The electric motor and controller integrated electric drive system of claim 2, further comprising a DC bus input terminal (1) fixed to the rear end cover (20) of the electric drive system and a three-phase fixing base (15), wherein a three-phase copper bar (16) is fixed in the three-phase fixing base (15), and the three-phase copper bar (16) is connected to the electric motor through a three-phase line (14) of the electric motor.

The electric drive system integrating the motor and the controller according to claim 3, wherein one path of the DC bus input terminal (1) is connected with the capacitor (5), and the other path is connected with the IGBT module (9) and is fixedly connected to a three-phase copper bar (16) in a three-phase fixed seat (15) through a U-phase copper bar (6), a V-phase copper bar (7) and a W-phase copper bar (8) respectively, and is further connected to the motor through a three-phase motor line (14).

the water channel (22) is axially arranged in a mounting surface including the middle part of the electric drive system shell (11);

the second flow channel (23) is radially arranged on the inner side of the front end cover (3) of the motor;

the second water channel cavity 24 is axially arranged in the motor front end cover (3);

and the water outlet nozzle (25) is arranged on the front end cover (3) of the motor.

7. The electric motor and controller integrated electric drive system according to claim 1, wherein the controller cover plate (2) is sealed with the electric drive system rear end cover (20) and the electric drive system front end cover (30) by cover plate sealing rings (12).

The electric drive system with integrated motor and controller according to claim 1, characterized in that sealing rings or glue seals are used between the motor front cover (3) and the electric drive system housing (11) and between the electric drive system rear cover (20) and the electric drive system housing (11).

The electric drive system with the motor and the controller integrated as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the three-phase holder (15) is covered with a three-phase cover plate (28), and the three-phase cover plate (28) is sealed with the electric drive system housing (11) by a sealing ring.

Background

At present, the integration of a motor and a controller is mostly realized by integrating the motor and the controller completely, integrating a motor end cover or a shell with a controller shell, or integrating the motor and the controller by fastening screws.

The existing water-cooling heat dissipation method of the motor controller mostly adopts a flat plate type structure, and a common method is that a power device is installed on one surface of a heat sink, and the other surface of the heat sink is not fully utilized.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to: the electric drive system integrating the motor and the controller is provided, the controller and the motor share a water channel and a shell, the size is small, and the integration level is high.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

an electric drive system integrating a motor and a controller comprises the motor and an electric drive system shell outside the motor, wherein the electric drive system shell comprises a mounting surface in the middle, an electric drive system rear end cover and an electric drive system front end cover, the two ends of the electric drive system rear end cover extend outwards and radially, the front end of the motor is provided with a motor front end cover mounted on the electric drive system front end cover, and a motor output shaft extends out of the motor front end cover; the electric drive system shell comprises components, a controller is mounted on a mounting surface in the middle of the electric drive system shell, and a controller cover plate is mounted between the rear end cover of the electric drive system and the extension of the front end cover of the electric drive system; and cooling systems are arranged in the electric drive system shell and the front end cover of the motor.

Preferably, each component of the controller comprises a capacitor, a U-phase copper bar, a V-phase copper bar, a W-phase copper bar, an IGBT module and a switching copper bar.

Preferably, the electric drive system further comprises a DC bus input terminal and a three-phase fixing seat which are fixed on the rear end cover of the electric drive system, a three-phase copper bar is fixed in the three-phase fixing seat, and the three-phase copper bar is connected with the motor through a three-phase line of the motor.

Preferably, the DC bus input terminal is connected with the capacitor all the way, and the other way is connected with the IGBT module and the IGBT module which are fixedly connected to the three-phase copper bar in the three-phase fixing seat through the U-phase copper bar, the V-phase copper bar and the W-phase copper bar respectively, and then connected to the motor through the three-phase line of the motor.

Preferably, the IGBT module and the capacitor are respectively installed on two installation surfaces in the middle of the shell of the electric drive system.

Preferably, the cooling system comprises, sequentially connected:

the water inlet nozzle is arranged on the rear end cover of the electric drive system;

the first water channel cavity is axially arranged inside the rear end cover of the electric drive system;

the first flow channel is radially arranged on the inner side of a rear end cover of the electric drive system;

the water channel is axially arranged in the mounting surface of the shell of the electric drive system, which comprises the middle part;

the second flow channel is radially arranged on the inner side of the front end cover of the motor;

the second water channel cavity is axially arranged inside the front end cover of the motor;

the water outlet nozzle is arranged on the front end cover of the motor.

Preferably, the controller cover plate is respectively sealed with the rear end cover of the electric drive system and the front end cover of the electric drive system by cover plate sealing rings.

Preferably, sealing rings or gluing sealing are adopted between the front end cover of the motor and the shell of the electric drive system and between the rear end cover of the electric drive system and the shell of the electric drive system.

