1. A drive device-integrated rotating electric machine includes:

a rotating electrical machine having a 1 st three-phase winding and a 2 nd three-phase winding;

a 1 st inverter unit that supplies a drive current to the 1 st three-phase winding;

a 2 nd inverter unit that supplies a drive current to the 2 nd three-phase winding;

a 1 st power connector that connects the 1 st inverter part with a 1 st vehicle power supply; and

a 2 nd power connector that connects the 2 nd inverter portion with a 2 nd vehicle power source, the drive device-integrated rotating electric machine being characterized in that,

making the voltage of the 1 st vehicle power supply higher than the voltage of the 2 nd vehicle power supply, and making the current capacity of the 1 st power supply connector smaller than the current capacity of the 2 nd power supply connector.

2. The drive-unit-integrated rotating electrical machine according to claim 1,

and equalizing the product of the voltage of the 1 st vehicle power supply and the current capacity of the 1 st power supply connector with the product of the voltage of the 2 nd vehicle power supply and the current capacity of the 2 nd power supply connector.

3. The drive-unit-integrated rotating electrical machine according to claim 1,

the modulation factor of the 1 st inverter unit is made smaller than the modulation factor of the 2 nd inverter unit.

4. The drive-unit-integrated rotating electrical machine according to claim 1,

the induced voltage constant of the 1 st three-phase winding is made larger than that of the 2 nd three-phase winding.

5. The drive-unit-integrated rotating electrical machine according to any one of claims 1 to 4,

the 1 st power connector and the 2 nd power connector are provided independently of the 1 st inverter part or the 2 nd inverter part, respectively.

6. The drive-unit-integrated rotating electrical machine according to claim 1 or 2,

the 1 st power connector and the 2 nd power connector are provided in common to the 1 st inverter unit and the 2 nd inverter unit, and include a switching unit capable of selecting either one of the 1 st power connector and the 2 nd power connector to connect to the 1 st inverter unit and the 2 nd inverter unit.

7. An electric power steering apparatus comprising:

a steering shaft connected to a steering wheel operated by a driver;

a 1 st steering sensor and a 2 nd steering sensor mounted on the steering shaft and detecting a steering angle or a steering torque of a driver;

a rack shaft coupled to the steering shaft; and

a drive unit-integrated rotating electric machine attached to the rack shaft, the electric power steering apparatus being characterized in that,

the drive-device-integrated rotating electrical machine according to any one of claims 1 to 6.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a drive device-integrated rotating electrical machine used as, for example, a rotating electrical machine for a vehicle, and an electric power steering apparatus using the drive device-integrated rotating electrical machine.

Background

Conventionally, as such a drive-unit-integrated rotating electrical machine, for example, japanese patent laid-open No. 2016-: in order to sufficiently make the power supply to the electric power steering apparatus redundant and suppress power supply fluctuations to other vehicle-mounted devices, two sets of power supply connectors, an inverter, and a three-phase winding are provided, and two sets of power supply connectors having the same current capacity are provided.

Disclosure of Invention

Technical problem to be solved by the invention

In the drive device-integrated rotating electrical machine disclosed in patent document 1, when one of the power supply lines is abnormal, power can be continuously supplied to the controller through the other power supply line, and therefore, there is an advantage that power supply to the electric power steering device can be sufficiently redundant. However, in the drive device-integrated rotating electrical machine, there is a problem that the device becomes large in size in order to secure a space for installing the two sets of power connectors and a space for inserting and removing the connectors.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a drive device-integrated rotating electrical machine in which two sets of power connectors can be provided without increasing the size of the apparatus, and an electric power steering apparatus using the drive device-integrated rotating electrical machine.

Technical scheme for solving technical problem

The drive device-integrated rotating electric machine according to the present invention includes: a rotating electrical machine having a 1 st three-phase winding and a 2 nd three-phase winding; a 1 st inverter unit that supplies a drive current to the 1 st three-phase winding; a 2 nd inverter section that supplies a drive current to the 2 nd three-phase winding; a 1 st power supply connector connecting the 1 st inverter part with a 1 st vehicle power supply; and a 2 nd power supply connector for connecting the 2 nd inverter part with a 2 nd vehicle power supply, in the drive device-integrated rotating electrical machine,

making the voltage of the 1 st vehicle power supply higher than the voltage of the 2 nd vehicle power supply, and making the current capacity of the 1 st power supply connector smaller than the current capacity of the 2 nd power supply connector.

Effects of the invention

According to the present invention, since two sets of power connectors can be provided without increasing the size of the device, a drive device-integrated rotating electrical machine having excellent mountability and assembly workability can be obtained.
