In order to facilitate the bag pulling out of the discharge groove 241, in one embodiment, the discharge groove 241 is opened on a surface of the storage case 240 facing the clamping mechanism 30, and the discharge groove 241 and the hanging plate 210 are offset from each other. In this embodiment, the discharge groove 241 is disposed on one surface of the storage box 240 facing the clamping mechanism 30, so that the pulling force of the clamping mechanism 30 on the bag is consistent with the direction of the discharge groove 241, and further, the bag in the storage cavity can be smoothly pulled out along the discharge groove 241 under the pulling force of the clamping mechanism 30, thereby facilitating the pulling out of the bag.

In order to facilitate the pulling out of the bag, in one embodiment, the outlet groove is opened on one surface of the containing box facing to the barrel bottom. In this embodiment, the discharge groove is formed in the bottom of the storage box, so that the bag can be easily pulled out by the clamping mechanism and the gravity.

In another embodiment, the discharge groove is formed on one surface of the storage box, which faces away from the hanging plate. In this embodiment, the top of sack is hung and is colluded on hanging the post, and the middle part of sack is around the outside surface at the receiver to penetrate to the receiver in by the one side of the hanging plate of receiver dorsad, realized accomodating to the sack.

In one embodiment, a device of a storage barrel 10 is provided, which includes at least one bag, each of the bags has a bag opening, a first side of each of the bags has a hanging hole at a position close to the bag opening, and a second side of each of the bags and the hanging hole are staggered from each other, and is characterized in that the device includes the storage barrel 10 in any one of the above embodiments, each of the bags is hung on the hanging column 220 through the hanging hole, each of the bags abuts against the hanging plate 210 and the convex portion 230 on the hanging plate 210, and each of the bags is jacked up by the convex portion 230 to form a clamping convex portion.

In this embodiment, the first side of the bag is hung on the hanging column 220 through the hanging hole, the second side of the bag faces the clamping mechanism 30, the clamping mechanism 30 includes a movable seat 380 and a clamp 300, the movable seat is driven by the driver to reciprocate along the first side to the second side of the bung 101, the clamp 300 is disposed on the movable seat 380, such that the clamp 300 can approach the hanging plate 210 along with the movable seat, and the clamp 300 opens to form a clamp opening, the clamp opening is aligned with the protrusion 230, and the clamp opening is aligned with the clamping convex portion of the bag jacked up by the protrusion 230, the first clamping piece 310 and the second clamping piece 320 of the clamp 300 respectively abut against the inclined surfaces of the two sides of the clamping convex portion, and the first clamping piece 310 and the second clamping piece 320 respectively approach and clamp the end of the protrusion along the clamping convex portion, thereby clamping the second side of the bag is achieved, and the clamping mechanism 30 clamps the second side of the bag more accurately, High efficiency.

In order to enable the clamping mechanism 30 to reciprocate from the first side to the second side of the bung 101 at a position where the storage cavity 103 is close to the bung 101, in an embodiment, the storage barrel 10 further includes a driver and a guide rail, the guide rail is disposed in the bung, two ends of the guide rail are respectively connected to the side wall of the first side and the side wall of the second side of the bung, that is, the guide rail extends from the first side to the second side of the bung, the movable seat of the clamping mechanism is slidably disposed on the guide rail, the driver is connected to the bung, and the driver is drivingly connected to the movable seat through a lead screw.

In order to open the clip 300, in an embodiment, please refer to fig. 4 and fig. 6, the movable seat 380 is provided with a clamping hole 381, the clip 300 is slidably disposed in the clamping hole 381, and two sides of the clip 300 abut against two opposite side walls of the clamping hole 381 respectively; when the clip 300 slides within the clamping hole 381 toward the bag receiving mechanism 20, both sides of the first end of the clip 300 are forced by the sidewalls of the clamping hole 381 to approach each other so that the second end of the clip 300 is opened, the second end of the clip 300 facing the bag receiving mechanism 20; the sidewall of one side of the bung 101, which is far away from the bag storage mechanism 20, is convexly provided with an abutting strip 180, the first end of the second clip piece 320 is movably abutted to the abutting strip 180, and when the movable seat 380 moves towards the abutting strip 180, the abutting strip 180 is abutted to the first end of the second clip piece 320, so that the clip 300 is forced to move in the clamping hole 381 towards the direction of the bag storage mechanism 20.

