Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of textiles, and particularly relates to a PUFF structure three-color fabric and a preparation process thereof.

Background

Warp-knitted spacer fabrics have good compression deformation capacity, resilience performance and air permeability, can effectively relieve human body pressure and absorb impact energy, and are increasingly widely applied, such as automobile cushions, vamp materials, mattresses and the like. The common warp-knitted spacer fabric at present comprises three structures, namely a surface layer, a middle layer and a bottom layer, wherein the middle layer is formed by yarns and filament yarns or monofilaments and is connected with the surface layer and the bottom layer to form a spacer structure of the middle layer. The surface layer and the bottom layer may be the same or different in structure, for example, the surface layer and the bottom layer are both compact structures, one surface may be compact structure, and the other surface may be plain structure, small pattern, jacquard, or meshes with different sizes are generated on both surfaces.

The PUFF structure fabric is one of warp-knitted spacer fabrics, and as the name suggests, the fabric of the warp-knitted spacer fabric contains a PUFF (foam) shaped structure, and different parts of the fabric form bulges or depressions with different thicknesses, so that the fabric with set three-dimensional shapes, meshes or lines is formed, and the functional requirements of the existing market on the increasingly diversified warp-knitted spacer fabric are met. Currently, double-needle bed sheet jacquard warp knitting machines are mainly adopted for preparing warp-knitted spacer fabrics. The warp-knitted spacer fabric to be formed into a PUFF structure is mainly formed by patterning different yarn amounts with different let-off amounts on the surface layer, the middle layer and the bottom layer. In the aspect of controlling different let-off quantities of different parts of the warp-knitted spacer fabric, a coil model of a common guide bar is not suitable for a jacquard coil, and because the let-off quantity of the jacquard guide bar is larger than that of the common guide bar, the common manufacturing process cannot manufacture the PUFF structural fabric with three-color jacquard effects with different thicknesses on a surface layer, a middle layer and a bottom layer.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above technical problems in the prior art, it is desirable to provide a three-color fabric with a PUFF structure and a manufacturing process thereof, wherein the manufacturing process can utilize a double-needle bar single jacquard warp knitting machine applied to the existing warp knitting fabric to manufacture two layers of jacquard patterns of the middle layer and one of the surface layer and the bottom layer, or three layers of the surface layer, the middle layer and the bottom layer are simultaneously jacquard, and can well control the warp feeding amount at the jacquard positions to manufacture the three-color fabric with the PUFF structure with different thicknesses and concave-convex shapes.

In order to achieve the above object, in a first aspect of the present invention, the inventors provide a three-color fabric with a PUFF structure, which comprises a surface layer, a middle layer and a bottom layer connected in sequence, wherein the surface layer and the bottom layer are made of transparent monofilament skeletons of fishing silks, the middle layer is a jacquard with a preset pattern, the jacquard with the preset pattern connects the surface layer and the bottom layer locally to form a thicker structure, and the parts of the surface layer and the bottom layer which are not connected through the middle layer form a thinner structure.

In a second aspect of the present invention, the inventors provide a process for preparing a three-color fabric with a PUFF structure according to the first aspect of the present invention, the process using a double-needle bed sheet jacquard 6/1 warp knitting machine or 7/1 warp knitting machine, comprising the following steps:

preparing materials:

the yarns of the surface layer and the bottom layer are both 80D or 100D white round bright polyester fish silk monofilaments, the yarns of the middle layer comprise first yarns and second yarns, the first yarns are 150D/72F white semi-bright normal-temperature cation polyester light nets, and the second yarns are 145D/60F or 150D/72F white semi-bright composite yarns or white semi-bright normal-temperature cation light nets DTY;

threading:

the guide bar GB1 penetrates 80D or 100D white round bright polyester fish silk monofilament, and the using amount is 15-18%;

the guide bar GB2 penetrates 80D or 100D white round bright polyester fish silk monofilament, and the using amount is 10-15%;

the guide bar GB3 penetrates 80D or 100D white round bright polyester fish silk monofilament, and the using amount is 11-15%;

the jacquard guide bar JB1.1 penetrates into the first yarn, and the usage amount is 17-25%;

the jacquard guide bar JB1.2 penetrates into the second yarn, and the using amount is 17-25%;

the guide bar GB4 penetrates 80D or 100D white round bright polyester fish silk monofilament, and the using amount is 13-17%;

weaving:

the guide bars GB1 and GB2 are only used for carrying out yarn laying and looping on a front needle bed and weaving plain weave to obtain a surface layer of the three-color fabric with the PUFF structure;

the jacquard guide bar JB1.1 and the jacquard guide bar JB1.2 are knitted according to the technical organization of 1-0-1-0/1-2-1-2// to carry out yarn laying and looping on front and back needle beds, and then jacquard weave is knitted to obtain the middle layer of the three-color fabric with the PUFF structure;

and (3) backing yarns on the back needle beds by guide bars GB3 and GB4 to form loops, and weaving plain weave to obtain the bottom layer of the three-color fabric with the PUFF structure.

Different from the prior art, the technical scheme at least has the following beneficial effects:

Detailed Description

The process for producing the three-color fabric having a PUFF structure of the first aspect and the three-color fabric having a PUFF structure of the second aspect of the present invention will be described in detail below.

The three-color face fabric of the PUFF structure of the first aspect of the invention is first explained.

The three-color fabric with the PUFF structure comprises a surface layer, a middle layer and a bottom layer which are sequentially connected, wherein the surface layer and the bottom layer are transparent fishing filament monofilament frameworks, the middle layer is a jacquard of a preset pattern, the jacquard of the preset pattern is used for locally connecting the surface layer and the bottom layer to form a thick structure, and the part of the surface layer and the part of the bottom layer which are not connected through the middle layer form a thin structure.

The three-color fabric with the PUFF structure is named because the appearance and the touch feeling are similar to those of PUFF (PUFF), the jacquard with the preset pattern in the middle layer is prepared by a jacquard guide bar with larger let-off quantity, the surface layer is connected with the bottom layer to form a thicker structure, and a thinner structure with unconnected surface layer and bottom layer is formed at the position without the jacquard in the middle layer. The three-color fabric with the PUFF structure is suitable for being used as a fabric with air permeability and special structure requirements, such as a vamp, a mattress and the like.

As a further design of the invention, the surface layer and the bottom layer can be respectively provided with the jacquard patterns with different design patterns, thereby enriching the styles of fabric products. Further, the surface layer and/or the bottom layer are provided with different designs of jacquard patterns.

Next, a process for producing the three-color fabric having a PUFF structure according to the second aspect of the present invention is described, wherein the three-color fabric having a PUFF structure according to the first aspect of the present invention is described.

A process for preparing a three-color fabric having a PUFF structure according to the first aspect of the present invention, which uses a double-needle bed sheet jacquard 6/1 warp knitting machine or 7/1 warp knitting machine, comprising the steps of:

As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the let-off amount of the jacquard guide bar JB1.1 and the jacquard guide bar JB1.2 is 3500-4000 mm/wax gram, and preferably, the let-off amount of the jacquard guide bar JB1.1 and the jacquard guide bar JB1.2 is 3600-3800 mm/wax gram.

The type of the double-needle bed sheet jacquard warp knitting machine adopted by the embodiment of the invention is JT09 jacquard double-needle bed sheet jacquard 6 comb (E22/6 single), and the adopted composite yarns in the second yarns are 75D/36F normal-temperature cation 110 ℃ DTY non-net +70D/24F nylon DTY non-net composite yarns, or the second yarns are 75D/36F normal-temperature cation 110 ℃ DTY non-net +75D/36F nylon DTY non-net composite yarns.
