The invention belongs to the technical field of engineering of an underground tunnel shield machine, particularly relates to a shield machine main driving sealing system, and particularly relates to a maintenance-free shield machine main driving sealing system.

Background

The shield machine drives the cutter head to rotate through the motor, and then the cutter arranged on the cutter head is used for damaging soil (rock) bodies to achieve the aim of excavation. A sealing system is provided between the rotating cutter head and the stationary main drive to prevent the excavated pressurized debris from entering the interior of the main drive. At present, the system mostly adopts a structural form that a plurality of single-lip or multi-lip rotary seals are arranged at the dynamic and static joints, and grease is injected between the lip seals through a set of centralized lubricating system to lubricate the lip seals. Such sealing systems mainly suffer from the following drawbacks: firstly, the structure is complex, the system comprises a sealing part, a fixed sealing part, a wear-resistant part contacted with a sealing lip, a grease distributor, a grease pump and accessories thereof and the like, the manufacturing cost is high, and the assembly process is complex; secondly, grease needs to be injected continuously, and overflows to a soil bin, so that the construction cost is high; thirdly, the maintenance is inconvenient, and if the sealing state needs to be checked or replaced, the whole part needs to be disassembled for implementation; fourth, the pressure capacity is limited. Therefore, the main driving sealing system which is simple in structure, good in economical efficiency, convenient to maintain and high in pressure bearing capacity is developed and has a high practical significance.

In order to overcome the defects, the invention provides a maintenance-free shield machine main driving sealing system which is simple and compact in structure, good in economy, convenient to maintain and high in pressure bearing capacity.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows: a maintenance-free shield machine main driving sealing system comprises a rotary support, a fixed support, an oil tank, a pressure sensor, a pressure regulating valve, an oil pipe, a soil pressure sensor, an air passage and a plurality of floating oil seals, wherein each floating oil seal comprises a pair of floating seal rings and a pair of rubber rings, the rotary support and the fixed support are sequentially arranged between a cutter head and a main drive of the shield tunneling machine, the rotary support is fixedly arranged on the cutter head of the shield tunneling machine, the fixed support is fixedly arranged on a main drive of the shield machine, a first floating oil seal mounting groove and a second floating oil seal mounting groove are respectively arranged on one side surface of the rotary support opposite to the fixed support, a floating seal ring and a rubber ring of the floating oil seal are arranged in a corresponding first floating oil seal mounting groove on the rotary support, the other floating seal ring and the other rubber ring of the floating oil seal are arranged in a corresponding second floating oil seal mounting groove on the fixed support; the lower part in the oil tank is filled with lubricating oil, the upper part is filled with air with pressure, oil channels among the plurality of floating oil seals are communicated with the lubricating oil at the lower part of the oil tank through oil pipes, and the pressure sensor and the pressure regulating valve are arranged on an air passage connected with the upper part of the oil tank; the soil pressure sensor is arranged on a pressure-bearing partition plate of the shield machine.

As a further improvement of the invention, the floating oil seal is divided into three ways, namely a floating oil seal A, a floating oil seal B and a floating oil seal C which are sequentially arranged at intervals.

As a further improvement of the invention, the rotary support is fixedly arranged on a cutter head of the shield tunneling machine through a first screw, and the fixed support is fixedly arranged on a main drive of the shield tunneling machine through a second screw.

As a further improvement of the invention, the pressure sensor and the soil pressure sensor are respectively transmitted to a control system of the shield machine, the control system compares the measured values of the pressure sensor and the soil pressure sensor, and when the difference value exceeds a set value, the pressure of the compressed air in the oil tank is adjusted.

Detailed Description

A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The scope of the invention is not limited to the following examples, but is intended to be covered by the claims and their equivalents.

Referring to fig. 1-2, the maintenance-free shield tunneling machine main driving sealing system comprises a rotary support 1, a fixed support 3, an oil tank 8, a pressure sensor 9, a pressure regulating valve 10, an oil pipe 11, a soil pressure sensor 12, an air passage 13 and a plurality of floating oil seals.

The floating oil seal of the embodiment takes three ways as an example, namely a floating oil seal A5, a floating oil seal B6 and a floating oil seal C7 which are arranged at intervals in sequence. Each floating oil seal comprises a pair of floating seal rings and a pair of rubber rings, namely O-shaped rings, wherein the pair of floating seal rings are symmetrical conical-like seal rings.

The rotary support 1 and the fixed support 3 are sequentially arranged between a cutter 101 and a main drive 102 of the shield machine, the rotary support 1 is fixedly arranged on the cutter 101 of the shield machine through a first screw 2, and the fixed support 3 is fixedly arranged on the main drive 102 of the shield machine through a second screw 4. Three first floating oil seal mounting grooves and three second floating oil seal mounting grooves are respectively arranged on the opposite side surfaces of the rotary support 1 and the fixed support 3, three floating oil seals, namely a floating oil seal A5, a floating seal ring and a rubber ring of a floating oil seal B6 and a floating oil seal C7, are correspondingly mounted in the three corresponding first floating oil seal mounting grooves on the rotary support 1, and the other floating seal ring and the other rubber ring of the floating oil seal A5, the floating oil seal B6 and the floating oil seal C7 are correspondingly mounted in the corresponding three second floating oil seal mounting grooves on the fixed support 3 respectively.

The lower part in the oil tank 8 is filled with lubricating oil, the upper part is filled with air with pressure, an oil channel between the three floating oil seals is communicated with the lubricating oil at the lower part of the oil tank 8 through an oil pipe 11, and a pressure sensor 9 and a pressure regulating valve 10 are arranged on an air passage 13 connected with the upper part of the oil tank 8 and respectively play roles in detecting and regulating the air pressure; the soil pressure sensor 12 is installed on a pressure-bearing partition plate of the shield machine and used for detecting the pressure of the soil bin.

The pressure sensor 9 and the soil pressure sensor 12 are respectively transmitted to a control system of the shield tunneling machine, the control system compares the measured values of the two, and when the difference value exceeds a set value, the pressure of the compressed air in the oil tank 8 can be adjusted.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: after installation, one floating seal ring of the floating seal A5, the floating seal B6 and the floating seal C7 rotates along with the cutter head, and the other floating seal ring does not rotate. The 2 rubber rings of the floating seal form static seal with the contact surfaces of the rotating support, the fixed support 3 and the respective sealing rings, and the contact surfaces between the 2 sealing rings of the floating seal form mechanical contact seal under the action of axial load generated by extrusion deformation of the O-shaped ring, so that the residue soil in the soil bin is prevented from entering the inside of the main drive. The lubricating oil in the oil tank 8 is filled in the floating seal cavity under the action of compressed air, and the sealing surface is lubricated and cooled under the action of capillary and centrifugal force. In addition, the sealing system does not require additional maintenance. The pressure-bearing capacity of the floating seal is limited. The control system compares the measured values of the soil pressure sensor 12 and the pressure sensor 9, when the difference value (namely the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the floating seal) exceeds a set value (is smaller than the pressure bearing capacity of the seal), the safety of the seal is ensured by adjusting the pressure regulating valve 10, namely adjusting the pressure of the compressed air in the oil tank 8, so that the whole sealing system can work under the working condition of high soil bin pressure.

In conclusion, the sealing system disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple and compact structure, good economy, no maintenance, capability of bearing larger working pressure, capability of being widely applied to the technical field of shield machine engineering machinery and good benefit.
