1. An elevator maintenance safety device is characterized in that,

comprising:

a landing door that opens and closes along a door rail and a landing threshold;

a switch that operates when the landing door is in a fully open position;

a closing direction movement prevention mechanism that prevents the landing door from moving in a closing direction when the landing door is at a fully open position;

an open/close allowing mechanism that allows the landing door to move to the fully open position by a start operation of a pit maintenance operation and allows the landing door to move in a closing direction by an end operation of the pit maintenance operation,

the power supply of the elevator is controlled by the switch.

2. The elevator service safety device of claim 1,

the fully open position of the landing door during normal operation is set to be narrower than the fully open position.

3. Elevator service safety device according to claim 1 or 2,

the elevator is provided with a locking device which can be operated from a boarding point, and the elevator is in a state for maintenance work by opening the locking device before the pit maintenance work is started.

4. An elevator service safety device according to any of claims 1 to 3,

the closing direction movement preventing means is a landing door opening/closing protecting member provided to the landing threshold, and the opening/closing permitting means is a maintenance work stopper that moves in the opening/closing direction together with the landing door and is lifted by a maintenance worker to pass through a position of the landing door opening/closing protecting member.

Background

In an elevator, since a maintenance device is provided in a hoistway pit portion, a maintenance worker performs maintenance work in the hoistway pit. When maintenance work is performed in a pit, a locking device of a landing door is opened, locking of the landing door which is automatically locked is prevented by a stopper or the like, and a push switch which cuts off a power supply is operated to perform the work.

Among these, the push switch is provided near the entrance of the elevator path such as under the entrance threshold in order to avoid interference with the elevator car, etc., but in order to operate the push switch, it is necessary to stick out the body in the elevator path, and there is a risk of slipping into the pit.

Patent document 1 discloses a device for automatically actuating a push switch when a maintainer opens a lock device.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a maintenance safety device of an elevator, which can safely make a push switch operate when a maintainer performs maintenance operation in a pit.

As is apparent from the above description, the present invention is constituted as "an elevator maintenance safety device including a landing door that opens and closes along a door rail and a landing threshold, a switch that operates when the landing door is at a fully open position, a closing direction movement preventing mechanism that prevents the landing door from moving in a closing direction when the landing door is at the fully open position, an open-close allowing mechanism that allows the landing door to move to the fully open position by a start operation of a pit maintenance operation and allows the landing door to move in the closing direction by an end operation of the pit maintenance operation, and a power supply of an elevator is controlled by the switch.

Effects of the invention

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an elevator maintenance safety device that can safely operate a push switch when a maintenance worker performs maintenance work in a pit.
