Further, the axis of material loading screw rod 3 parallels with the axis of lift spout 9, lifting bottom plate 5 passes through and constitutes sliding structure between lifting slide 4 and the lift spout 9, and the height sum of the last workbin 6 of lift spout 9 equals with the height of feed inlet 10, through the relative position who sets up material loading screw rod 3 and lift spout 9, be favorable to lifting bottom plate 5 to drive the material loading of workbin 6 and stabilize the material loading, be favorable to, lifting slide 4 moves and drives the material loading workbin 6 through lifting bottom plate 5 and slide along lift spout 9, the realization is operated the control of the vertical motion of material loading workbin 6.

Further, the blanking mechanism 13 comprises a blanking motor 1301, a blanking screw 1302, a telescopic slider 1303, a sliding plate 1304, a collecting box 1305, a connecting bent plate 1306, a limit orifice plate 1307, a connecting rod 1308 and an open-close plate 1309, the inner wall of the blanking mechanism 13 is fixed with the blanking motor 1301, the blanking screw 1302 is installed at the output end of the blanking motor 1301, the telescopic slider 1303 is connected with the outer wall of the blanking screw 1302 in a threaded manner, the sliding plate 1304 which is connected with the inner wall of the blanking mechanism 13 in a sliding manner is fixedly connected with the top end of the telescopic slider 1303, the collecting box 1305 is arranged below the incineration box 12 at the top end of the blanking mechanism 13, the connecting bent plate 1306 is screwed on the outer wall of the sliding plate 1304, the limit orifice plate 1307 is movably connected with the connecting part of the connecting bent plate 1306 and the blanking mechanism 13, the connecting rod 1308 is screwed on the top end of the connecting bent plate 1306, the open-close to the open-close plate 1309 is screwed on the collecting box 1305, through unloading mechanism 13, be favorable to flexible slider 1303 to move and drive the motion of collecting box 1305 through sliding plate 1304, simultaneously, sliding plate 1304 moves and drives the motion of connecting bent plate 1306, slides along spacing orifice plate 1307 through connecting bent plate 1306 motion and drives the motion of connecting rod 1308, and the motion of connecting rod 1308 drives the motion of open-close plate 1309, through the relative motion of open-close plate 1309 with collecting box 1305, realizes the unloading operation to burning the residue.

Further, the sliding plate 1304 forms a sliding structure through the telescopic sliding block 1303 and the blanking mechanism 13, the central axis of the sliding plate 1304, the central axis of the collecting box 1305 and the central axis of the incineration box body 12 coincide with each other, a movable structure is formed between the connecting bent plate 1306 and the limiting hole plate 1307 through the sliding plate 1304, the movement of the telescopic sliding block 1303 is facilitated, the collecting box 1305 is driven to move through the sliding plate 1304, the control operation of the movement of the collecting box 1305 is achieved, the sliding plate 1304 drives the connecting bent plate 1306 to move, the connecting rod 1308 is driven to move through the movement of the connecting bent plate 1306 along the sliding of the limiting hole plate 1307, and the control operation of the movement of the connecting bent plate 1306 is achieved.

Further, the open-close plate 1309 constitutes sliding construction through connecting between bent plate 1306 and connecting rod 1308 and burning box 12, and the slip length of open-close plate 1309 equals with the diameter of burning box 12, the axis of open-close plate 1309 coincides mutually with the axis of burning box 12, be favorable to, connecting rod 1308 motion drives open-close plate 1309 motion, the realization is to the control operation of open-close plate 1309 motion, through setting up open-close plate 1309, the relative position of collecting box 1305 and burning box 12, spill when preventing the unloading of medical treatment hazardous waste. In the blanking mechanism 13, the telescopic slider 1303 moves to drive the collecting box 1305 to move through the sliding plate 1304, meanwhile, the sliding plate 1304 moves to drive the connecting bent plate 1306 to move, the connecting rod 1308 moves through the connecting bent plate 1306, the connecting rod 1308 moves to drive the opening plate 1309 to move, and the blanking operation on the incineration residue is realized through the relative movement of the opening plate 1309 and the collecting box 1305.

