5. The method for synthesizing the special grease for petroleum equipment, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) sequentially adding dodecahydroxystearic acid, tertiary stearic acid, naphthenic acid, an L57 antioxidant and lithium hydroxide monohydrate into lithium base oil;

(2) heating the mixed materials to the temperature of the quenching oil after the reaction of temperature rise and pressure rise, keeping the temperature for standby, and starting the heat conduction oil to heat the thickened oil, keeping the temperature for standby;

(3) after the pressure reaches a fixed point, the pressure is released and the temperature is kept after the pressure is controlled for 1 hour at constant pressure;

(4) after heat preservation, oil washing is added after quenching and transferring according to the quenching process requirement, and quenching and transferring are carried out again;

(5) adding thickened oil, homogenizing, and adjusting gauge;

(6) sequentially adding a HT524 tackifier, 405A sulfurized olefin cottonseed oil, 406 benzotriazole fatty acid amine salt, T323 aminothio ester, T202 zinc butyl octyl dithiophosphate, a T705 antirust agent and a T361A borate antiwear extreme pressure additive which are measured in turn respectively;

7) and degassing the mixed material, and packaging and reserving a sample.

The method for synthesizing the special grease for petroleum equipment as claimed in claim 5, wherein the specific value of the pressure to the fixed point in the step (3) is 0.51MPa to 0.53MPa, and the temperature is continuously raised to 208 ℃ to 212 ℃ after the pressure relief program is finished, and the temperature is kept for 5 minutes.

Background

Grease is a thick greasy semisolid. The friction part is used for the machinery and plays a role in lubrication and sealing. Also used on metal surface to fill gap and prevent rust. Is prepared mainly from mineral oil (or synthetic lubricating oil) and thickening agent. For mechanical parts requiring lubrication which are not suitable for using lubricating oil, various greases are produced in order to meet the lubrication requirements of different equipment.
