Background

Printing techniques can be simply divided into conventional printing and digital printing. Traditional printing is generally classified according to the plate, and the types of printing technologies mainly include offset printing, relief printing, gravure printing and screen printing, while digital printing is a product of the development of computer technology in the 20 th century, mainly referring to digital inkjet printing and plateless direct printing (e.g., electrostatic printing).

The traditional printing technology needs to prepare a printing template in advance (for example, a screen with a specific printing pattern needs to be prepared in advance during screen printing), and the same printing template can only be used repeatedly to print the same pattern, so that the traditional printing technology has the defects of high printing cost and low printing efficiency, and is gradually replaced by the existing printing technology.

In modern plateless printing technologies such as digital spray painting, electrostatic printing and the like, patterns needing spray painting need to be designed into printing templates of electronic plates in a computer in advance, the printing templates are output to a printing machine for printing, and the patterns can be printed in batches quickly. However, the pre-designed printing template can only print the unique pattern determined by the printing template in batch quickly, and cannot print the differentiated pattern in batch quickly, which is difficult to meet the printing requirement of printing the personalized pattern with difference quickly today.

To further clarify the technical solutions and effects adopted by the present application to achieve the intended purpose, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments according to the present application. In the following description, different "one embodiment" or "an embodiment" refers to not necessarily the same embodiment. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments.

For better understanding of the present invention, the personalized pattern related to the present invention is described as follows: for example, a large number of decoration panels of a microwave oven need to be printed, the decoration panels are attached to an oven door of the microwave oven, the decoration panels need to be printed with usage introduction or usage caution items of the microwave oven and two-dimensional code patterns, the two-dimensional code patterns correspond to machine models, machine codes, factory information and the like of each microwave oven, a user can obtain the machine models, the machine codes, the factory information and the like by scanning the two-dimensional code patterns, and therefore it is required to ensure that each decoration panel obtained by final printing has different two-dimensional code patterns. The two-dimensional code pattern is in this example the personalized pattern of the printed decor panel.

In order to meet the requirement of quick printing of personalized patterns, the invention discloses a high-speed printing device for realizing personalized patterns based on an electrostatic printing technology, which can automatically generate printing plates with personalized and complex patterns according to the customization requirement and quickly print the generated printing plates in batches by using an electrostatic printer.

As shown in fig. 1, the high-speed printing apparatus disclosed by the present invention specifically includes a printing plate generating apparatus 1 and an electrostatic printing press 2, and the printing plate generating apparatus 1 generates a printing plate to be supplied to the electrostatic printing press 2 for high-speed printing based on an electrostatic printing technique.

Specifically, the printing plate producing apparatus 1 includes: a master generating module 11 for generating a master based on CTP (Computer-to-plate) technology; the personalized customization module 12 is used for acquiring personalized customization parameters input by a user; a personalized information obtaining module 13 for obtaining the corresponding personalized pattern according to at least part of the personalized customization parameters; and the printing plate editing module 14 is used for automatically editing the master plate according to the personalized customization parameters and the personalized patterns to form the personalized patterns on the master plate, and generating the printing plate to output to the electrostatic printing machine 2.

The master generation module 11 corresponds to a CTP platemaking module in the related art. The improvement of the invention is that the method provides the further personalized customization of the master plate, and finally generates the printing plate with the personalized pattern on the master plate, and provides the electrostatic printer 2 for high-speed printing.

The personalized customization parameters input by the user through the personalized customization module 12 at least include: the position information of the personalized pattern on the master plate, the type information of the personalized pattern, the source information of the personalized pattern and the information of the number of printing plates to be printed are obtained. The personalized information obtaining module 13 obtains the personalized pattern according to the type information of the personalized pattern and the source information of the personalized pattern. And the printing plate editing module 14 edits the master plate, reads one of the personalized patterns, and inserts the read personalized pattern into the corresponding position of the master plate according to the position information of the personalized pattern on the master plate, thereby generating a printing plate. Therefore, through the personalized customization parameters input by the personalized customization module 12, the personalized information acquisition module 13 not only determines the basis for acquiring the personalized patterns, but also provides the basis for the printing plate editing module 14 to further insert the personalized patterns into the master plate to generate the printing plates, and further provides the basis for the electrostatic printing machine 2 to print the number of each printing plate generated by the printing plate generation device 1.

The personalized information obtaining module 13 generally includes automatically generating a personalized pattern and reading an existing personalized pattern according to source information of the personalized pattern.

For example, the personalized pattern is a two-dimensional code pattern representing product information, and specific information represented by the two-dimensional code pattern on each product is different, and it is determined that each two-dimensional code pattern finally output to the electrostatic printer 2 is also unique, so the personalized information obtaining module 13 may call a two-dimensional code generating function, generate a two-dimensional code pattern by the two-dimensional code generating function according to preset requirements (for example, reading specific information of each product in sequence), transmit the generated two-dimensional code pattern to the printing plate editing module 14, and allow the printing plate editing module 14 to insert the generated two-dimensional code pattern at a specified position of the master plate to generate a printing plate and output the printing plate to the electrostatic printer 2.

The personalized information obtaining module 13 reads the existing personalized pattern according to the source information of the personalized pattern. For example, a plurality of personalized patterns are stored in a designated database or folder, a user determines a reading path of the database or folder when the source information of the personalized patterns is obtained, the personalized information obtaining module 13 sequentially reads each personalized pattern and then transmits the personalized pattern to the printing plate editing module 14, and the printing plate editing module 14 respectively inserts each personalized pattern into a designated position of the master plate so as to respectively generate differentiated printing plates and output the differentiated printing plates to the electrostatic printing machine 2 for printing.

The printing plate generating device 1 can rapidly generate the printing plate with the personalized pattern according to the personalized customization parameters input by the user, and provides a realization condition for the electrostatic printer 2 to perform high-speed printing, so that the electrostatic printer 2 can meet the high-efficiency printing requirement of the personalized pattern.

Referring to fig. 2, the present invention utilizes an electrostatic printer 2 to realize a high-speed printing method of personalized patterns, which comprises the following steps:

step S1, generating a master plate based on CTP (Computer-to-plate) technology;

step S2, obtaining personalized customization parameters input by a user;

step S3, obtaining corresponding personalized patterns according to the personalized customization parameters;

and step S4, automatically editing the master plate according to the personalized customization parameters and the personalized patterns, forming the personalized patterns on the master plate, generating the printing plate with the personalized patterns and outputting the printing plate to the electrostatic printer 2.

In step S5, the electrostatic printing press 2 performs printing processing on the printing plate based on the electrostatic printing technique.

The electrostatic printer 2 may be any type of machine, and generally includes an optical imaging cylinder, a charging roller for charging the optical imaging cylinder, a developer roller, an ink tray for storing ink, and an electrode structure. The step S5 of performing the printing process on the printing plate by the electrostatic printer 2 specifically includes:

1. a printing plate produced by the printing plate production device 1 is imaged by laser to produce a printing pattern on an optical imaging cylinder by an electrostatic printer 2;

2. charging the optical imaging roller according to the printing pattern;

3. applying a sufficient potential between the developer roller and the electrode to charge and adhere the ink particles to the developer roller;

4. selectively transferring ink from the developer roller to the photo imaging cylinder to form a printed image;

5. transferring the ink from the optical imaging roller to the adhesive tape roller in one step;

6. and transferring the ink from the blanket cylinder to a printing substrate at one time, and printing a pattern layer consistent with the printing plate on the printing substrate through the ink by electrostatic printing.
