Background

In the construction of water conservancy and water transportation engineering, temporary waterproof enclosing structures need to be built for building permanent water conservancy facilities, and the temporary waterproof enclosing structures have the function of preventing water from entering a construction site. At present, for piers with large bearing platform outlines, which are located at deep water levels and have large water level lifting amplitude, water-resisting construction is mainly performed by adopting forms such as a double-wall steel water-resisting system and a steel sheet pile water-resisting system. Although the strength of the water-resisting systems such as double-wall steel, steel sheet piles and the like is high, a good water-resisting effect can be realized, the technical problems of difficult disassembly and assembly and incapability of better recycling are still existed.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the combined type water-resisting device which is convenient to disassemble and assemble, can be recycled, and is economic and environment-friendly.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

the invention provides a combined type water-resisting device which comprises at least three pile bottoms, at least three core stand columns and at least three water-resisting films, wherein the core stand columns are arranged in the vertical direction; the bottom of one core upright post is detachably connected with one pile bottom; the number of the core columns is the same as that of the water-resisting films; and two ends of one water-stop film are respectively detachably connected with one core stand column, and a cavity is formed by enclosing the core stand column and the water-stop film.

The combined water-resisting device provided by the invention preferably comprises at least one first rotating device; the axis of the first rotating device is arranged along the vertical direction; the first rotating device is rotatably connected with the pile bottom; one end of the water-stop film is detachably connected with one first rotating device of the core upright post.

The combined water-resisting device provided by the invention preferably comprises a core upright post, a first shell and a second shell, wherein the first shell is arranged on the core upright post; a first reserved gap is formed in the first shell along the vertical direction; the first shell is in a hollow cylindrical shape; the first shell is sleeved outside the first rotating device; the center line of the first shell is arranged along the vertical direction; the water-stop film is movably arranged in the first reserved gap.

The combined water-resisting device provided by the invention preferably further comprises a rotating shaft fixing column, wherein the rotating shaft fixing column is columnar; a gear-shaped brake disc is coaxially arranged on the first rotating device; the gear-shaped brake disc is detachably arranged at the bottom end of the first rotating device; the rotating shaft fixing column is detachably clamped in a tooth groove of the gear-shaped brake disc.

According to the combined type water-resisting device provided by the invention, preferably, the core upright post further comprises a motor; the motor is detachably arranged inside the first shell; the motor is detachably arranged at the bottom of the first rotating device, and a motor shaft of the motor is coaxially connected with the first rotating device through a coupler.

According to the combined type water-resisting device provided by the invention, preferably, the pile bottom comprises a pile tip and a pile body; the pile tip is fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the pile body; the pile body is in a hollow cylinder shape with an opening at the top end; the core stand bottom is equipped with the connecting pile, connecting pile detachably connects in the pile body.

According to the combined type water-stop device provided by the invention, preferably, the top end opening of the pile body is covered with the deformable sealing sheet; the sealing sheet is provided with a through hole; the outer ring of the sealing sheet is fixedly connected with the top opening of the pile body; a lifting sealing column is vertically arranged in the pile body, and the column body of the lifting sealing column is movably arranged in the through hole of the sealing sheet; the inner ring of the sealing sheet is tightly attached to the column body of the lifting sealing column; when the connecting pile is connected with the pile body, the connecting pile is tightly attached to the sealing sheet, and the lifting sealing column is extruded to the bottom of the pile body.

According to the combined type water-stop device provided by the invention, preferably, one end of the water-stop film is detachably provided with the concave buckle; the core upright post is fixedly provided with a convex buckle; the waterproof film is clamped and fixed with the convex buckle on one of the core stand columns through the concave buckle.

According to the combined type water-resisting device provided by the invention, preferably, a plurality of middle upright columns which are arranged in the vertical direction are detachably arranged between every two adjacent core upright columns; one of the center posts is detachably connected with one of the pile bottoms; the middle upright post is tightly attached to the waterproof film; the middle upright post is arranged in the cavity.

According to the combined type waterproof device provided by the invention, preferably, a plurality of positioning and fixing devices are arranged among a plurality of middle upright posts; one of the positioning and fixing devices can be detachably connected with at least two middle upright posts.

The technical scheme has the advantages or beneficial effects that:

the combined type water-resisting device provided by the invention is convenient to disassemble and assemble, and has the following beneficial effects compared with the existing water-resisting systems in the forms of double-wall steel, steel sheet piles and the like:

1. the dismouting is convenient, has reduced constructor's the construction degree of difficulty, and the construction fault-tolerant rate promotes.

2. Most materials can be recycled, the use and recovery processes are simple and convenient, and the construction cost of the water-resisting system is reduced.
