In order to save space, the bedding and the like are generally packed into a packing bag firstly and then are compressed by a compression sealing machine and then are sealed, so that the bedding is easier to transport or store.

Most of common compression sealing machines are provided with a horizontal workbench, a pressing plate is arranged above the workbench, and the pressing plate moves downwards under the driving of an air cylinder or a motor, so that a packaging bag which is positioned on the workbench and is filled with bedding and other bedding articles is compressed, and a bag opening is sealed after air in the packaging bag is exhausted. But in the course of the work, need the staff to place the wrapping bag on the workstation one by one to change to the wrapping bag that next needs sealed after accomplishing to seal, can not continuous operation, work efficiency is lower.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

Specific implementations of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1, a structure diagram of a compression sealing machine for packing and packaging bedding articles according to an embodiment of the present invention, the compression sealing machine for packing and packaging bedding articles includes a frame 1 and a driving motor 8, the driving motor 8 is provided with a plurality of driving motors and is fixedly connected to the frame 1, and the compression sealing machine further includes:

the feeding mechanism 2 comprises a row wheel frame 201 obliquely arranged on one side of the rack 1 and a plurality of row wheel fixing shafts 202 fixedly arranged on the row wheel frame 201, and feeding row wheels 203 rotatably connected with the row wheel fixing shafts 202 are further arranged on the outer sides of the row wheel fixing shafts 202;

the prepressing mechanism 3 at least comprises two prepressing wall plates 301 which are symmetrically arranged on the frame 1 and fixedly connected with the frame, two prepressing roll shafts 306 are arranged between the two prepressing wall plates 301, the prepressing roll shafts 306 are rotatably connected to the prepressing wall plates 301, the outer sides of the prepressing roll shafts 306 are fixedly connected with prepressing rolls 305, one side of each prepressing roll 305 is also provided with a material conveying shaft 302 which is rotatably connected with the prepressing wall plates 301, the outer sides of the material conveying shafts 302 are fixedly connected with material conveying rolls 303, and the tops of the material conveying rolls 303 are close to the feeding calandria 203 positioned at the lowest side of the calandria 201;

roll mechanism 4, set up in frame 1 and rather than fixed connection roll pressure wallboard 401, two including the symmetry roll pressure wallboard 401 between the symmetry be provided with two planet rim plates 403, the circumference position of planet rim plate 403 evenly be provided with a plurality of via holes, via hole department be provided with and roll pressure roller 405, roll pressure roller 405 rotate with planet rim plate 403 to be connected and its both ends with roll pressure wallboard 401 and rotate and be connected, one side of planet rim plate 403 still be provided with down bearing roller 406, the fixed lower bearing roller 407 that is provided with in the lower bearing roller 406 outside.

It can be understood that, in this embodiment, when the packing bag containing the bedclothes is placed on the upper side of the rack 201, the packing bag slides along the rack 201 to the other side under the action of its own weight, and the feeding row wheel 203 can reduce the friction force applied to the packing bag during the sliding process, thereby preventing the packing bag from being retained on the rack 201 due to excessive friction force; when the packaging bag slides onto the feeding row wheel 203 at the lowest side of the row wheel frame 201, the packaging bag will move towards the gap formed by the two prepressing rollers 305 under the driving of the rotating material conveying roller 303, and pass through the gap under the action of the two prepressing rollers 305 rotating in opposite directions, so as to complete pre-compression; when the packaging bag reaches the gap between the planetary wheel disc 403 and the lower supporting roller 407, the packaging bag passes through the gap under the action of the rotating lower supporting roller 407 and the rolling rollers 404 and is compressed in the moving process, and in addition, the packaging bag can be sequentially compressed from back to front in stages by arranging a plurality of rolling rollers 404, so that the air in the packaging bag is easier to discharge.

In the embodiment of the invention, in order to prevent the packaging bag from falling or being stuck when the packaging bag passes through between the feeding mechanism 2 and the pre-pressing mechanism 3, the compression sealing machine further comprises an auxiliary conveying mechanism 7, the auxiliary conveying mechanism 7 comprises a feeding conveying shaft 701 rotatably arranged between the two rolling wall boards 401 and a feeding driving shaft 703 fixedly arranged outside the feeding conveying shaft 701, a feeding supporting plate 704 is further arranged on one side of the feeding conveying shaft 701 close to the row wheel frame 201, a supporting plate driven roller assembly 705 is arranged at one end of the feeding supporting plate 704 far away from the feeding driving shaft 703, and the feeding conveying belt 702 is wrapped outside the feeding driving shaft 703, the feeding supporting plate 704 and the supporting plate driven roller assembly 705.

