As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the device for cutting insulation paper on a rotor according to the present invention includes a fixed block 1, wherein a plurality of first blades 2 are disposed on the fixed block 1, the plurality of first blades 2 are uniformly spaced in an annular shape with the fixed block as a center, rear ends of the first blades 2 are fixed to the fixed block 1 by fasteners, front ends of the first blades 2 have cutting edges, the cutting edges of the first blades 2 are disposed on front sides of the fixed block 1, the plurality of first blades 2 surround to form abdicating spaces for abdicating the rotor, the cutting edges of the first blades 2 include first cutting edges 21 and second cutting edges 22 that are symmetric with respect to each other, the first cutting edges 21 and the second cutting edges 22 form a V-shaped structure that is open to the front side, and a first supporting portion 20 that is disposed between the first cutting edges 21 and the second cutting edges 22 is extended to the front side in a middle portion of the front ends of the first blades 2.
