Background

The main trend of the development of the electric automobile is light weight and miniaturization. Electric vehicles typically make electrical connections through electrical connectors. To protect the safety of the energized circuit, the electrical connector is typically used in conjunction with a service switch. The installation panel is provided with a connection structure for installing the electric connector and the maintenance switch, and the electric connector and the maintenance switch are respectively and independently arranged, so that not only certain installation space needs to be occupied, but also enough installation and operation space needs to be reserved between the electric connector and the maintenance switch, and the installation panel is very large in area and needs to occupy larger installation space.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a maintenance switch connector, which aims to solve the problem that the existing maintenance switch and the existing electric connector are respectively and independently arranged to occupy larger installation space.

The maintenance switch connector integrates the electric connector and the maintenance switch, the integrated connector can be used as an input end and an output end to be connected with other structures, and can also be used for quickly disconnecting a loop when the loop is short-circuited, so that the safety of the loop is ensured.

Furthermore, the socket shell is provided with a plug cavity, and the switching conductor and the connecting conductor are both positioned in the plug cavity. The switching conductor and the connecting conductor are wrapped in the socket shell, so that potential safety hazards caused by the fact that the conductor is exposed outside are avoided.

Furthermore, the wiring structure is arranged in the plug cavity, and a through hole for the cable to extend into and be connected with the wiring structure is formed in the cavity wall of the plug cavity. And a wiring structure protective cover which covers the wiring structure to realize insulation and isolation is arranged above the wiring structure in the plugging cavity. The electric shock in the plug module plugging process is avoided, and the personal safety of operators is guaranteed.

The socket shell comprises a bottom plate fixedly connected with the mounting panel, the connecting portion of the connecting conductor is exposed from the bottom of the bottom plate, the inserting cavity is arranged on one side of the bottom plate, which faces away from the connecting portion, and the opening of the inserting cavity faces away from the connecting portion. The plug module is perpendicular to the bottom plate and inserted into the socket shell, and the plug is convenient to insert.

On the basis of any one of the above schemes, the plug module includes two U-shaped conductive sheets, one side of each of the two U-shaped conductive sheets is connected to the fuse, and the other side of each of the two U-shaped conductive sheets forms two plug terminals.

The socket shell is in sealed plug-in connection with the plug module. Dustproof and waterproof protects connector inner structure, improves factor of safety.

The front side plug terminal and the rear side plug terminal are respectively provided with a jack protective cover outside, and the jack protective covers are provided with openings for the plug terminals to stretch into. The plug inserting terminal can be inserted into the socket, and the live part can not be touched by hands, so that the safety of operators is guaranteed.

The wiring structure includes a wiring screw and a wiring nut for connection with the OT terminal of the cable end.

Detailed Description

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

The embodiment of the service switch connector of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, includes a socket 1, the socket 1 includes a socket housing 11, the socket housing 11 includes a bottom plate 114 for fixedly connecting with a mounting panel, and a plug module 2 is hermetically plugged on the socket housing 11. The structure of the socket is as shown in fig. 2 to 4, a plugging cavity is arranged on the socket shell 11, a switching copper bar 13 and a connecting copper bar 14 are arranged in the plugging cavity, the connecting copper bar 14 is provided with a connecting part connected with a transmission conductor on the installation panel, and the switching copper bar 13 is connected with a wiring structure connected with the cable 5. The wiring structure is arranged in the plugging cavity, and a cable through hole 116 for the cable 5 to extend into and be connected with the wiring structure is arranged on the cavity wall of the plugging cavity. The wiring structure is located on one side of the switching copper bar 13 back to the connecting copper bar 14, and the cable through hole 116 is located on one side of the wiring structure back to the connecting copper bar 14. The wiring structure includes wiring screw 15 that is used for being connected with the OT terminal 51 of cable 5 tip and with the binding nut 16 of wiring screw 15 adaptation, and the binding nut 16 is embedded on switching copper bar 13, thereby compresses tightly OT terminal 51 of cable tip on switching copper bar 13 through wiring screw 15 and realizes that cable 5 is connected with switching copper bar 13 electricity. The wiring structure protective cover 17 that covers the wiring structure to realize insulation isolation is arranged above the wiring structure in the plugging cavity, and an operator can be prevented from electric shock after the plug module 2 is pulled out.