Obviously, the feeding conveying shaft 701 drives the feeding driving shaft 703 and the feeding conveying belt 702 to move under the action of the transmission assembly, so that the packaging bags dropped from the row wheel frame 201 can be conveyed to the conveying roller 303, and the pre-compression process is performed.

As shown in the figures, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the compression sealing machine further includes a transmission assembly, the transmission assembly is used for driving a shaft and a roller in the compression sealing machine to rotate, the transmission assembly specifically includes transmission sprockets 309 respectively disposed on two sides of all shaft parts of the compression sealing machine, the transmission sprockets 309 are connected to the driving motor 8 through transmission members, and the transmission shafts are driven to rotate under the action of the driving motor 8, so as to achieve the purpose of transmission.

As described above, the driving motor 8 and the shaft-like part fixed on the driving sprocket 309 can be connected by the driving sprocket 309 and a common chain, so that the driving motor can drive the shaft-like part to rotate, and the rotation direction of the shaft-like part can be the same as or opposite to that of the driving motor 8 by different winding manners of the chain, and in addition, in order to prevent the chain from loosening, a tension sprocket fixing plate 310 and a tension sprocket 311 are further provided in this embodiment.

As shown in the drawings, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a linkage assembly is provided between the planetary wheel disc 403 and the rolling wall plate 401, the linkage assembly includes planetary wheels 402 which are provided at two ends of the rolling roller shaft 405 and are fixedly connected to the rolling roller shaft, a groove is provided on the planetary wheels 402, and a transmission belt is provided inside the groove.

It is understood that the planetary wheel 402 can be driven to rotate by the transmission belt, and the planetary wheel plate 403 can be driven to rotate by the transmission chain wheel 309, so that the rolling roller 404 can rotate while rotating around the axis of the planetary wheel plate 403.

As shown in the drawings, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the compression capper further comprises a capping mechanism 5, the sealing mechanism 5 comprises sealing wall boards 501 which are symmetrically arranged on the frame 1 and are fixedly connected with the frame, an upper pressure roller shaft 505 and a lower pressure roller shaft 504 which are rotatably connected with the two sealing wall boards 501 are arranged between the two sealing wall boards 501, the outer sides of the upper press roller shaft 505 and the lower press roller shaft 504 are respectively fixedly provided with an upper press roller 506 and a lower press roller 502, one side of the lower pressure roller 502 is provided with a mounting groove, a heating plate 503 which is connected with the lower pressure roller 502 in a sliding way is arranged in the mounting groove, the heating plate 503 has a temperature that rapidly rises when it is powered on and is provided with a micro cylinder at one side thereof, thereby realizing the sliding of the lower pressure roller in the mounting groove, and one side of the lower pressure roller 502 is provided with a photoelectric sensor 507 fixedly connected on the sealing wall plate 501.

It will be appreciated that in this embodiment, when the photoelectric sensor 507 detects the passage of a package, the heating plate 503 is energized to raise the temperature thereof, and after a predetermined time interval, the heating plate 503 is ejected from the inside of the lower pressure roller 502 by the micro cylinder, thereby sealing the package as it passes through the gap between the lower pressure roller 502 and the upper pressure roller 506.

As shown in the figures, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the compression sealing machine further includes an interval adjusting assembly 308, the interval adjusting assembly 308 includes a sliding bearing seat 3081 disposed on and slidably connected to two pre-pressing wall plates 301, and a fixing plate 3082 fixed at the top end of the sliding bearing seat 3081, the sliding bearing seat 3081 is rotatably connected to the pre-pressing roller shaft 306, an adjusting toothed bar 3083 is embedded in the fixing plate 3082, a material delivery roller 303 fixedly connected to the adjusting toothed bar 3083 is disposed at one end of the adjusting toothed bar 3083 away from the sliding bearing seat 3081, the adjusting toothed bar 3083 penetrates through the pre-pressing wall plates 301 and is in threaded connection with the pre-pressing wall plates, the rolling mechanism 4 and the sealing mechanism 5 are also provided with the interval adjusting assembly 308, and in the rolling mechanism 4, the interval adjusting assembly 308 is used to control the interval between the rolling roller 404 and the lower carrier roller 407; in the sealing mechanism 5, the spacing adjustment assembly is used for controlling the spacing between the upper pressure roller shaft 505 and the lower pressure roller 502.

