and then taking out the film sticking device (50), removing the first release sheet (452) on the patch (40), and placing the protective film (60) into the protective film accommodating space (54) on the film sticking device (50), wherein the protective film (60) is bonded with the patch (40) so as to be assembled on the film sticking device (50).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of mobile phone film pasting, in particular to an auxiliary film pasting tool and an auxiliary film pasting method.

Background

After the mobile phone screen is scratched or broken, the replacement cost is hundreds of yuan, even thousands of yuan, so people develop a mobile phone protective film to be attached on the mobile phone screen to protect the screen from scratching. When the mobile phone is pasted with the film, the protective film and the mobile phone screen need to be aligned, and in the pasting process, bubbles cannot exist between the protective film and the screen, otherwise, the vision is affected, and the protective film is easy to fall off. Preferably, the auxiliary film sticking tool further comprises a patch, wherein the patch comprises a film sticking area for attaching a protective film and a bonding part which is arranged around the film sticking area and used for bonding a film sticking device, the bonding part and the film sticking area are provided with a first adhesive layer, and the first adhesive layer is covered with a release layer.

Preferably, the release layer includes a first release sheet opposite to the film-attached region and a second release sheet opposite to the bonded portion.

Preferably, the adhesive force of the first adhesive layer is smaller than that of the adhesive layer on the protective film.

The invention also provides an auxiliary film pasting method for assisting in assembling the protective film and the film pasting device, and the film pasting method comprises the following steps:

a second release sheet on the patch is removed, and the patch is arranged in the accommodating cavity on the auxiliary film pasting tool by means of the patch positioning ring;

then the top of a film sticking device is downwards arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the film sticking device is pressed downwards to enable the patch to be bonded on the film sticking device;

and then taking out the film sticking device, removing the first release sheet on the patch, and placing the protective film into a protective film accommodating space on the film sticking device, wherein the protective film is bonded with the patch so as to be assembled on the film sticking device.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has at least the following beneficial effects:

The invention is further illustrated with reference to the following figures and examples.

The auxiliary film sticking tool is used for assisting in assembling the protective film 60 (see fig. 12) and the film sticking device 50 (see fig. 12).

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the auxiliary film pasting tool includes a substrate 10 and a pasting positioning ring 20. The top of the substrate 10 is provided with a containing cavity 12 for containing the film sticking device 50, and an annular groove structure 11 with an upward opening is arranged around the bottom edge of the containing cavity 12. The patch positioning ring 20 is movably installed in the annular groove structure 11, the bottom of the patch positioning ring 20 is provided with an elastic member 30, the top of the patch positioning ring 20 protrudes from the bottom of the accommodating cavity 12 and extends into the accommodating cavity 12 when no external force acts (as shown in fig. 2), and the top of the patch positioning ring 20 retracts into the annular groove structure 11 when pressure acts (as shown in fig. 9).

The elastic member 30 may be made of silicon, metal spring, or the like.

As a preferred embodiment, the elastic member 30 is a plurality of springs, a plurality of blind holes 13 (see fig. 1) are spaced at the bottom of the annular groove structure 11, one end of each of the plurality of springs is fixed in the plurality of blind holes 13, and the other end of each of the plurality of springs abuts against the bottom of the patch positioning ring 20. The springs are used as the elastic members 30 and are distributed at equal intervals, so that the elastic members have good elasticity on one hand and are beneficial to smooth movement of the patch positioning ring 20 on the other hand. But has the disadvantage that the installation is cumbersome due to the small spring. Silica gel column can be used to replace the spring, but the elasticity is relatively poor.

The patch in this application acts as a connection for connecting the protective film 60 and the applicator 50.

Figures 3 and 4 show one configuration of patch 40. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the patch 40 includes a film attaching area 42 for attaching a protective film and an adhesion portion 41 for adhering a film applicator, which is annularly disposed around the film attaching area 42, the adhesion portion 41 and the film attaching area 42 are provided with a first adhesive layer 44, the first adhesive layer 44 is covered with a release layer 45, the release layer 45 is used for protecting the first adhesive layer 44, and the release layer 45 needs to be removed first when in use.

