5. The preparation method of the special composite oil phase for the powdery explosive is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

step one, putting 60-85 parts by weight of composite wax into a wax melting tank, and heating and melting; heating to 80-90 deg.C;

step two, putting 5-20 parts by weight of composite surfactant and 2-10 parts by weight of stabilizing additive into a wax melting tank, and standing for 2 hours at a constant temperature of 80-90 ℃;

and step three, filtering and discharging, cooling and solidifying into blocks to obtain the special composite oil phase for the powdery explosive.