In this embodiment, when the movable seat 380 moves toward the sidewall of the side of the bung 101 away from the bag receiving mechanism 20, the first end of the second clip piece 320 on the movable seat 380 abuts against the abutting strip 180, the abutting strip 180 applies a force to the second clip piece 320 opposite to the moving direction of the movable seat 380, so that the second clip piece 320 receives a force toward the bag receiving mechanism 20, so that the clip 300 slides from the end of the clamping hole 381 away from the bag receiving mechanism 20 to the end of the clamping hole 381 close to the bag receiving mechanism 20 in the clamping hole 381, so that the second end of the clip 300 is opened, and the first end of the first clip piece 310 and the first end of the second clip piece 320 are pressed against the sidewalls of the first side and the second side of the clamping hole 381 by the elastic force of the elastic member, so that the friction force between the clip 300 and the sidewall 381 of the clamping hole is increased, so that the clip 300 remains clamped in the clamping hole 381, and the second end of the clip 300 is held open. In the process, a driving structure does not need to be additionally arranged for opening the clamp 300, the clamp 300 is driven to be opened and closed through the movement of the movable seat 380, the structure of the clamp 300 is effectively simplified, and the cost of the structure for driving the clamp 300 to open is lower. In the present embodiment, for convenience of description, a side of the bunghole 101 where the bag storage mechanism 20 is provided is defined as a front end or a front, and a side of the bunghole 101 where the abutment strip 180 is provided is defined as a rear end or a rear, so that, in a process of opening the bag, in an initial state, the movable seat 380 is located between the first side and the second side of the bunghole 101, the movable seat 380 is first moved backward, the clip 300 on the movable seat 380 abuts against the abutment strip 180, so that the clip 300 is moved forward in the chucking hole 381, and the clip 300 is opened by a force of a side wall of the chucking hole 381, and the clip 300 is kept opened in the chucking hole 381, the movable seat 380 is then moved forward, so that the clip 300 abuts against the bag on the bag storage mechanism 20, the clip 300 is subjected to a reverse force of the bag storage mechanism 20, the clip 300 is moved backward in the chucking hole 381, and a second end of the clip 300 is clamped by a resilient force of the resilient member, the second side of the bag is gripped, the movable seat 380 is then moved toward the rear, and the gripper 300 grips the second side of the bag and moves backward, so that the first side and the second side of the bag are separated from each other, thereby achieving the opening of the bag.

To better maintain the spread after the clip is spread, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, the clip 300 includes a first jaw 310, a second jaw 320, a support shaft 305, and a resilient member (not shown); the first clamping piece 310 comprises a clamping portion 311, a rotating supporting portion 312 and a force application portion 313 which are integrally formed, wherein a first end of the force application portion 313 is connected with a first end of the clamping portion 311 through the rotating supporting portion 312, a second end of the force application portion 313 is connected with one end of an elastic piece, the other end of the elastic piece is connected with a first end of the second clamping piece 320, and a second end of the clamping portion 311 is movably abutted with a second end of the second clamping piece 320; the rotation support part 312 and the middle part of the second clamping piece 320 are respectively connected with the support shaft 305, and the rotation support part 312 and the middle part of the second clamping piece 320 are rotatably connected through the support shaft 305; when the second end of the clamping portion 311 abuts against the second end of the second clamping piece 320, an included angle between the clamping portion 311 and the second clamping piece 320 is smaller than an included angle between the force application portion 313 and the second clamping piece 320.

In this embodiment, the second end of the force application portion 313 serves as the first end of the first clamping piece 310, and the second end of the clamping portion 311 serves as the second end of the first clamping piece 310.

