The rice inlet 31 is arranged at the top of the end part close to one side of the shell 3 and is fixedly connected with the rice containing bin 6. The rice containing bin 6 is arranged at the top of the rice washing device and is in screw connection with the rice washing device, and can fall into the shell 3 through gravity after rice is placed in, so that the step of placing the rice into the screw rod rice conveying device is simplified, and the rice washing efficiency is improved.

An air inlet 37 is arranged at the position of the shell 3 corresponding to the stacking section 43, and the air inlet 37 is the connecting position of the air inlet duct 11 and the shell 3.

The working process of the rice washing device is as follows:

rice is put into a rice containing bin 6, a fan 1 and a stepping motor are started, the rice in the rice containing bin 6 falls into a rice measuring section 41 of a screw mechanism 4 in a shell 3 through a rice inlet 31, the screw moves at a constant speed, the rice measuring section 41 moves the rice in the direction far away from the rice inlet 31 according to the uniform rice quantity, the rice grains are conveyed to a rice washing section 42, the rice grains are separated from dust adhered to the surface of the rice and silt debris in the rice by bristles on internal thread teeth of the rice washing section 42 and conveyed to a rice stacking section 43, the fan 1 operates, an air outlet arranged at the position corresponding to the rice stacking section 43 on the shell 3 sucks the air flow with the dust and the silt debris through an air vent 33 and a filter screen 34 on the wall of the shell 3 into an air inlet duct 11 under the action of negative pressure, a dust collecting device 2 is arranged between the air inlet duct 11 and the motor of the fan 1, the air flow filtered by the dust and the silt debris in the dust collecting device 2 is under the action, and the grains are blown to the second rice outlet 363 through the air outlet duct 12, and the grains fall to the position of the second rice outlet 363 through the sealing piece 362 and the accommodating space under the action of the screw rod and are blown away from the rice washing device by air flow, so that the washing is finished.
