Furthermore, as shown in the figure, the bottom surface of the eccentric plate 9 of the present embodiment is provided with a convex point. The salient points can increase the friction between the eccentric plate 9 and the viscous substances, and are beneficial to the eccentric plate 9 to knead the viscous substances into a mass.
