A door device comprises a door body, a B column connected with the door body, a rear upright column and a skin arranged between the B column and the rear upright column, and is characterized by further comprising a positioning device with locking and unlocking functions, wherein the positioning device comprises a positioning mechanism, a locking mechanism, a lock releasing mechanism and a pull wire, and the lock releasing mechanism drives the pull wire to move so that the positioning mechanism releases the lock of the locking mechanism;

the door body is provided with a B column, the covering is provided with a through hole through which a pull wire can pass, the positioning mechanism is arranged on the rear upright post, the locking mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the door body, the lock releasing mechanism is arranged on the inner side of the B column, and the locking mechanism is used for being locked on the positioning mechanism when the door body is opened and is close to the rear upright post.

The door device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lock releasing mechanism includes a base for fixedly connecting to the door body and a handle disposed on the base, the handle rotates relative to the base to drive the pulling wire to move, and the positioning mechanism is controlled to release the lock of the locking mechanism.

8. The door apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a rubber sheath is provided in the through hole, and the wire is passed through the rubber sheath in an interference manner.

9. The door device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the fixing base and the mounting base are disposed on a same horizontal line, and the locking member is adapted to be locked to the positioning lock body when the door body is opened and close to the rear pillar.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a door device and an excavator, and belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery.

Background

Among the prior art, the driver's cabin side door passes through the hinge mount on driver's cabin B post, when the driver gets on or off the bus, perhaps need open under the condition of side door work, for preventing that the side door from rotating and around people or object bump, need positioning mechanism to fix the driver's cabin side door.

Common cab door lock-position structures are: the positioning lock body is arranged on the inner side of the skin, and is wrapped by the inner decoration to ensure the attractiveness, however, a gap exists between the positioning lock body and the cab, rainwater and dust easily enter the cab through the positioning lock hole, and the sealing performance of the cab is affected; and when the positioning lock body needs to be repaired or replaced, the positioning lock body is wrapped by the cab interior trim, so that the interior trim needs to be removed during repair or replacement, time and labor are wasted, and even the interior trim is damaged.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a door device and an excavator, which can improve the sealing performance of a cab, reduce dust entering, facilitate maintenance and replacement of a positioning device and avoid damage to interior decorations.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

on one hand, the invention provides a door device, which comprises a door body, a B column connected with the door body, a rear upright column, a skin arranged between the B column and the rear upright column, and a positioning device with locking and unlocking functions, wherein the positioning device comprises a positioning mechanism, a locking mechanism, a unlocking mechanism and a pull wire, and the unlocking mechanism drives the pull wire to move so that the positioning mechanism unlocks the locking mechanism;

the door body is provided with a B column, the covering is provided with a through hole through which a pull wire can pass, the positioning mechanism is arranged on the rear upright post, the locking mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the door body, the lock releasing mechanism is arranged on the inner side of the B column, and the locking mechanism is used for being locked on the positioning mechanism when the door body is opened and is close to the rear upright post.

As a preferred embodiment, the lock releasing mechanism includes a base for fixedly connecting with the door body and a handle disposed on the base, the handle rotates relative to the base to drive the pull wire to move, and the positioning mechanism is controlled to release the lock of the locking mechanism.

As a preferred embodiment, the base is further provided with a limiting block, the limiting block comprises a first limiting block and a second limiting block, and the handle is arranged between the first limiting block and the second limiting block and rotates between the first limiting block and the second limiting block.

As a preferred embodiment, the positioning mechanism includes a positioning lock body, a mounting seat for fixedly connecting the positioning lock body to the rear pillar, and a pulling plate rotatably connected to the positioning lock body, the positioning lock body is fixedly connected to the mounting seat, and the pulling wire drives the pulling plate to rotate so as to unlock the positioning lock body.

As a preferred embodiment, the locking mechanism includes a fixing seat and a locking piece disposed on the fixing seat, the locking piece is in a U-shaped structure, and the locking piece is used for locking with the positioning mechanism.

In a preferred embodiment, the pull line comprises a T-shaped end and an elbow end, the T-shaped end is connected with the handle, and the elbow end is connected with the pull plate.

In a preferred embodiment, the positioning lock body includes a locking hook, and the bent end is used for driving the pulling plate to rotate so as to release the locking element from the locking hook.

In a preferred embodiment, a rubber sheath is arranged in the through hole, and the pull wire passes through the rubber sheath in an interference manner.

In a preferred embodiment, the fixed seat and the mounting seat are arranged on the same horizontal line, and the locking piece is used for being locked on the positioning lock body when the door body is opened and is close to the rear upright post.

