The method of using the profile hole pattern detection device is described below.

When the sectional material is placed on the detection cross bar 5, the side position air cylinder 11 moves forwards, the clamping air cylinder 41 moves forwards, the sectional material is pushed and moves towards the first backer die 6 and the second backer die 7, and the cylindrical detection head 71 and the triangular detection head 61 are directly matched with the pre-punched hole of the sectional material for detection. When the hole patterns are completely matched, the section bar can be completely attached to the first backer die 6 and the second backer die 7, and the proximity sensor 10 detects a proximity signal to judge that the hole patterns of the section bar are qualified. The qualified profile is finally transferred by the robot to a downstream processing zone. If the section bar is missed to be punched, the hole patterns cannot be completely matched, and the proximity sensor 10 cannot detect a proximity signal, so that the unqualified hole pattern of the section bar is judged. Unqualified section bar is directly pushed by the pushing cylinder 21 and falls into the gap between the second fixed cross beam 3 and the third fixed cross beam 4, and then falls into the recycling bin below.

It should be noted that, here, the first and second cam dies 6 and 7 are used, and it is obvious that the number of cam dies may be changed according to the number of profile holes, and the detection heads on the side walls of the cam dies may be changed according to the shape of the profile holes.

Due to the adoption of an automatic detection mode, the detection efficiency of the section bar is greatly improved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.

The section bar hole pattern detection device is simple in structure, obvious in effect, low in cost and high in practicability.