Preferably, the three-phase fixing base is covered with a three-phase line cover plate, and the three-phase line cover plate and the electric driving system shell are sealed by a sealing ring.

The invention has the advantages that:

1. the controller and the motor share a water channel and a shell, so that the size is small and the integration level is high;

2. the heat dissipation water channel adopts a double-sided cooling structure, one side of the water channel is provided with the power module and the capacitor, and the other side of the water channel is provided with the motor stator, so that the heat dissipation effect is good;

3. a water channel is arranged on the motor end cover, so that the whole machine can conveniently dissipate heat;

4. the flow resistance of the common water channel for the motor and the control is relatively small;

5. and all parts are sealed by sealing rings, so that the sealing performance of the whole machine is ensured.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1-2, an electric drive system with an integrated motor and controller comprises a motor and an electric drive system shell 11 outside the motor, wherein the electric drive system shell 11 comprises a mounting surface at the middle part and an electric drive system rear end cover 20 and an electric drive system front end cover 30, both ends of the electric drive system rear end cover extend outwards and radially, the front end of the motor is provided with a motor front end cover 3 mounted on the electric drive system front end cover 30, and a motor output shaft 4 extends out of the motor front end cover 3; the electric drive system shell 11 comprises components of a controller, wherein the components of the controller are arranged on the mounting surface of the middle part of the electric drive system shell, and a controller cover plate 2 is arranged between the electric drive system rear end cover 20 and the electric drive system front end cover 30 in an extending way; and cooling systems are arranged in the electric drive system shell 11 and the motor front end cover 3.

And the controller cover plate 2 is respectively sealed with the rear end cover 20 of the electric drive system and the front end cover 30 of the electric drive system by adopting the cover plate sealing ring 12.

And sealing rings or glue sealing are adopted between the motor front end cover 3 and the electric drive system shell 11 and between the electric drive system rear end cover 20 and the electric drive system shell 11.

As shown in fig. 2, each component of the controller includes a capacitor 5, a U-phase copper bar 6, a V-phase copper bar 7, a W-phase copper bar 8, an IGBT module 9, and a switching copper bar 10. As shown in fig. 9, the IGBT module 9 and the capacitor 5 are mounted on a first mounting surface 26 and a second mounting surface 27 in the middle of the electric drive system case 11, respectively. As shown in fig. 3-4, the electric drive system further includes a DC bus input terminal 1 and a three-phase fixing base 15 fixed on the rear end cover 20 of the electric drive system, a three-phase copper bar 16 is fixed in the three-phase fixing base 15, and the three-phase copper bar 16 is connected to the motor through a three-phase line 14 of the motor. The DC bus input terminal 1 is connected with the capacitor 5 on one way, and the IGBT module 9 are connected on the other way and are respectively fixedly connected to a three-phase copper bar 16 in a three-phase fixing seat 15 through a U-phase copper bar 6, a V-phase copper bar 7 and a W-phase copper bar 8, and then are connected to the motor through a three-phase line 14 of the motor.

One path of current from the DC bus input terminal 1 passes through the capacitor anode 13 to reach the capacitor current stabilization for storing energy; one path of the current passes through an IGBT module 9 to a U, V and W three-phase copper bar 6, 7 and 8 to a motor three-phase line 14, so that the motor is rotated; three-phase lines 14 and U, V, W three-phase copper 6, 7, 8 rows of the motor are fixed on a three-phase fixing seat 15 by a three-phase copper bar 16.

As shown in fig. 5-9, the cooling system includes sequentially turned on:

the water inlet nozzle 19 is arranged on the rear end cover 20 of the electric drive system;

the first water channel cavity 18 is axially arranged inside the rear end cover 20 of the electric drive system;

the first flow passage 21 is radially arranged on the inner side of the rear end cover 20 of the electric drive system;

the water channel 22 is axially arranged inside a mounting surface of the electric drive system shell 11 including the middle part;

the second flow passage 23 is radially arranged on the inner side of the front end cover 3 of the motor;

the second water channel cavity 24 is axially arranged inside the front end cover 3 of the motor;

and the water outlet nozzle 25 is arranged on the front end cover 3 of the motor.

The cooling liquid enters a first flow channel 21 through a water inlet nozzle 19 and a first water channel cavity 18 on a rear end cover 20 of the electric drive system, enters a water channel 22 in the electric drive system shell 11 through the first flow channel 21, enters a second water channel cavity 24 in the front end cover 3 of the motor through a second flow channel 23 through the water channel 22, and flows out through a water outlet nozzle 25.

As shown in fig. 10, a three-phase cover plate 28 covers the three-phase fixing base 15, and a sealing ring is used for sealing between the three-phase cover plate 28 and the electric drive system shell 11.