Specifically, the elastic member applies a force to the second end of the force application portion 313 and the first end of the second clamping piece 320, so that the second end of the force application portion 313 and the first end of the second clamping piece 320 are spread apart, and the second end of the clamping portion 311 and the second end of the second clamping piece 320 abut against each other under the action of the elastic member, and when the second end of the clamping portion 311 and the second end of the second clamping piece 320 approach to each other for clamping, an object can be gripped, in this embodiment, the clamp 300 is used for clamping one side of a bag.

When the force application portion 313 and the first end of the second jaw 320 approach each other against the elastic force of the elastic member, the first jaw 310 and the second jaw 320 relatively rotate supported by the support shaft 305, so that the second end of the clamping portion 311 and the second end of the second jaw 320 move away from each other, so that the clip 300 is opened.

In this embodiment, the first clamping piece 310 includes a clamping portion 311, a rotation supporting portion 312 and a force application portion 313 that are connected in sequence, the rotation supporting portion 312 is bent, so that when the second end of the clamping portion 311 abuts against the second end of the second clamping piece 320, an included angle between the clamping portion 311 and the second clamping piece 320 is smaller than an included angle between the force application portion 313 and the second clamping piece 320, that is, the force application portion 313 is gradually inclined toward a direction away from the second clamping piece 320 from the first end of the force application portion 313 to the second end of the force application portion 313, so that when the clamping portion 311 abuts against the second end of the second clamping piece 320, the included angle between the force application portion 313 and the second clamping piece 320 is made larger, so that the tail portion of the first clamping piece 310 shown in fig. 7 and 9 is slightly lifted upwards, thereby facilitating the application of force to the first ends of the force application portion 313 and the second clamping piece 320, so that the clamping portion 311 and the second jaw 320 are easily opened. Further, as shown in fig. 8 and 10, when the force application portion 313 and the second clip piece 320 are in a state of being parallel to each other, the opening angle between the clamping portion 311 and the second clip piece 320 is larger.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 to 10, the second jaw 320 is provided in a flat plate shape. The surface of the second clamping piece 320 is provided as a flat surface, so that when the clip 300 is installed, the second clamping piece 320 is located below and the first clamping piece 310 is located above, and the flat shape of the second clamping piece 320 facilitates the more stable installation of the clip 300 and the sliding of the clip 300.

In the above embodiment, the included angle between the force application portion 313 and the second clip piece 320 is larger than the included angle between the clamping portion 311 and the second clip piece 320, so that the end of the first clip piece 310 tilts in the direction away from the second clip piece 320, the distance between the force application portion 313 of the first clip piece 310 and the second clip piece 320 is larger, the force application torque is increased, the clip 300 is easier to open, and the clip 300 can open at a larger angle.

In order to provide elastic force for the first clamping piece 310 and the second clamping piece 320, so that the second end of the clamping portion 311 is clamped with the second end of the second clamping piece 320, in an embodiment, the elastic member is a torsion spring, in this embodiment, the torsion spring is sleeved on the supporting shaft 305, and one end of the torsion spring is connected with the second end of the force applying portion 313, and the other end of the torsion spring is connected with the first end of the second clamping piece 320, so that the force applying portion 313 and the second clamping piece 320 are provided with elastic force through the torsion spring, and the force applying portion 313 and the second clamping piece 320 are opened, so that the second end of the clamping portion 311 is clamped with the second end of the second clamping piece 320.

In other embodiments, the elastic member may be a spring or a spring plate, which is not described in this embodiment.

In order to realize the relative rotation between the first jaw 310 and the second jaw 320, in one embodiment, the rotation support portion 312 and the middle portion of the second jaw 320 are respectively rotatably connected to the support shaft 305. In this embodiment, the rotation holes are respectively formed in the middle portions of the rotation supporting portion 312 and the second clip piece 320, and the supporting shaft 305 is rotatably disposed in the rotation hole of the rotation supporting portion 312 and the rotation hole of the second clip piece 320, so that the rotation supporting portion 312 and the second clip piece 320 can rotate around the supporting shaft 305, and the relative rotation between the first clip piece 310 and the second clip piece 320 is realized.

