thirdly, the amplifier detects the notches at the two ends of the dialyzer, and the signal of the amplifier is amplified and then output to a display screen;

and fourthly, judging the result displayed by the display screen by the two inspectors, continuing to flow to the next procedure when both the two inspectors confirm that the product is qualified, otherwise, judging that the product is unqualified, taking out the product, and processing the product according to the unqualified product.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of dialyzer production equipment, in particular to a glue filling detection system and a detection method of a dialyzer.

Background

The hemodialyzer is called dialyzer for short, is a pipeline and a container for solute exchange between blood and dialysate, and is a key part of hemodialysis. The dialyzer mainly consists of a support structure and a dialysis membrane, wherein the support structure is generally made of transparent organic glass plastic and is called a dialysis tube; the dialysis membrane is a hollow long fiber tube wire, the tube diameter is only 0.2mm, and the wall thickness is only 0.015 mm.

During production, a certain amount of dialysis membranes are placed in a supporting structure, glue is filled into two ends of the supporting structure, after heating and solidification, the two ends need to be cut flat, and a middle hole of each dialysis membrane needs to be ensured not to be blocked by the glue. Because the diameter of the dialysis membrane is very small, the diameter can not be directly observed by naked eyes of people, and the amplification is 200 times to carry out detection.

The current detection mode is as follows: after the dialysis tube is filled with glue, the dialysis tube is taken up from the production line by a hand and placed at a detection position, one end of the dialysis tube is detected by a magnifier, then the dialysis tube is turned around to detect the other end of the dialysis tube, and the dialysis tube is placed back to the production line after the detection.

During the detection, the dialysis tube needs to be manually taken down from the production line and then placed to the detection position, after one end of the dialysis tube is detected, the dialysis tube turns around again to detect the other end, the detection time is long, the automation degree is low, the detection efficiency is low, and the detection labor intensity is high.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a glue filling detection system of a dialyzer, which has high detection efficiency.

The invention also provides a glue filling detection method of the dialyzer, which has the advantages of high automation degree, simple operation and high detection efficiency.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a glue filling detection system of a dialyzer, which comprises a conveying mechanism, a bracket, a workbench, a horizontal moving mechanism, a vertical moving mechanism and two amplifiers, wherein the bracket is arranged on the bracket;

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1, the system for detecting the potting adhesive of the dialyzer provided by the invention comprises a conveying mechanism, a bracket 11, a workbench 12, a horizontal moving mechanism 2, a vertical moving mechanism 3 and two amplifiers 4.

The conveying mechanism of the present invention includes a conveyor belt 51 and a fixing frame 52. The fixing frame 52 is mounted on the conveyor belt 51 and moves synchronously with the conveyor belt 51. The end of the fixing frame 52 of the invention is in a U-shaped structure and is used for placing the dialyzer 6 so as to fix the dialyzer 6 on the fixing frame 52.

The bracket 11 of the invention is arranged on both sides of the conveyor belt 51, the conveyor belt 51 passes through the middle of the bracket 11, and the bracket 11 of the invention does not influence the movement of the conveyor belt 51 and the fixed bracket 52.

The table 12 of the present invention is disposed on the support 11 above the fixing frame 52. The table 12 of the present invention is used to connect the horizontal movement mechanism 2 and the vertical movement mechanism 3. The vertical moving mechanism 3 of the invention is connected with the workbench 12, the horizontal moving mechanism 2 is connected with the vertical moving mechanism 3, the amplifier 4 is connected with the horizontal moving mechanism 2, and the two amplifiers 4 of the invention are arranged at two ends of the dialyzer 6 through the horizontal moving mechanism 2. Specifically, the present invention adjusts the position of the amplifier 4 by the horizontal movement mechanism 2 and the vertical movement mechanism 3 so that the amplifier 4 is aligned with both ends of the dialyzer 6.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the vertical movement mechanism 3 of the present invention includes a vertical mounting plate 31, a vertical guide rod 32, a vertical screw 33, and a vertical adjustment hand wheel 34. The vertical guide rod 32 is connected to the vertical mounting plate 31 and the work table 12, and preferably, the vertical guide rod 32 penetrates through the vertical mounting plate 31 and the work table 12 to connect the two. Further, one end of the vertical guide bar 32 may be locked by a nut after passing through the table 12. Similarly, the other end of the vertical guide bar 32 can be locked by a nut after passing through the mounting plate 31.