Therefore, when a worker rotates the rotating handwheel 312, the adjusting toothed bar 3083 moves along the axial direction of the handwheel, the fixing plate 3082 is pushed to move, the prepressing roller shaft 306 is pushed to move, the distance between the prepressing roller 305 and the feed roller 303 is further controlled, a position display 3084 is further arranged at the feed roller 303, and the position display 3084 calculates the moving distance by measuring the full rotation of the adjusting toothed bar 3083 arranged in the position display 3084.

As shown in the drawings, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the feeding mechanism 2 further includes a guiding assembly, the guiding assembly includes a fixed short shaft 206 fixedly connected to two sides of the row wheel frame 201, one end of the fixed short shaft 206 is provided with a material blocking bracket 207 slidably connected thereto, one side of the material blocking bracket 207 close to the material feeding row wheel 203 is provided with a plurality of material blocking row wheels 208, the material blocking row wheels 208 are perpendicular to the material feeding row wheel 203 and rotatably connected to the material blocking bracket 207 through fasteners 209, the row wheel frame 201 is further rotatably connected to a sleeve 205, one side of the sleeve 205 far away from the row wheel frame 201 is further provided with a pull rod 204, and the row wheel frame 201 is rotatably connected to the pre-pressing wall plate 301 through fixing pins 210 arranged at two sides of the bottom thereof.

The material blocking row wheels 208 are arranged on the two sides of the row wheel frame 201, so that the packaging bags can be effectively prevented from sliding out of the row wheel frame 201 in the falling process.

As shown in the figure, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the compression sealing machine further includes a discharging mechanism 6, the discharging mechanism 6 includes a discharging conveying shaft 601 disposed between the two sealing wall panels 501 and a discharging driving roller 602 fixedly disposed outside the discharging conveying shaft 601, one side of the discharging driving roller 602 is further provided with a discharging supporting plate 604, the side of the discharging supporting plate 604 away from the discharging driving roller 602 is provided with a supporting plate driven roller assembly 705, the outsides of the supporting plate driven roller assembly 705, the discharging driving roller 602 and the discharging conveying belt 603 are provided with a discharging conveying belt 603, and the discharging conveying belt 603 is driven by the discharging conveying shaft 601 to move, so as to transport out a packaging bag which is sealed and falls down from the gap between the upper pressing roller 506 and the lower pressing roller 502.

In this embodiment, the sealed package falls from one end of the sealing mechanism 5 onto the discharging conveyor 603 on the discharging pallet 604, so as to be transported out.

As shown in the drawings, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pallet driven roller assembly 705 includes a pallet welding plate 7051 fixedly connected to the feeding pallet 704 or the discharging pallet 604, threaded holes are provided at both ends of the pallet welding plate 7051, a connecting rod 7055 is provided inside the threaded holes, a fixed axis 7053 fixedly connected to the connecting rod 7055 is provided at a side of the connecting rod 7055 away from the feeding pallet 704 or the discharging pallet 604, a driven roller 7054 is provided between the two fixed axes 7053, the driven roller 7054 is rotatably connected, and by adjusting a distance between a fixed seat of the tooth bar 3083 and the feeding pallet 704 or the discharging pallet 604, a distance between the driven roller 7054 and the pallet welding plate 7051 can be adjusted, so as to adjust a degree of tightness of the feeding conveyor belt 702 or the discharging conveyor belt 603.

As shown in the drawings, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a synchronizing sprocket 3085 is fixedly connected to the adjusting toothed bar 3083, and the two synchronizing sprockets 3085 are connected to each other by a chain.

The embodiment of the invention provides a compression sealing machine for bedding product packaging, which is characterized in that a feeding mechanism 2 is arranged, so that a worker can continuously convey a to-be-compressed bag into a prepressing mechanism 3 for precompression, so that a part of air in a textile product is discharged, the to-be-compressed bag enters a rolling mechanism 4 with the assistance of an auxiliary conveying mechanism 7 after a prepressing process, is further compressed under the dual actions of a lower carrier roller 407 and rolling rollers 404, the rolling rollers 404 can sequentially compress the packaging bag from back to front in stages, so that the air in the packaging bag is more easily discharged, the packaging bag reaches a sealing mechanism 5 for sealing after rolling, and is moved out of the device under the action of a discharging mechanism 6 after sealing, so that rapid compression sealing is realized, compared with the traditional handheld flat plate compression, the efficiency of this compression capper is showing and is improving.
