Background

With the continuous and high-speed development of economy in China, the packaging requirements of people on products are higher and higher, the application fields are widened continuously, and some novel and peculiar materials are used for printing base materials gradually, for example, the printing base materials are applied to various rubber ornaments with larger elasticity and larger elasticity. For these substrates with greater elasticity, the ink used needs to be an elastic ink, which is a common requirement for elastic inks, such as environmental protection, bending resistance, and stretch resistance.

The elastic ink has the following performance characteristics: soft, bending resistant, super-strong elasticity, water washing resistance and good adhesive force, and belongs to a non-toxic, tasteless and environment-friendly series product. However, many of the products on the market today do not have the required stretch recovery.

In order to improve the performances, a lot of efforts are made by those skilled in the art, for example, chinese patent application No. 2009101727101 entitled benzene-free environment-friendly extrusion coating ink discloses an ink without benzene solvent and having good extrusion coating performance, which uses SBS resin and modified EVA resin as binders, dimethyl carbonate as solvent and HR type dispersant, but the ink of the patent application may have good peeling strength and extrusion coating capability when printing on film substrates such as BOPP, PET, nylon and the like due to solvent use and the like, but the extrusion coating capability is poor when printing on materials such as silica gel and the like, and thus cannot meet the requirements.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention aims to provide an SBS elastic ink to solve the above problems.

The SBS resin can be a YH-792 type SBS resin of the holy petrifaction, for example, the SBS resin has extremely strong elasticity, plays a role of main resin in an elastic ink system, and has excellent performance and flexibility assisted by EVA resin, so that a film layer is not easy to crack, and can be recovered as before after being stretched;

the SBS resin solvent is difficult to dissolve in most solvents, so that the selection and proportion of the solvent are particularly important in the dissolving process, and the inventor of the application adopts methylcyclohexane with a proper proportion through a large number of experiments to ensure that the SBS resin can be uniformly dispersed in a system; in order to adjust the printing drying speed, ethyl acetate and propylene glycol methyl ether are also added, and the propylene glycol methyl ether can assist the methylcyclohexane to better dissolve the SBS resin.

Ink of the invention, printer speed: 100-250 m/min printing speed;

printing viscosity: thin wall # 3 cup: 10-15 seconds.

As a preferable technical scheme, the EVA resin is an EVA resin with the mass percentage of the vinyl acetate of 20-28%.