Further the release layer 45 comprises a first release sheet 452 and a second release sheet 451, said first release sheet 452 being opposite to said membrane area 42 and said second release sheet 451 being opposite to said adhesive portion 41. Thus, the second release sheet 451 may be removed to assemble the patch 40 with the applicator 50, and then the first release sheet 452 may be removed to assemble the protective film 60. Adhesion of the film-attaching region 42 to the applicator 50 or human hand during assembly of the patch 40 and applicator 50 is avoided.

To further facilitate the lamination, it is preferable that the adhesive force of the first adhesive layer 44 is smaller than that of the adhesive layer on the protective film 60.

As shown in fig. 3, a lug 43 is further provided on one side of the patch 40. The tab 43 is manually grasped to facilitate the assembly and removal of the patch 40 from the applicator 50 and protective film 60.

One construction of the applicator 50 is shown in FIG. 5. Referring to fig. 5, the film applicator 50 includes a frame 51 for accommodating and fixing the mobile phone, the frame 51 has a first end corresponding to the screen of the mobile phone and a second end corresponding to the back of the mobile phone, in fig. 5, the first end is an upper end, the second end is a lower end, the first end has an inward convex plate 53 at its periphery, a protective film accommodating space 54 is formed between the convex plates 53, the top of the convex plate 53 forms a patch fixing portion to be matched with the bonding portion 41 on the patch 40 to fix the patch 40 on the top of the protective film accommodating space 54 (as shown in fig. 10), the thickness of the convex plate 53 is matched with the thickness of the protective film 60 to ensure that the bottom of the protective film 60 is in the same plane with the bottom of the convex plate 53 after the protective film 60 is bonded by the patch 40 (as shown in fig. 12), so that the mobile phone is accommodated in the mobile phone accommodating cavity 55, the protective film 60 is attached to the screen.

As shown in fig. 5, the top of the protruding plate 53 is lower than the top of the frame 51 to form a step 52, so that the patch 40 is flush with or slightly lower than the top of the frame 51 after being fixed on the film applicator 50 (as shown in fig. 10). Thus, the patch 40 is not lifted by mistake.

A method of assisting the attachment of the film using the above-described tool will be described with reference to fig. 6 to 12.

First, the second release piece 451 on the patch 40 is removed, and the patch 40 is loaded into the receiving cavity 12 of the auxiliary pasting tool by the patch positioning ring 20, specifically, as shown in fig. 6, one end of the patch 40 is pressed against the inner side of the patch positioning ring 20, and the patch 40 is slowly loaded into the receiving cavity 12 of the pasting tool, as shown in fig. 7, so that the position of the patch 40 is ensured to be accurate.

Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the applicator 50 is loaded with the top of the applicator 50 facing downward into the receiving chamber 12 and the applicator 50 is pressed downward, the applicator 50 pushes the patch positioning ring 20 to move downward and retract into the annular groove structure 11, and the top (lower in FIG. 9) of the raised plate 53 on the applicator 50 is bonded to the bonding portion 41 on the patch 40, as shown in FIG. 9, at which time the elastic member 30 is compressed and charged with energy.

The applicator 50 is then removed and the patch 40 is mounted to the applicator 50 as shown in figure 10. The first release sheet 452 on the patch 40 is then removed. Then, the protection film 60 is put into the protection film accommodating space 54 of the applicator 50, specifically, as shown in fig. 11, one end of the protection film 60 is abutted against the side wall of the protection film accommodating space 54 (i.e., the inner end of the convex plate 53), the protection film 60 is slowly put into the protection film accommodating space 54, and the protection film 60 is bonded to the patch 40, as shown in fig. 12, so that the assembly of the protection film 60 and the applicator 50 is completed.

It can be seen that the patch 40 can be quickly and easily supported on the top of the protective film receiving space 54 on the applicator 50 by means of the auxiliary applicator tool, so that the assembly of the protective film 60 and the applicator 50 is simple and convenient.