As shown in fig. 5, the connecting copper bar 14 is provided with a press-riveting nut 112, and the press-riveting nut 112 is exposed from the bottom of the bottom plate 114 and connected to the power transmission conductor on the mounting panel via the press-riveting nut 112. The plug-in cavity is arranged on the side of the base plate 114 facing away from the clinch nut 112 and the opening of the plug-in cavity faces away from the clinch nut 112. The plug module 2 is plugged into the socket 1 in a direction perpendicular to the base plate 114.

As shown in fig. 3, the socket housing 11 is further provided with a front side plug-in terminal 18 electrically connected to the switching copper bar 13 and a rear side plug-in terminal 19 electrically connected to the connecting copper bar 14. The front and rear insertion terminals have the same structure and each include two sheet-type contacts 111 disposed opposite to each other. The connecting copper bar 14 and the switching copper bar 13 are respectively provided with a through hole 131 through which a screw can pass, the connecting copper bar 14 is fixed between the two-piece contact pieces 111 of the front-side plug-in terminal 18 through a screw to form a piece-type jack, and the switching copper bar 13 is fixed between the two-piece contact pieces 111 of the rear-side plug-in terminal 19 through a screw to form a piece-type jack. The jack protective covers 110 are arranged above the two-piece type jacks, so that the situation that the live part cannot be touched by hands when the plug is in a non-opposite-plugging state is guaranteed, and the safety of operators is guaranteed.

As shown in fig. 6, a vertical groove 113 is formed on the socket insulator part 12, the bottom of the groove has an included angle of 120 °, when the sheet-type contact 111 is assembled, a hexagon nut is first placed in the vertical groove 113, and then a tool is used to tighten the screw, so that the hexagon nut is clamped in the vertical groove 113 to prevent the nut from rotating.

As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the plug module 2 includes two U-shaped conductive pieces 22 and a fuse 21 connected in series between the two U-shaped conductive pieces 22. One side of each of the two U-shaped conductive strips 22 is connected to the fuse 21, and the other side thereof forms a plug terminal 221 which is inserted into the front and rear plug terminals. Be equipped with fuse protective cover 27 between plug inserting terminal 221 and the plug casing 24, when the connector wholly received the extrusion, fuse protective cover 27 can guarantee that plug casing 24 and plug inserting terminal 221 do not directly contact to avoid the metal casing electrically conductive to cause whole car electrified, endanger personnel's safety. The plug module 2 further comprises a waterproof vent valve 25. The design has many thick muscle on the plug casing 24, with fuse ceramic body direct contact to the heat conduction that produces fuse ceramic body goes out.

The connection copper bar is provided with an annular groove sealing area, the annular groove sealing area realizes sealing between the connection copper bar and the socket insulator component, and the socket shell can independently realize the protection grade of IP 68. The plug module is locked by a screw after being plugged with the socket shell, so that the plug module is faster, safer and more reliable. The maintenance switch connector is made of easily-formed polymer materials and die-casting aluminum alloy, and the mold forming process is adopted, so that the cost is low, and the mass production is facilitated.

The maintenance switch connector integrates the wiring connector and the maintenance switch, the integrated connector can be used as an input end and an output end to be connected with other structures, and can also be used for quickly disconnecting a loop when the loop is short-circuited, so that the safety of the loop is ensured.

In the above embodiments, the wiring structures are all located in the plugging cavity and located on a side of the adapting conductor opposite to the connecting conductor. In other embodiments, the connection structure may also be located between the transit conductor and the connection conductor. Alternatively, the connection structure can also be located outside the plug cavity.

In the above embodiment, the rivet pressing nut on the connecting copper bar is exposed from the bottom of the bottom plate, and the inserting cavity is arranged on one side of the bottom plate, back to the rivet pressing nut, and the opening of the inserting cavity is back to the rivet pressing nut. In other embodiments, the opening direction of the plugging cavity can also be a direction parallel to the bottom plate, and the plug module is plugged to the socket along the direction parallel to the bottom plate.

In the above embodiment, one side of each of the two U-shaped conductive strips is connected to the fuse, and the other side of each of the two U-shaped conductive strips forms two plug terminals. In other embodiments, the conducting strips may also be L-shaped, one side of each of the two L-shaped conducting strips is connected to the fuse, and the other side of each of the two L-shaped conducting strips forms two plug terminals.
