Thus, the first clamping structure 102 can be clamped with the falling-level vertical plate 4 with the lower side in a retraction structure in a matching manner, so that the exposed surface of the falling-level bottom plate 1 and the falling-level vertical plate 4 in the matching and clamping manner can be consistent with the exposed surface of the closing-in line, and the appearance is more attractive.

The embodiment of the invention also provides an installation method of the drop-level ceiling module of the air return opening at the air conditioner position, which comprises the following steps:

(1) installing a suspended ceiling base layer component: assembling square steel, a hanging piece, a T-shaped keel, a ceiling panel connecting piece, a hanging rod 8 and a ceiling panel 9 together, wherein one end of the hanging rod 8 is fixed on a ceiling;

(2) one end of the Z-shaped steel 6 is fixed to the ceiling base member: specifically, one end of the Z-shaped steel 6 is fixed to the lower end of the boom 8 by a screw;

(3) fixedly mounting the closing piece 2 and the louver 3 on the air return opening 101 of the drop floor 1: the four closing parts 2 are sequentially arranged on the rectangular edge of the air return opening 101 of the drop-level bottom plate 1 by means of the second clamping grooves 205; installing the shutter 3, namely obliquely inserting the whole shutter 3 into the upper part of the inner side of the air return opening 101, then obliquely inserting the shutter 3 into the first clamping groove 204 of the closing piece 2 from top to bottom, then inserting the other end of the shutter 3 into the first clamping groove 204 of the closing piece 2 at the other side, and adjusting the position of the shutter 3;

(4) clamping and assembling the drop-level bottom plate 1 and the drop-level vertical plate 4, namely, the drop-level bottom plate 1 is matched and clamped with a first clamping part 4021 on the lower bottom surface of a first vertical plate 402 of the drop-level vertical plate 4 through a first clamping structure 102 on one side of the drop-level bottom plate; the assembled falling-stage vertical plate 4 is fixed to the other end of the Z-shaped steel 6 through a falling-stage vertical plate mounting connecting piece 5, namely, the falling-stage vertical plate 4 is in matched clamping connection with a second clamping portion on the falling-stage vertical plate mounting connecting piece 5 through a second clamping structure 4011 arranged on the side surface of a first transverse plate 401 of the falling-stage vertical plate 4.

The installation method of the air conditioner position return air inlet drop-level ceiling module provided by the embodiment of the invention is simple and convenient in assembly process, and can realize quick assembly of the air conditioner position return air inlet drop-level ceiling module.
