The embodiment further provides that: the fixed transmission roller assembly 21 further comprises a seventh transmission roller 218 and an eighth transmission roller 219, the seventh transmission roller 218 and the eighth transmission roller 219 are arranged in the same row below one side of the sixth transmission roller 216 corresponding to the fourth transmission roller 214, the movable transmission roller assembly 22 comprises a swinging transmission member 221, an elastic connecting piece and a hook 222, the swinging transmission member 221 is arranged below the seventh transmission roller 218, the hook 222 is arranged at a high position of the machine shell 1, the swinging transmission member 221 comprises a fixed end 2211 connected with the machine shell 1 and a swinging end 2212 capable of swinging, a hook portion is arranged between the fixed end 2211 and the swinging end 2212, two ends of the elastic connecting piece are respectively connected with the hook 222, the swinging transmission member 221 further comprises a movable roller, and the movable roller is respectively arranged at intervals in the horizontal direction with the seventh transmission roller 218 and the eighth transmission roller 219, the eighth driving roller 219 is provided with a pressing wheel, and the eighth driving roller 219 is flush with the height of the transition table 6.

In the technical scheme of the invention, the seventh driving roller 218, the eighth driving roller 219 and the movable roller may be a single roller or two or more rollers, and preferably two rollers are used in consideration of efficiency and effect.

The embodiment further provides that: the adjusting assembly 41 includes a first driving roller 411, a second driving roller 412, a third driving roller 413 and a pulley driving member 414 for driving the first driving roller 411, the second driving roller 412, and the third driving roller 413, wherein the first driving roller 411, the second driving roller 412, and the third driving roller 413 are disposed in an inverted triangle, the first driving roller 411, the second driving roller 412, and the eighth driving roller 219 are disposed in a same row, the transition table 6 is disposed between the eighth driving roller 219 and the first driving roller 411, and the second driving roller 412 is disposed below the second monitoring member 522.

The embodiment further provides that: the tension assembly 42 comprises an auxiliary pressure roller 421, the auxiliary pressure roller 421 comprises an upper pressure roller 4211 and a lower pressure roller 4212 which are arranged at intervals, and the lower pressure roller 4212 is flush with the second driving roller 412.
