Background

The self-adhesive waterproof coiled material is a waterproof material which is prepared by taking self-adhesive rubber asphalt prepared from synthetic rubber such as SBS and the like, tackifier, high-quality road petroleum asphalt and the like as a base material, taking a tough high-density polyethylene film or aluminum foil as an upper surface material and taking a strippable silicon-coated isolating film or silicon-coated isolating paper as a lower surface anti-sticking isolating material. The waterproof material has the characteristics of low-temperature flexibility, self-healing property and good bonding property, can be constructed at normal temperature, has high construction speed and meets the requirement of environmental protection.

However, the existing self-adhesive waterproof coiled material has the problems of non-standard and non-standard technology in the modification process, so that the performance of the produced coiled material is unstable. Therefore, a new production process of the self-adhesive waterproof roll is needed.

5. If the production task list of the day has products with the thickness of 2.0mm, under the condition that all parts of the machine are fully preheated and the process temperature is stable, the products with the thickness of 2.0mm are produced first and then products with other specifications are produced.

6. Coal tar pitch should not be used as raw material in the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material.

7. The mass fraction of aromatic hydrocarbon in the mineral oil used in the product is less than 3%.