In one embodiment, the rotation support portion 312 is fixedly connected to the support shaft 305, and the middle portion of the second clamping piece 320 is rotatably connected to the support shaft 305. In this embodiment, the middle portion of the second clamping piece 320 is provided with a rotating hole, the supporting shaft 305 is rotatably disposed in the rotating hole, and the two ends of the supporting shaft 305 are fixedly connected to the rotating support portion 312, so that the second clamping piece 320 can rotate relatively around the supporting shaft 305 to realize the relative rotation between the first clamping piece 310 and the second clamping piece 320.

In one embodiment, the rotation support portion 312 is rotatably connected to the support shaft 305, and the middle portion of the second clamping piece 320 is fixedly connected to the support shaft 305. In this embodiment, the rotation support portion 312 can rotate relative to the support shaft 305, and the support shaft 305 is fixedly connected to the second clamping piece 320, so that the relative rotation between the first clamping piece 310 and the second clamping piece 320 can be realized.

In order to better grip the object and increase the frictional force for gripping, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the second end of the second jaw 320 is provided with a saw tooth structure 321. In one embodiment, the second end of the clamping portion 311 is provided with a saw tooth structure 311 a. In this embodiment, the front end of the first clamping piece 310 and the front end of the second clamping piece 320 are respectively provided with a saw-tooth structure, so that the friction between the first clamping piece 310 and the article and the friction between the second clamping piece 320 and the article can be increased, and the article can be clamped more stably.

In order to better clamp the article and increase the frictional force of the clamping, in one embodiment, the second end of the second clamping piece 320 is provided with a rubber layer, and the second end of the clamping portion is provided with a rubber layer. In this embodiment, set up the rubber layer through the front end at first clamping piece and the front end of second clamping piece, can effectively increase the frictional force of the front end of first clamping piece and the front end of second clamping piece, and then make the clip can press from both sides tight article more firmly.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, a clamping mechanism 30 is provided, which includes a movable seat 380 and the clip 300 described in any of the above embodiments, wherein the movable seat 380 is provided with a clamping hole 381, the clip 300 is slidably disposed in the clamping hole 381, one surface of the second clip piece 320 facing away from the first clip piece 310 slidably abuts against a sidewall of a first side of the clamping hole 381, the force application portion 313 slidably abuts against a sidewall of an opposite second side of the clamping hole 381, the sidewall of the first side of the clamping hole 381 is disposed opposite to the sidewall of the second side, and a distance between the sidewall of the first side and the sidewall of the second side of the clamping hole 381 is smaller than a maximum distance between the force application portion 313 and the second clip piece 320.

In this embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the chucking hole 381 is rectangular, and the side wall of the first side and the side wall of the second side are disposed opposite to each other and are parallel to each other.

Since the included angle between the force application portion 313 and the second clamping piece 320 is larger than the included angle between the clamping portion 311 and the second clamping piece 320, the force application to the force application portion 313 and the first end of the second clamping piece 320 is facilitated, so that the clamping portion 311 and the second clamping piece 320 are easy to open. Further, when the force application portion 313 and the second clip piece 320 are in a state of being parallel to each other, the opening angle between the clamping portion 311 and the second clip piece 320 is larger.

For convenience of understanding, in the present embodiment, the direction in which the clamping portion 311 of the clip 300 and the second end of the second clip piece 320 face is defined as the front, and the direction in which the biasing portion 313 of the clip 300 and the first end of the second clip piece 320 face is defined as the rear. When the clip 300 is pushed forward from the back, the clip 300 slides forward from the back in the clamping hole 381, the rear end of the clip 300 gradually enters the clamping hole 381, and the distance between the force application part 313 at the rear end of the clip 300 and the second clamping piece 320 gradually increases, so the first ends of the force application part 313 and the second clamping piece 320 are forced by the side walls at the two sides of the clamping hole 381, the clip 300 can be quickly opened and is easy to open, and the clip 300 can be opened by moving forward under small pushing force.