In another aspect, the invention also provides an excavator, which comprises the door device.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the invention provides a door device, which comprises a door body, a B column connected with the door body, a rear upright column, a skin arranged between the B column and the rear upright column, and a positioning device with locking and unlocking functions, wherein the positioning device comprises a positioning mechanism, a locking mechanism, a lock releasing mechanism and a pull wire, the lock releasing mechanism drives the pull wire to move so as to enable the positioning mechanism to release the lock of the locking mechanism, the skin is provided with a through hole through which the pull wire can penetrate, the positioning mechanism is arranged on the rear upright column, the locking mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the door body, the lock releasing mechanism is arranged on the inner side of the B column, and the locking mechanism can be locked on the positioning mechanism when the door body is opened and is close to the rear upright column. The invention has simple structure, the sealing performance of the cab can be improved by arranging the locking mechanism at the outer side of the door body, arranging the lock releasing mechanism at the inner side of the B column and arranging the positioning mechanism on the rear upright post, dust can be reduced by enabling the stay wire to pass through the through hole due to the skin, and meanwhile, the locking mechanism, the lock releasing mechanism and the positioning mechanism can be separated from the door body independently, so that the positioning lock body can be replaced and maintained conveniently, the time is saved, and meanwhile, the damage to the interior trim caused when the positioning device is replaced or maintained can be avoided.

2. According to the excavator, the positioning lock body is connected with the cab through the pull wire, so that the cab has good sealing performance, and the pull wire, the positioning lock body and the handle can be quickly disassembled and assembled and are convenient to replace.

The first embodiment is as follows:

the invention provides a door device, please refer to fig. 1-3, comprising a door body 6, a B column 61, a rear upright column 62, a skin 63 and a positioning device. The door body 6 is connected with a B column 61, and a skin 63 is arranged between the B column 61 and a rear upright column 62. The skin 63 is provided with through holes 8.

The positioning device comprises a positioning mechanism 1, a locking mechanism 2, a lock releasing mechanism 3 and a pull wire 4, wherein the locking mechanism 2 is used for being locked on the positioning mechanism 1, the lock releasing mechanism 3 is used for releasing the locking mechanism 2 from the positioning mechanism 1, and the lock releasing mechanism 3 can drive the pull wire 4 to move so that the positioning mechanism 1 can release the lock of the locking mechanism 2. The invention has simple structure, can improve the sealing performance of the cab, reduce dust entering, simultaneously can conveniently replace and maintain the positioning lock body 11 and save time.

Specifically, the unlocking mechanism 3 includes a base 31 and a handle 32, please refer to fig. 4, the base 31 is used for being fixedly connected with the door 6, the handle 32 is used for being arranged on the base 31, the handle 32 can rotate relative to the base 31 to drive the pull wire 4 to move, and the positioning mechanism 1 is controlled to unlock the locking mechanism 2. More specifically, the base 31 is provided with a stopper 33, the stopper 33 includes a first stopper 331 and a second stopper 332, the handle 32 is disposed between the first stopper 331 and the second stopper 332, and the handle 32 can rotate between the first stopper 331 and the second stopper 332. The first stopper 331 and the second stopper 332 are used to limit the rotation range of the handle 32 and prevent the pull wire 4 from being excessively stretched.

The unlocking mechanism 3 is used for being fixed on the inner side of a B column 61 on a cab, the unlocking mechanism 3 further comprises a second positioning pin 34, a bent plate 36 and a fixing hole 35, the handle 32 is rotatably connected with the base 31 through the second positioning pin 34, the bent plate 36 is provided with a non-closed hole 38, the handle 32 is provided with a round hole 37, the bent plate 36 is welded on the handle 32, and the non-closed hole 38 on the bent plate 36 and the round hole 37 on the handle 32 are coaxially arranged.

The stay wire 4 can penetrate through the through hole 8, that is, the stay wire 4 can penetrate through the skin 63, the base 31 is arranged on the inner side of the B-pillar 61, the fixed seat 21 is arranged on the outer side of the door body 6, the mounting seat 12 is arranged on the rear pillar 62, preferably, the fixed seat 21 and the mounting seat 12 are arranged on the same horizontal line, and in order to avoid corrosion and damage of the stay wire 4, the rubber sheath 5 is sleeved on the outer side of the stay wire 4 in an interference manner, so that a sealing effect is achieved.

In this embodiment, the pull line 4 includes a T-shaped end 41 and an elbow end 42, please refer to fig. 5, the T-shaped end 41 is connected to the handle 32, the elbow end 42 is connected to the pulling plate 13, the T-shaped end 41 of the pull line 4 can pass through the skin 63 to be connected to the release mechanism 3, in order to prevent the pull line 4 from being damaged, a rubber sheath 5 is further sleeved between the pull line 4 and the skin 63 to seal the pull line 4, and more specifically, the rubber sheath 5 is sleeved outside the pull line 4 in an interference manner.

The T-shaped end 41 of the pull wire 4 is fixed on the fixing hole 35 of the pull wire 4 by adopting a nut so as to be connected with the unlocking mechanism 3, specifically, the T-shaped end 41 sequentially passes through the non-closed hole 38 and the round hole 37, the pull wire 4 is adjusted to be positioned between the handle 32 and the bent plate 36, the pull wire 4 can be quickly disassembled and assembled through the non-closed hole 38, the unlocking mechanism 3 and the positioning mechanism 1 are convenient to replace and maintain, and other wrappings such as an inner decoration and the like do not need to be disassembled.

