The cutting method of an underwater cutting system as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the underwater cutting system is arranged on the outer wall of a position, needing to be cut, of the pile pipe (101), the sawing rope is wound on the driving wheel (5), the steering wheel (6) and the guide wheel (7) to be attached to the position, opposite to the bracket (2), of the outer wall of the pile pipe (101), the sawing rope starts to cut the pile pipe (101) along the horizontal plane under the guide of the guide wheel (7) after the diamond rope saw cutting machine is started, and meanwhile, the driving wheel (5) of the lifting frame (4) rises to drive the sawing rope to cut the pile pipe (101) inwards; and the guide wheel (7) moves backwards under the drive of the telescopic mechanism so that the sawing rope cuts off the whole pile pipe (101).

The invention relates to a cutting system and a cutting method thereof, in particular to a cutting system applied to an underwater environment and a cutting method thereof.

Background

At present, in the construction process of a sea wind power pile foundation, a pile pipe needs to be cut in a cutting mode, and conventional thermal cutting or abrasive wheel cutting cannot be smoothly carried out underwater; for this reason, some enterprises have developed a "low pile cap underwater cutting construction method" disclosed in chinese patent CN200810202813.3, which uses a cutting chain to cut the underwater cap; but the cutting machine can only cut transversely arranged objects to be cut and cannot cut vertical pile pipes; therefore, an enterprise develops a 'diamond wire saw cutting machine for an underwater riser' disclosed in chinese patent CN201710969812.0 on the basis, and the diamond wire saw cutting machine is used for cutting the underwater riser, but the overall structure is complex, and the installation is not convenient enough, so that a cutting system with simple structure and convenient operation is urgently needed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects and provides an underwater cutting system and a cutting method thereof, which are simple in structure, convenient to operate and capable of rapidly cutting a pile pipe underwater.

The purpose of the invention is realized as follows:

According to the underwater cutting system, the vertical beam is vertically provided with the rack, the lifting frame is provided with the gear driven by the hydraulic motor, and the gear is meshed with the rack.

The invention relates to a cutting method of an underwater cutting system, which is characterized in that the underwater cutting system is arranged on the outer wall of a position, required to be cut, of a pile pipe, a sawing rope is wound on a driving wheel, a steering wheel and a guide wheel, the sawing rope is tightly attached to the position, opposite to a bracket, of the outer wall of the pile pipe, the sawing rope starts to cut the pile pipe along a horizontal plane under the guide of the guide wheel after a diamond rope sawing machine is started, and meanwhile, the driving wheel of a lifting frame rises to drive the sawing rope to cut the pile pipe inwards; and the guide wheel moves backwards under the driving of the telescopic mechanism so that the sawing rope cuts off the whole pile pipe.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the underwater pile pipe is cut by the diamond rope saw cutting machine, and the whole cutting installation mechanism and the saw rope guiding and restraining structure are simple and practical, so that the complexity of the whole structure is greatly simplified, and the underwater pile pipe cutting machine is greatly convenient for an operator to use.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the underwater cutting system comprises a clamp 1 which is encircled on the outer wall of a pile pipe 101, a bracket 2 is connected to the clamp 1, a diamond wire saw cutting machine is fixedly installed on the bracket 2, a vertical beam 3 is vertically arranged on the bracket 2, a lifting frame 4 is vertically and slidably arranged on the vertical beam 3, a driving wheel 5 which rotates in a vertical plane is arranged on the lifting frame 4, steering wheels 6 which rotate in the vertical plane are arranged on two sides of the clamp 1 or the bracket 2, guide wheels 7 which rotate in a horizontal plane are arranged on two sides of the clamp 1, and a saw wire of the diamond wire saw cutting machine is wound among the driving wheel 5, the steering wheels 6 and the guide wheels 7;

furthermore, two sides of the hoop 1 are provided with support frames 8, a telescopic mechanism is arranged in each support frame 8, and the guide wheels 7 are arranged on the telescopic mechanisms; the telescopic mechanism is an oil cylinder, the guide wheel 7 is arranged on a piston rod of the oil cylinder, or the telescopic mechanism is a screw nut structure, and the guide wheel 7 is arranged on a moving nut of the screw nut;

an underwater cutting method, install the underwater cutting system on the outer wall of the position that the pile pipe 101 needs to cut, after winding the sawing rope on driving wheel 5, steering wheel 6 and deflector pulley 7, make the sawing rope stick to the outer wall of the pile pipe 101 opposite to bracket 2, make the sawing rope begin to cut the pile pipe 101 along the horizontal plane under the guidance of the deflector pulley 7 after starting the diamond wire saw cutting machine, meanwhile, the driving wheel 5 of the crane 4 rises and thus drives the sawing rope to cut the pile pipe 101 inwards; and the guide wheel 7 moves backwards under the driving of the telescopic mechanism so that the sawing rope cuts off the whole pile pipe 101;

specifically, the method comprises the following steps:

firstly, fixing a hoop 1 on a position to be cut of a pile pipe 101 by a diver;

step two, the diver installs and fixes the diamond wire saw cutting machine on the bracket 2;

connecting a hydraulic oil pipe to provide a power source;

step four, mounting a diamond rope, and adjusting the position of the driving wheel 5 to enable the diamond rope to be tightly attached to the outer wall of the pile pipe 101;

step five, starting the hydraulic power station to drive the diamond rope to rotate at a high speed and start cutting, wherein the rotating speed of the rope is controlled to be about 20 m/s;

adjusting the alignment position of the driving wheel 5 in the cutting process, wherein the driving wheel 5 is always positioned behind the cutting line and tightly holds the rope to ensure the cutting pressure on the rope cutting line;

step seven, in the cutting process, if the rope is overlong or broken, the cutting is suspended, and the rope is connected again;

and step eight, after cutting, sequentially dismantling the diamond wire saw cutting machine and the clamp 1, and removing the cut pile pipe section.