Likewise, the vertical screw 33 of the present invention also passes through the vertical mounting plate 21 and the table 12. Specifically, one end of the vertical screw 33 passes through the workbench 12 and then is connected with the vertical adjusting handwheel 34, and the vertical position of the workbench 12 can be adjusted by rotating the vertical adjusting handwheel 34.

The vertical guide rod 32 of the present invention is used not only for connecting the work table 12 and the mounting plate 31, but also for positioning and limiting. When the vertical screw 33 drives the mounting plate 31 to move vertically, the vertical guide rod 32 can ensure that the mounting plate 31 moves vertically, so as to prevent the mounting plate from moving horizontally. Preferably, the vertical guide bar 32 is provided with 4 bars.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the horizontal movement mechanism 2 of the present invention is attached to the mounting plate 31, and thus the vertical movement mechanism 3 of the present invention can adjust the vertical position of the horizontal movement mechanism 2.

Specifically, the horizontal movement mechanism 2 of the present invention includes a lateral slide plate 21, two amplifier brackets 22, a horizontal screw 23, and a horizontal adjustment hand wheel 24. The cross slide 21 of the present invention is slidably attached to the mounting plate 31 and is movable laterally along the mounting plate 31. Specifically, the horizontal screw 23 is connected with the transverse sliding plate 21, one end of the horizontal screw 23 is connected with the horizontal adjusting hand wheel 24, and the transverse position of the transverse sliding plate 21 can be adjusted by rotating the horizontal adjusting hand wheel 24.

The cross slide 21 of the present invention is used to connect other structures such as the amplifier bracket 22. Specifically, the amplifier brackets 22 of the present invention are respectively attached to both ends of the cross slide 21, wherein the amplifier brackets 22 are used to fix the amplifier 4. Since the distance between the amplifier supports 22 is relatively fixed and the dialyzer 6 is located between the amplifier supports 22, the distance between the amplifier 4 and the ventilator can be adjusted by adjusting the horizontal movement mechanism.

Preferably, the amplifier holder 22 of the present invention is provided with a mounting hole through which the amplifier 4 passes to mount the amplifier 4 on the amplifier holder 22.

Further, the horizontal movement mechanism 2 of the present invention further comprises a support 25 and a linear bearing 26, wherein the support 25 is fixed on the vertical mounting plate 31 and the transverse sliding plate 21, respectively, and the linear bearing 26 penetrates through the support 25 on the vertical mounting plate 31 and the transverse sliding plate 21 simultaneously, so as to enhance the overall strength of the horizontal movement mechanism.

Specifically, the support seat 25 is provided with a screw nut 27, and the horizontal screw 23 penetrates through the vertical mounting plate 31 and the support seat 25 and the screw nut 27 on the transverse sliding plate 21.

Further, the horizontal moving mechanism 2 of the present invention further comprises a slide rod 28 and a slide rod connector 29, wherein the slide rod connector 29 is fixed on the transverse sliding plate 21, the slide rod 28 passes through the slide rod connector 29 and is hung below the transverse sliding plate 21, the slide rod 28 also passes through the amplifier bracket 22, and limits the amplifier bracket 22 between the two slide rod connectors 29, and the amplifier bracket 22 can move between the two slide rod connectors 29 along the slide rod 28. Wherein, the amplifier bracket 22 is provided with a fastener 221 for fixing the position of the amplifier bracket 22.

The horizontal movement mechanism 2 of the present invention can also fine-tune the distance between the amplifier 4 and the end of the dialyzer 6 by the fastener 221 to make the amplifier 4 focus accurately.

It should be noted that the amplifier 4 of the present invention is connected to the display screen, and can project the glue filling condition of the end cut of the dialyzer onto the display screen.
