When banquet, activities or celebration festival, the very big zongzi not only can be appreciated by people, can also supply many people to eat together, shares the delicious taste of zongzi together. The zongzi must make the rice steam thoroughly through the processing of cooking in the manufacturing process, but the phenomenon that inside rice is not steamed easily appears in the zongzi in-process of cooking, and the zongzi presss from both sides the phenomenon of growing promptly, influences the taste of zongzi.

The invention discloses a large-scale rice dumpling forming die and a method for manufacturing the large-scale rice dumpling by using the forming die, which have the beneficial effects that:

(1) the forming die is suitable for manufacturing the large rice dumplings, and the filling of the large rice dumplings is limited in the forming cavity under the matching use of the fixed die plate and the movable die plate by arranging the fixed die plate and the movable die plate, so that the large rice dumplings are formed and are not easy to collapse in the cooking process, the forming process of the large rice dumplings is simplified, and the forming quality and the forming efficiency of the large rice dumplings are improved;
