In addition, the up-down positioning mechanism further comprises a vacuum adsorption assembly consisting of a controller, a sensor, a vacuum generator and a vacuum adsorption tube which are connected, and an adsorption port connected with the vacuum adsorption tube is formed on the positioning disc 220; when the sensor senses that the seat frame 500 exists, the controller controls the vacuum generator to be started, so that the seat frame 500 is positioned on the positioning plate 220 in an adsorption mode; in order to further enhance the stability and accuracy of positioning, a positioning notch 2201 matched with the seat frame 500 is provided on the positioning plate 220, the positioning notch 2201 is formed by an outer side wall of the positioning plate 220 and a positioning rod 2203 located on the outer side wall of the positioning plate 220, the positioning plate 220 is embedded in the groove 530 at the bottom of the seat frame, and the seat frame side wall 520 is located in the positioning notch 2201.

The side positioning mechanism comprises four positioning side plates 230 which are positioned on the side wall of the floating platform 210 and used for tightly abutting the inner peripheral edge 410a of the barrier cotton against the side wall 520 of the seat frame, and the four positioning side plates 230 can respectively tightly abut against the periphery of the side wall 520 of the seat frame; specifically, the positioning side plate 230 is connected to a linear guide rod 232 on a linear bearing 231, a second elastic member 233 (adopting a spring) having one end abutting against the positioning side plate 230 and the other end abutting against the linear bearing 231 is sleeved on the linear guide rod 232, and the linear bearing 510 is connected to the lower base 201 through a fixing plate 234; two linear guide rods 232 are connected to the same side of the positioning side plate 230. In addition, the upper end surface of the positioning side plate 230 is a slope 235, which facilitates the entrance of the seat frame 500.

The wrapping mechanism comprises four wrapping pieces 240 (wrapping the periphery of the bottom periphery 510 of the seat frame), and a push-pull assembly connected with the wrapping pieces 240 and used for realizing the reciprocating displacement of the wrapping pieces 240 towards the bottom periphery 510 of the seat frame; specifically, the wrapping piece 240 comprises a sliding plate 2401, a wrapping driving cylinder 2402 connected to the sliding plate 2401, a connecting plate 2403 connected to a wrapping driving air rod on the wrapping driving cylinder 2402, and a wrapping plate 2404 hinged to the sliding plate 2401; the connecting plate 2403 is connected with a first hinge pin 2405, the first hinge pin 2405 is hinged with a first hinge 2406, the wrapping plate 2404 is connected with a second hinge 2407, the first hinge 2406 and the second hinge 2407 are hinged through a second hinge pin 2408, when the wrapping driving air rod pushes the connecting plate 2403, the wrapping plate 2404 is turned over, and the outer periphery 410b of the blocking cotton is pressed on the inner side wall of the bottom groove 530 of the seat frame with the groove at the bottom; in order to enhance the stability of the sliding plate 2401, the wrapping base 200 is provided with guide slots 236 for accommodating two side edges of the sliding plate 2401, and the sliding plate 2401 can slide along the guide slots 236; the push-pull assembly comprises a push-pull driving electric cylinder 241 connected to the base, and a push-pull lead screw on the push-pull driving electric cylinder 241 is connected with the sliding plate 2401 through a joint bearing 242.

The floating platform 210 can be displaced up and down in the bypass opening 250, the wrapping member 240 is located at the outer periphery of the upper port of the bypass opening 250, the positioning side plate 230 is located at the inner side wall of the bypass opening 250, and the upper end surface of the positioning side plate 230 is lower than the outer periphery of the upper port of the bypass opening 250.

The operation of the device is controlled by an electric cabinet (not shown).

The specific working process is as follows:

the seat frame 500 is adsorbed and positioned on the positioning disc 220, the blocking cotton 400 is clamped by blocking cotton clamping jaws and positioned above the floating platform 210, then the positioning disc 220 is displaced downwards to enable the seat frame 500 and the blocking cotton 400 to be positioned between the positioning disc 220 and the floating platform 210 from top to bottom in sequence, the positioning disc 220 is continuously pressed downwards to enable the positioning side plate 230 to enable the inner peripheral edge 410a of the blocking cotton to be abutted against the side wall 520 of the seat frame, the sliding plate 2401 is displaced towards the bottom peripheral edge 510 of the seat frame under the action of the push-pull driving electric cylinder 241, then the connecting plate 2403 is pushed under the action of the wrapping driving air cylinder 2402, the first hinge pin 2405, the first hinge 2406, the second hinge 2407 and the second hinge pin 2408 are linked to achieve overturning of the wrapping plate 2404, and the wrapping plate 2404 wraps the blocking cotton outer peripheral edge 410b at the upper end of the protruding seat frame side wall 520 on the inner side wall of the bottom groove 530 of the seat frame.
