Technical Field

Background

Natural plant flavors are the most important secondary metabolites in plants, and are mainly present in flowers, leaves and fruits of plants. The compound has unique physicochemical properties, for example, a certain stimulation can enable the olfactory system of animals, especially human beings to generate stronger response, thereby playing a role in prompting; the relatively strong volatility of the aromatic compound has auxiliary promotion effect on the emission of the aroma, so that the molecules are more uniformly and rapidly diffused in the air; the high permeability of the material can penetrate into the interior of various materials and achieve the effect of slow diffusion in the materials. Is widely applied to the fields of agriculture, environment, food, medicine and the like. Common natural plant perfumes include rose essential oil, jasmine essential oil, linalool, menthol, menthone, limonene, pinene, camphor, borneol, thymol, and the like.

According to the theory that carbon atoms have a regular tetrahedral configuration, six carbon atoms in a cyclohexane molecule can form a six-membered ring in two different spatial forms, called the boat and chair conformations of cyclohexane, with the bond angle (109.5 °) remaining unchanged. The compound with a p-methyl isopropylcyclohexane structure, wherein methyl and isopropyl are in a trans-structure, is generally volatile due to the instability of a six-membered ring, and is part of natural plant perfumes, wherein partial derivatives such as menthol and menthone are irritant.

The environmental conditions around cultural heritage are very complex, and bacteria or fungi can grow on the surface of the cultural heritage in a humid environment. Therefore, antibacterial treatment of the cultural relics is required.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above problems, the present invention aims to provide an antibacterial coating agent for cultural relics.

The invention provides application of various types of volatile solids as antibacterial materials for cultural relics, wherein the volatile solids are selected from at least one of linalool, camphene, pinene, camphor, borneol, thymol, ethyl maltol, compounds containing a p-methyl isopropyl cyclohexane structure and solid cycloalkanes.

The antibacterial material (antibacterial coating agent) for the cultural relics, provided by the invention, is simple in preparation and use methods, has good antibacterial efficiency, and can play a temporary shape fixing role for the cultural relics.

Preferably, the compound which is solid at ambient temperature and contains the p-methyl isopropylcyclohexane structure is a compound of formula (I),

The cultural relic antibacterial material provided by the invention can form a coating on the surface of the cultural relic, even enter the cultural relic in a penetrating or diffusing way, and simultaneously has an antibacterial effect. The coating also has certain mechanical strength, can strengthen the cultural heritage product to certain extent, can not change the structure and the property of the cultural heritage product when being removed, and can not have residues on the cultural heritage product body after being removed. The use of this coating is therefore particularly important in the field of cultural heritage protection. And the cultural relic antibacterial materials have high safety coefficient, and the cultural relic antibacterial materials and the surrounding environment are hardly influenced by proper use of the cultural relic antibacterial materials.

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides the antibacterial coating agent which can prevent the growth of original fungi of the cultural relic and prevent the infection and erosion of exogenous fungi while temporarily fixing the cultural relic. The antibacterial coating agent is a compound which is insoluble in water, controllable in volatilization and solid at normal temperature. The antibacterial coating agent has the advantages of simple preparation method, good safety and high antibacterial efficiency, and is endowed with new functions of the existing materials.

The result shows that the antibacterial coating formed by the antibacterial coating agent has a certain inhibition effect on gram-negative bacteria such as escherichia coli and the like, and also has a certain inhibition effect on the growth of fungus organisms such as penicillium and the like.

The invention provides a plurality of antibacterial coating agents, which comprise the following components: one or more of common natural plant flavors and compounds having a characteristic structure.

The antibacterial coating agent provided by the invention has the effect of controllable volatilization in outdoor and indoor environments.

In some embodiments, the antibacterial coating agent is selected from one or more of natural plant perfumes such as linalool, menthol, camphene, pinene, camphor, borneol, thymol, coumarin, ethyl maltol and the like, and is preferably menthol, thymol and coumarin.

In some embodiments, the antimicrobial coating agent is further selected from one or more compounds that are solid at ambient temperature and contain a p-methyl isopropylcyclohexane structure.
