Background

Advertising light-emitting words are an increasing number of signboard forms currently adopted in the traditional advertising industry; the existing technology is acrylic injection molding, the frame (side plate) and the panel of the character are both made of acrylic, the acrylic of the panel has good light transmission, and the acrylic of the side plate can be light transmission or light non-transmission according to the requirement; the bottom plate is used for fixing the LED lamp beads, does not need acrylic, is an independent common material, is generally a metal plate or a PVC plate, and needs to be cut in the existing processing of the bottom plate;

in conclusion, the manufacturing of the advertising luminous characters is complex, injection molding equipment is needed, material waste is caused, and a base plate needs to be cut, so that a large amount of noise and dust pollution are caused;

meanwhile, 3D printing technology has been rapidly developed and gradually applied to more industries, and a part of advertisement light-emitting words in the advertisement field are printed on side plates by using a 3D printer; however, the panel and the bottom plate need to be manufactured and assembled separately, and although the large-scale use of injection molding equipment is replaced, a large amount of cutting and assembling work is still needed, so that great improvement space exists.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a 3D printing and forming method for advertising luminous characters, which can finish the processing of a shell by a 3D printer, avoid a bottom plate cutting procedure and an assembly process, reduce the process complexity, reduce the cutting noise pollution, simplify the final integral assembly process and improve the efficiency.
