The amount of losses caused by corrosion of ferrous materials is remarkable every year in China, wherein the corrosion of ferrous materials is one of the most important forms of corrosion of ferrous materials. When the corrosion of the steel material is serious, the external diameter and the surface state of the steel material can be changed until the product is scrapped, for example, the diameter of round steel is reduced, and the thickness of steel products such as plates, section steel and the like is reduced.

The traditional rust prevention of steel products is to carry out off-line rust prevention treatment when the steel products are cooled to room temperature after the steel products come off a rolled steel wire, such as rust prevention by rust preventive oil, and rust prevention by water-based or solvent-based rust prevention products. The rust-proof treatment occupies more construction sites, uses more operators and has high production cost.

The invention aims to provide a non-toxic and environment-friendly water-based antirust agent suitable for high-temperature (below 700 ℃) online construction, so as to overcome the defects that the prior art is only suitable for room temperature, occupies a field and has high labor cost.

the high-temperature online water-based steel antirust agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-45% of film-forming agent, 0.6-2% of chemical conversion agent, 4-8% of physical deposition agent, 3-12% of auxiliary agent and the balance of water.

The film forming agent adopts paraffin, aluminum stearate, zinc stearate and the like as physical deposition film forming agents. The paraffin adopts 56# industrial paraffin produced by Daqing Denghuan petrochemical company, and the aluminum stearate and the zinc stearate adopt industrial grade products produced by Shijiazhuanjiajia synthetic plastic additive company.

The chemical conversion agent is phosphate, boric acid ester and triethanolamine. The phosphate is an industrial grade product produced by Henan Tai and Hui jin powder technology Limited, and the borate is produced by Guangzhou De Xue New Material Limited, model DX 621.

The physical deposition agent is 800-1000-mesh dehydrated transparent powder, is produced by Baodingxin Rich technology chemical Co., Ltd, and mainly comprises silicon dioxide and the like.

The auxiliary agent comprises a dispersing agent, an emulsifying agent, a defoaming agent, a preservative and the like, wherein the emulsifying agent is a special emulsifying agent for paraffin and stearic acid produced by Jiangsu Haian Yongsheng chemical company, and the defoaming agent and the preservative are industrial-grade products produced by Hebei Henan Shui Xinguang chemical company.

(5) the product is sprayed on the surface of a steel product to form a continuous, compact and colorless protective layer, the antirust effect is superior to that of the traditional antirust method, and the antirust period can reach more than 3-6 months;

(6) the operation is simple, and soaking, spraying and the like can be realized;

(7) the cost is low, and is reduced by more than 30 percent compared with the off-line room temperature rust-proof treatment;

(8) can avoid the economic loss caused by rusting due to various reasons before rust prevention is carried out on the steel after the steel is off line.

The invention achieves the technical progress that: by adopting the component formula, borate and phosphate preferentially react with ferric oxide, ferrous oxide and ferroferric oxide on the surface of steel at the temperature of 200-700 ℃ to generate a compact and continuous protective film, and the chemical conversion film layer plays a role in protecting the steel, further enhances the binding force of the physical deposition film layer and the steel substrate and enhances the antirust capacity of the antirust agent. Compared with the traditional off-line room temperature rust prevention, the product of the invention can be continuously implemented on a steel rolling line of a steel rolling mill on line, has good rust prevention effect and low cost, can save construction site and operators, and reduces the working strength. The economic loss caused by the phenomenon of rusting before rust prevention is carried out on the steel after the steel is off line is avoided. The product is non-toxic and non-volatile, and belongs to a green environment-friendly product.
