1. A quick connector mechanism comprises an upper plug cover and a lower plug cover which can be buckled with the upper plug cover and form a sealed cavity, and is characterized by also comprising a banana connector component, a fixing component and a limiting component,
the banana joint assembly comprises at least one banana plug capable of being inserted into the sealed cavity, the banana plug comprises a plug part positioned outside the sealed cavity and a welding cup part positioned inside the sealed cavity, and a first notch is formed in the welding cup part;
the fixing component comprises a fixing frame, an elastic buckling part and a fixing block, the elastic buckling part is arranged on one side of the fixing frame, the fixing block is arranged on the other side of the fixing frame, and the elastic buckling part can penetrate through the first notch to be abutted against the inner wall of the banana plug;

4. The quick connector mechanism as claimed in claim 3, wherein the resilient locking portion has a slot formed therein, and the side wall of the first positioning post has a locking member insertable into the slot.

The quick connector mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing block has a second positioning hole, the inner wall of the upper plug cover has a second positioning post capable of being inserted into the second positioning hole, and the free end of the second positioning post abuts against the inner wall of the lower plug cover.
6. The quick-insertion mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the first abutting portion comprises a plurality of ribs arranged at intervals, and a surface of each rib facing the fixed block abuts against and abuts against a surface of the fixed block.

The quick connector mechanism according to claim 5, wherein the second abutting portion includes a plurality of arc-shaped blocks arranged at intervals, an end surface of each arc-shaped block facing the fixed block abuts against and abuts against a surface of the fixed block, and a side wall of the second positioning column can abut against a side wall of the arc-shaped block.

The banana connector is gradually applied to the fields of industrial instruments, teaching instruments, electric power tests, radio models, medical instruments, automobile tests, sound equipment and the like due to excellent electrical performance and low price cost.
The banana connector has better use advantages as an expression form of the quick connector. Especially, for the welding cup type banana connector without the screw tooth structure, the structure is simple, and the banana connector is widely applied. At present, the conventional banana connectors are assembled in the plugs in a dispensing and fixing mode, the positions are difficult to control, and the process is troublesome; in addition, in the use process of the plug, if the pulling force is too large, the banana head is easily misplaced, and the plug dispensing position cracks.

Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides a quick connector mechanism which adopts a structural design of freedom degree constraint of mechanical pressing and matching mechanics, so that the accuracy of an assembling position is better ensured, and the defect of head dislocation of bananas is effectively overcome.

the fixing component comprises a fixing frame, an elastic buckling part and a fixing block, the elastic buckling part is arranged on one side of the fixing frame, the fixing block is arranged on the other side of the fixing frame, and the elastic buckling part can penetrate through the first notch to be abutted against the inner wall of the banana plug;
the limiting assembly comprises a first abutting part and a second abutting part, the first abutting part is arranged on the inner wall of the upper plug cover, the second abutting part is arranged on the inner wall of the lower plug cover, and the first abutting part and the second abutting part are abutted to two opposite side faces of the fixed block respectively.

By means of the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the plug upper cover, the plug lower cover, the banana joint component, the fixing component and the limiting component are buckled with each other in a ring manner, so that the defects caused by the traditional process are effectively overcome; the banana joint assembly is convenient to assemble and position, and the mechanical limiting and clamping structures have stable impact resistance. The problem that axial rotation, angle deflection, plug break away from can effectually be prevented to the finished product that installs at the plug in-process, and simultaneously, a plurality of banana connectors are fixed on same banana connector mount, can concentrate on a module with the combination tolerance, reduce the combination tolerance of the accumulation during the assembly, improve positioning accuracy.
