The PLC controls the driving unit to operate, the rotating shafts 21 in the lifting units on the two sides are driven to rotate under the supporting action of the bearings 22 at the two fixed positions, the wire coil 23 rotates, the suspension wires 25 on the wire coil 23 act on the lifting plate through the through holes in the driving chamber 9 and the guide wheels 24, and the lifting plate stably moves under the limiting action of the two sliding units.

Preferably, in order to drive the rotating shaft 21 to rotate, the driving unit comprises a second motor 26, a driving gear 27 and two driven gears 28, the second motor 26 is fixed in the driving chamber 9, the second motor 26 is electrically connected with the PLC, the second motor 26 is in transmission connection with the driving gear 27, the driving gear 27 is located between the two driven gears 28, the driving gear 27 is meshed with the driven gears 28, and the driven gears 28 are coaxially fixed on the rotating shaft 21.
