faces one side of the lower surface of the welding seam, the second welding gun faces the other side of the lower surface of the welding seam, and the third welding gun faces the lower surface of the middle of the welding seam; the third welding gun is also arranged on the device frame through a third movement device 71, and the third movement device can enable the third welding gun to swing back and forth or/and left and right.

The third motion device may be a speed reducer, a motor, a gear box, etc., as long as the third welding gun can swing back and forth or left and right, which can be realized by those skilled in the art, and one embodiment of the trajectory of the third welding gun (sprayed with flux) is shown in fig. 7, but may be of other folded line structures.

Furthermore, the fourth welding gun is also mounted on the device frame through a fourth movement device 81, and the fourth movement device can enable the fourth welding gun to swing back and forth.

Further, the fifth welding gun is further mounted on the mounting frame through a fifth moving device 91, and the fifth moving device can enable the fifth welding gun to swing back and forth.

The structure and principle of the components are the same.

Preferably, the welding device swings back and forth during the fourth welding or/and the fifth welding.

Preferably, the at least one weld is followed by a further process of removing slag from the weld.

Preferably, a process of heating the weld is provided before at least one weld.
