a frame (100);

Background

With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard of people, related information such as production date and quality guarantee period needs to be noted for each circulated commodity, packaging is an information carrier, and labeling of the commodity is a realization way. The marking machine is a machine for adding labels on packages or products, has an aesthetic effect, can realize the tracking and management of product sales, and can accurately and timely start a product recall mechanism particularly in the industries of medicine, food and the like if abnormity occurs. Most of the structural products are marked with vertical planes and inclined planes. However, some existing marking devices (for example, the borreies marking device) in the market are fixed in a single structure, and only can mark a vertical plane, so that the marking device is not suitable for marking structural part products.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides an automatic marking device with a simple structure, which can be easily applied to a structural member having a vertical plane or an inclined plane.

An automatic marking device comprising: a frame; the marking machine mounting platform is connected to the rack and can bear the marking machine to rotate for a certain angle; the product positioning platform is arranged on the rack and used for placing a product to be marked; and the driving mechanism is connected between the rack and the product positioning platform and is used for driving the product positioning platform to move towards or away from the marking machine.

Preferably, the driving mechanism comprises a driving part, a guide rail extending towards the direction of the marking machine mounting platform far away from the marking machine mounting platform, and a sliding block arranged on the product positioning platform and matched with the guide rail.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the driving mechanism 400 includes a driving portion 410, a guide rail 420 extending from a position away from the marking machine mounting platform 200 toward the marking machine mounting platform 200, and a slider 430 provided on the product positioning platform 300 and fitted to the guide rail 420. after marking of the marking machine 500 is finished, the monitor outputs a marking completion signal, the main controller receives the marking completion signal, the driving mechanism 400 is controlled to operate, and the conveyed product positioning platform 300 moves from the first position to the second position; when the product positioning platform 300 is located at the second position, the position sensor outputs a second position signal to the main controller, and the main controller controls the driving mechanism 400 to stop operating.

In this embodiment, the first position is a position when the product to be marked is marked, and the second position is a specific position when the product to be marked is far away from the marking machine. As shown in fig. 1, the first position and the second position are located substantially on the Y-axis. In the process of actual production, the marking device can adopt a BORRIES marking device, the main controller can adopt a KUKA system, position signals, marking completion signals and the like can be fed back to the KUKA system, and the KUKA system sends out start-stop signals of the cylinder, start-stop signals of the marking machine and the like.

The full-automatic marking of the same type of product to be marked is realized through the main controller, the position sensor, the monitor and the light sensation sensor. The quick switching of the product to be marked during the model changing is realized, and the full automation of the marking of the similar product is realized.