Referring to fig. 8 and 10 together, when the clamping portion 311 of the clip 300 and the second clamping hole 381 of the second clamping piece 320 are opened to the maximum angle, the force application portion 313 of the clip 300 and the second clamping piece 320 are parallel to each other, and the force application portion 313 and the second clamping piece 320 are parallel to the side walls of the two sides of the clamping hole 381, respectively, at this time, the elastic member is compressed to the maximum, the elastic potential energy reaches the maximum, the elastic force of the elastic member will make the friction force between the force application portion 313 and the side wall of the second side of the clamping hole 381 and the friction force between the second clamping piece 320 and the side wall of the first side of the clamping hole 381 reach the maximum, when the clip 300 is not pushed any more, the clip 300 will be clamped in the clamping hole 381 under the friction force of the two side walls of the clamping hole 381, the clip 300 is prevented from sliding out of the clamping hole 381, and the force application portion 313 of the clip 300 and the first end of the second clamping piece 320 are under the force of the two side walls of the clamping hole 381, and kept open.

In addition, because the second clamping piece 320 is set to be flat, the surface of the second clamping piece 320, which faces away from the first clamping piece 310, is a flat surface, and the second clamping piece 320 is parallel to the side wall of the first side of the clamping hole 381, so that when the second clamping piece 320 can slide in the clamping hole 381, the second clamping piece keeps abutting against the side wall of the first side of the clamping hole 381, and the clamp 300 slides more stably in the clamping hole 381. In this embodiment, when the clip 300 slides in the fastening hole 381, the second clip piece 320 keeps abutting against the sidewall of the first side of the fastening hole 381, and keeps parallel to the sidewall of the first side of the fastening hole 381, and the first clip piece 310 rotates relative to the second clip piece 320 under the elastic force of the elastic member or under the sidewall of the second side of the fastening hole 381, so as to open or close the clip 300.

In one embodiment, a bag receiving mechanism 20 is provided, where the bag receiving mechanism 20 includes a hanging plate 210 and a hanging column 220, the hanging column 220 is disposed on the hanging plate 210, the hanging column 220 is used for passing through a hanging hole on a first side of a bag, a protruding portion 230 is disposed on one side of the hanging plate 210, and a width of the protruding portion 230 is gradually reduced from one end close to the hanging plate 210 to one end far away from the hanging plate 210.

By arranging the protruding part 230 on the hanging plate 210, the bag attached to the surface of the hanging plate 210 can be jacked up by the protruding part 230, the jacked part of the bag can be used for clamping the clamping mechanism 30 conveniently, the clamping efficiency of the clamping mechanism 30 on the bag can be effectively improved, and the clamping precision is improved.

In the above embodiments, the barrel body is provided with a driving motor for driving the movable seat to move, when the bag is opened, the movable seat is driven to move backwards by controlling the driving motor to move forwards, so that the clip abuts against the abutting strip on the second side of the bung hole, so that the second clamping piece abuts against the abutting strip, and slides towards the bag containing mechanism in the clamping hole under the reverse acting force of the abutting strip, so that the first end of the first clamping piece and the first end of the second clamping piece approach under the acting force of the side wall of the clamping hole, so that the second end of the clamping piece is opened, and then the driving motor is controlled to move backwards, so that the movable seat moves towards the bag containing mechanism, so that the second end of the second clamping piece abuts against the bulge on the first side of the bung hole, so that the clip slides towards the direction far away from the bag containing mechanism in the clamping hole under the reverse acting force of the bulge, so that the first end of the clip is disengaged from the sidewall of the clamping hole and the second end of the clip is closed by the elastic force of the elastic member so that the second end of the clip clamps the second side of the bag.

The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
