2) coating a self-cleaning layer on the exposed glass beads

3) Plating a reflecting layer on the self-cleaning layer in a vacuum or magnetron sputtering mode

4) Coating adhesive layer on the reflecting layer, heating and curing

5) Die cutting or cutting the above components into automobile tire shape according to final requirement, sticking on unvulcanized automobile tire, placing in vulcanization mold, and vulcanizing at 120 deg.C ~ 180 deg.C and 0.2MPa ~ 2.5.5 MPa for 45min ~ 60 min.

3. The reflective tire for vehicles according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the glass beads have a diameter of 50 ~ 125 μm and a refractive index of about 1.93.

4. The reflective tire for vehicle according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the self-cleaning layer is made of one or more of fluorinated nano titanium dioxide resin composition, nano silica resin composition, and fluorocarbon resin composition.

5. The reflective tire for vehicle according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the adhesive layer is made of one or more of acrylic resin, urethane resin, natural rubber, synthetic rubber, acrylic-modified rubber, and acrylic-modified urethane.

Background

At present, there are several approaches to improve safety and visibility

Which necessitates peeling off the carrier film layer before co-curing the reflector with the tire. Then the reflective sheet with the exposed reflective surface and the tire are vulcanized at high temperature and high pressure, and the reflective part can be extruded and deformed and even can be adhered to a mold, so that greater loss is caused. And because the glass beads are exposed outside, the glass beads are difficult to clean when being polluted by mud or even oil stains, and the reflecting effect is lost.

CN100522664 discloses a reflective bicycle tire, which embeds reflective material in the pattern gaps of the bicycle tire, the manufacturing process is complicated, and the reflective effect is more easily reduced or lost due to mud or oil contamination in the pattern gaps of the tire.

Therefore, there is a need for a reflective material for automobile tires, which is simple in manufacturing process, less prone to contamination by oil stains, and easy to clean.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a tire with a light reflecting part and a preparation method thereof, which are integrally formed with the tire, and have the advantages of good fastness, wear resistance, stable and durable light reflecting effect, simple structure, stable process and relatively low cost.

The invention aims to provide an automobile reflective tire with a reflective part having self-cleaning capability and a preparation method thereof, so that the reflective tire is not easy to be polluted by mud or oil stains to influence the reflective effect, and the mud and oil stains can be cleaned by simple washing or rainwater washing even after the reflective tire is polluted by the mud or oil stains.

The invention also aims to provide the automobile reflective tire with good weather resistance, good bending resistance and good fastness and the preparation method thereof.

The reflecting material part of the invention can be cut into various shapes according to actual requirements, so the reflecting material is suitable for various individual requirements of customers.

In addition, because the reflective part is arranged on the side surface of the tire, the visibility can be increased and the safety can be increased when the automobile is static or parked.
