The light adjusting film 15 is formed by injecting a liquid crystal/polymer mixed material between two transparent conductive films, the light adjusting film 15 comprises a five-layer structure, two outermost layers are protective layers, two inward layers are conductive layers, and a central layer is formed by adding a liquid crystal molecule and a polymer mixed material, so that liquid crystal molecules in the light adjusting film 15 can be in an irregular distribution state under the condition of no electric field effect, light cannot be injected, the light adjusting film 15 is in an opaque appearance, and the light adjusting film 15 is in an opaque state; when alternating current is introduced, liquid crystal molecules in the light modulation film 15 are orderly arranged under the action of an electric field, light can freely penetrate through the light modulation film, and the light modulation film 15 is converted from an opaque state (OFF state) into a transparent state (ON state). By the action of the electric field, the light adjusting film 15 can be switched from the on state to the off state and from the off state to the on state.

The PCB board 8 is connected with the dimming film 15 through a wire, the PCB board 8 is connected with an automobile power supply through a wire, and three through holes 18 are formed in the PCB board 8 and used for fixing the PCB board 8.

The upper decoration strip positioning column 36 sequentially penetrates through holes corresponding to the upper decoration strip positioning column 36 on the upper transparent PC board 13, the light modulation film 15 and the lower transparent PC board 14, the lower decoration strip positioning column 37 sequentially penetrates through holes corresponding to the lower decoration strip positioning column 37 on the lower transparent PC board 14, the light modulation film 15 and the upper transparent PC board 13, and then the lower decoration strip buckle 35 is clamped into the upper decoration strip buckle groove 34, so that the upper decoration strip 11, the PC board assembly 2 and the lower decoration strip 12 are assembled together.

Two PCB board screw positioning columns 43 are arranged on the inner side surface of the lower PP shell 4, and the PCB board screw positioning columns 43 positioned at the upper end of the lower PP shell 4 sequentially penetrate through holes corresponding to the PCB board 8, the rear plug extending structure 38 and the hook shaft 7 and then are fixed by screws 39; the PCB board screw positioning column 43 located at the lower end of the lower PP shell 4 sequentially passes through the corresponding through holes on the PCB board 8, the PC board assembly 2 and the hook shaft 7, and then is fixed by the screw 39.

Two hook shaft screw positioning columns 40 are arranged on the inner side surface of the lower PP shell 4, and the two hook shaft screw positioning columns 40 respectively penetrate through corresponding through holes in the hook shaft 7 and then are fixed by screws 39.

Two sides of the inner side surface of the lower PP shell 4 are respectively provided with a decoration strip screw positioning column 41, and the decoration strip screw positioning column 41 on the left sequentially passes through holes corresponding to the assembled lower decoration strip 12, the PC board assembly 2 and the upper decoration strip 11 and then is fixed by a screw 39; the right trim bolt positioning post 41 passes through the through holes corresponding to the through holes on the PCB 8, the lower trim 12, the PC board assembly 2, the upper trim 11 and the hook shaft 7 in sequence and then is fixed by a bolt 39.

The light adjusting film 15 is a light adjusting film produced by national ampere-qi latitude photoelectric new material limited company, the light adjusting film type is an energy-saving light adjusting film (wide temperature type), and the color is gray black, so that the light adjusting film has good heat insulation and energy saving effects.

The PCB board 8 is manufactured and processed by Shenzhen Jinli electronics Limited company, the type is a double-sided board, the wiring area is twice as large as that of the single-sided board, the light modulation film 15 is connected with the PCB board 8 through a conducting wire, and the on-off state of the light modulation film 15 is controlled by the light-transmitting switch button 16.

When the automobile sun visor is opened, the power supply is in a closed state, the dimming film area of the automobile sun visor is in an opaque state, the dimming film 15 is in a haze shape, the color is gray black, the shading film is opaque, the automobile sun visor is in an opaque state as a whole, and the automobile sun visor has a good heat insulation effect while blocking light; after an opening button of the light-transmitting switch button 16 is pressed, a power supply is turned on, the light adjusting film 15 is transparent, and the light adjusting film area of the automobile sun visor is in a perspective state, so that the sight of front-row passengers is not obstructed, the driving safety is improved, and the intelligent degree of the automobile sun visor in automobile interior decoration is enhanced; after the off button of the translucent on-off button 16 is pressed, the dimming film region of the car sun visor is restored to the non-see-through state.

About two thirds of the area of the invention is the PC board assembly 2, and the PC board assembly 2 can be controlled to be switched between a perspective state and a non-perspective state under the condition of not shielding light.