In this embodiment, the positioning mechanism 1 includes a positioning lock body 11, a mounting seat 12 and a pulling plate 13, the mounting seat 12 is used to fix the positioning lock body 11 to the rear pillar 62, optionally, the mounting seat 12 is welded on the outer side of the rear pillar 62 of the cab, and the positioning lock body 11 is fixed on the mounting seat 12 by bolts. The pulling plate 13 can be rotatably connected with the positioning lock body 11, specifically, the pulling plate 13 is rotatably connected with the positioning lock body 11 through a first positioning pin 15, and the pulling wire 4 controls the positioning lock body 11 to release the lock by driving the pulling plate 13 to rotate. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the positioning lock body 11 includes a locking hook 111, and the bent end 42 can rotate the pulling plate 13 to release the locking element 22 from the locking hook 111.

In a preferred embodiment, the positioning mechanism 1 further includes a through hole 14 and a locking hook 111, the through hole 14 is disposed at an outer end of the pulling plate 13, and the locking hook 111 is disposed in the positioning lock body 11, so that when the locking mechanism 2 is locked with the positioning mechanism 1, the locking mechanism 2 is locked into the locking hook 111. The pull wire 4 is connected to the pull plate 13 by penetrating the through hole 14. When the handle 32 is rotated, the pulling wire 4 can be driven to rotate around the first positioning pin 15, so that the positioning lock body 11 is unlocked, that is, the pulling wire 4 can drive the pulling plate 13 to move, thereby controlling the unlocking mechanism 3 to open the locking hook 111 and unlocking the locking mechanism 2.

It should be noted that the bent end 42 of the pull wire 4 is connected to the positioning lock body 11, the bent end 42 is further provided with a sleeve 44 and a protective sleeve 43, the pull wire 4 is arranged in the sleeve 44, the pull wire 4 can move in the sleeve 44, in addition, the bent end 42 is further provided with a groove 45, the groove 45 is connected with the pull plate 13, that is, the groove 45 on the bent end 42 is matched with the through hole 14 on the pull plate 13 so as to be connected with the pull plate 13. By rotating the handle 32, the pull wire 4 can be changed in position along with the rotation of the handle 32, so that the positioning mechanism 1 can be controlled to unlock the locking mechanism 2.

To protect the pull cord 4 from corrosion and damage, the exposed pull cord between the bend and the sleeve 44 is covered with a protective sheath 43. The sleeve 44 is fixed on the mounting seat 12 by adopting a nut, in order to avoid the drop of the stay wire 4, the groove 45 is further provided with a spring gasket 7, the spring gasket 7 is inserted into the groove 45 to be fixed, the stay wire 4 can be prevented from dropping, preferably, the spring gasket 7 is an opening gasket, and the opening gasket can conveniently realize the quick assembly and disassembly between the stay wire 4 and the positioning lock body 11, and is convenient to replace.

The locking mechanism 2 includes a fixing seat 21 and a locking piece 22 disposed on the fixing seat 21, please refer to fig. 7, as a preferred embodiment, the locking piece 22 is in a U-shaped structure, the locking piece 22 can be locked with the positioning lock body 11, and the locking mechanism 2 is mounted on the door body 6 of the cab.

The invention provides a door device which comprises a door body 6, a B column 61, a rear upright column 62, a skin 63 and a positioning device with locking and unlocking functions.

The stay wire 4 can penetrate through the skin 63, the base 31 is arranged on the inner side of the B column 61, the fixed seat 21 is arranged on the outer side of the door body 6, the mounting seat 12 is arranged on the rear upright column 62, the fixed seat 21 and the mounting seat 12 are arranged on the same horizontal line, and in order to avoid corrosion and damage of the stay wire 4, the rubber sheath 5 is sleeved on the outer side of the stay wire 4 in an interference fit mode, so that a sealing effect is achieved.

When the door body 6 is opened and is close to the rear upright post 62, the locking piece 22 can be locked on the positioning lock body 11; when the door 6 needs to be closed, the driver only needs to rotate the handle 32 on the lock release mechanism 3.

In other words, when the door body 6 is opened, the locking mechanism 2 on the door body 6 is fixed on the locking hook 111 of the positioning lock body 11, and when the door body 6 needs to be closed, a driver rotates the handle 32 inside the cab to make the handle 32 drive the pull wire 4 to move, so that the pull wire 4 drives the pull plate 13 of the positioning lock body 11 to rotate, and the locking hook 111 is opened to release the lock of the locking piece 22.

Example two:

the invention provides an excavator, which adopts the door device in the first embodiment.

In particular, the positioning lock body 11 is connected with the cab through the pull wire 4, so that the cab has good sealing property,

the stay wire 4 can pass through the through hole 8, namely, the stay wire 4 can pass through the skin 63, and in order to avoid the corrosion and the damage of the stay wire 4, the rubber sheath 5 is sleeved outside the stay wire 4 in an interference manner, so that the sealing effect is achieved. The stay wire 4, the positioning lock body 11 and the handle 32 can be quickly disassembled and assembled, the replacement is convenient, and meanwhile, the damage to the interior trim can be avoided when the positioning device is maintained and replaced.
