The invention relates to a steel pallet.

Background

The existing steel pallet mostly adopts 3 basic components: the panel, the supporting legs and the bottom supporting bars are combined through welding or riveting and the like. The panel is made of C-shaped section, W-shaped section, square pipeline and other sections, the supporting legs are made of square iron pipes, round pipes and the like, and the supporting bars are made of C-shaped section, W-shaped section, square pipeline and other sections, namely the three sections are made of different sections. Two problems are caused, namely 1, a plurality of processing devices are needed to be used for processing in the mass production process, the process complexity is high, and the product manufacturing efficiency is reduced; and 2, various parts need to be reserved and marked, so that the storage burden is increased.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the steel tray, the panel, the supporting legs and the bottom supporting bars are made of uniform sectional materials and are assembled, so that the complexity of the process is simplified, and the storage burden is reduced.

Preferably, the panel, the middle supporting legs and the bottom supporting bars are welded, and the edge supporting legs and the bottom supporting bars are welded.

The invention has the advantages that:

1. the panel, the supporting legs and the bottom supporting bars are all made of W-shaped profiles, so that the complexity of the process is simplified, the storage burden is reduced, and the assembly is facilitated;

2. the W-shaped section bar has high structural strength, and the overall structural strength of the tray is obviously improved.

The steel pallet of the present invention will be further described with reference to fig. 1 to 3.

the panel 1 and the bottom supporting strip 3 are both W-shaped sections;

the supporting legs are formed by bending W-shaped profiles.

The embodiment is further configured as follows: the supporting legs are divided into an edge supporting leg 21 and a middle supporting leg 22;

the edge supporting leg 21 includes a first side wall 211, a first bottom wall 212, a second side wall 213 and a first supporting wall 214, which are formed by bending the first end of the panel 1 in sequence, the first supporting wall 214 is supported on the lower surface of the panel 1 to improve the supporting strength of the panel 1, and the first bottom wall 212 is supported on the bottom supporting bar 3;

When the tray is used specifically, in order to improve the density between the panels 1, the W-shaped section bars 4 are welded on the upper surface of the panels 1, so that the overall structural strength of the tray can be improved, the supporting area of goods can be increased, and the stability of goods placement is improved; the edge supporting leg 21 is arranged in an integral structure with the panel 1, so that the integrity between the edge supporting leg 21 and the panel 1 can be ensured, the supporting strength is improved, and the assembly is facilitated; after the first supporting wall 214 is supported on the lower surface of the panel 1, the stability of the edge supporting leg 21 for supporting the panel 1 can be obviously improved; the middle supporting leg 22 is provided with two second supporting walls 223 for supporting the second ends of the two panels 1 arranged in a straight line, i.e. the second ends of the two panels 1 at the two sides of the middle supporting leg 22 are respectively supported on the two second supporting walls 223, so that the bearing capacity of the panels 1 is ensured, and the overall length of the tray can be prolonged to adapt to the placement of goods.

The flat section 31 has three ends in the embodiment, which are respectively located at two ends and a middle position of the bottom support bar 3, so that the fixing of the first bottom wall 212 and the second bottom wall 221 on the bottom support bar 3 can be improved after the W-shaped profile is flattened, and the stability of the fixing can be improved.

The embodiment is further configured as follows: the lower surface of the flat section 31 is connected with a rubber foot pad 32 through glue compounding or clamping. This rubber foot pad 32 can guarantee the stability that the tray was put subaerial.

The embodiment is further configured as follows: the panel 1, the middle supporting legs 22 and the bottom supporting bars 3 are welded with each other, and the edge supporting legs 21 and the bottom supporting bars 3 are welded with each other.