Further, the cleaning mechanism 16 comprises a cleaning motor 1601, a rotating rod 1602, a connecting plate 1603, a moving slider 1604, a sliding orifice plate 1605, a swinging rod 1606, a swinging shaft 1607, a cleaning plate 1608, a rotating plate 1609, a rotating orifice slot 1610, a sliding orifice plate 1611 and a cover plate 1612, the inner wall of the cleaning mechanism 16 is fixedly connected with the cleaning motor 1601, the rotating rod 1602 is installed at the output end of the cleaning motor 1601, one end of the rotating rod 1602 far away from the cleaning motor 1601 is screwed with the connecting plate 1603, one end of the connecting plate 1603 far away from the rotating rod 1602 is screwed with the moving slider 1604 slidably connected with the inner wall of the cleaning mechanism 16, the bottom end of the moving slider 1604 is fixedly connected with the sliding orifice plate 1605, the bottom end of the sliding orifice plate 1605 is movably connected with the swinging rod 1606, one end of the swinging rod 1606 far away from the sliding orifice plate 1605 is fixedly connected with the swinging shaft 1607, and the two ends of the swinging shaft 1607 are fixedly connected with the cleaning plate abutted against the filter screen 15, the top end of the movable slider 1604 is movably connected with a rotating plate 1609 which is rotatably connected with a cleaning mechanism 16, a rotating hole slot 1610 is arranged at the connecting part of the rotating plate 1609 and the movable slider 1604, the top end of the rotating plate 1609 is movably connected with a sliding slot plate 1611, the top end of the sliding slot plate 1611 extends to the inside of the filter cartridge 14 and is fixedly connected with a cover plate 1612, the cleaning mechanism 16 is arranged to facilitate the movement of the connecting plate 1603 to drive the movable slider 1604 to slide, the movable slider 1604 moves to drive the swinging rod 1606 to swing through the sliding hole plate 1605, the swinging rod 1606 swings to drive the swinging shaft 1607 connected with the cleaning plate 1608 to swing at the same time, the cleaning operation on the filter screen 15 is realized through the swinging of the cleaning plate 1608, the movable slider 1604 moves to drive the rotating plate 1609 to rotate through the rotating hole slot 1610, the rotating plate 1609 rotates to drive the cover plate 1612 to slide through the sliding slot plate 1611, and the cleaning operation in a sealed environment is realized, the phenomenon of environmental pollution caused by cleaning the filter screen 15 is reduced.

Further, the moving slider 1604 forms a sliding structure with the cleaning mechanism 16 through the rotating rod 1602 and the connecting plate 1603, the oscillating rod 1606 forms an oscillating structure with the cleaning mechanism 16 through the moving slider 1604 and the sliding orifice plate 1605, the swing amplitude of the swing rod 1606 is 45 degrees, four groups of filter screens 15 and cleaning plates 1608 are arranged, the four groups of filter screens 15 and the four groups of cleaning plates 1608 are distributed in an equal-angle circumferential manner about the central axis of the swinging shaft 1607, the four groups of filter screens 15 and the four groups of cleaning plates 1608 are complementary to each other, which is beneficial for the rotating rod 1602 to drive the moving slide block 1604 to move through the connecting plate 1603, the moving slide block 1604 to move drives the swinging rod 1606 to swing through the sliding orifice plate 1605, thereby realizing the control operation of the movement of the swinging rod 1606, the four sets of filter screens 15 and the four sets of cleaning plates 1608 are provided to improve the filtering efficiency of the filter screens 15 and to completely clean the four sets of filter screens 15.

Further, the rotating plate 1609 forms a swing structure through the moving slider 1604 and the rotating hole slot 1610 and the cleaning mechanism 16, the cover plate 1612 forms a sliding structure through the rotating hole slot 1610 and the sliding slot plate 1611 and the cleaning mechanism 16, the sliding length of the cover plate 1612 is equal to the diameter of the cover plate 1612, the central axis of the incineration box body 12, the central axis of the swinging shaft 1607 and the central axis of the cover plate 1612 are coincided, the moving slider 1604 moves to drive the rotating plate 1609 to rotate through the rotating hole slot 1610, the rotating plate 1609 rotates to drive the cover plate 1612 to slide through the sliding slot plate 1611, and the control operation of the movement of the cover plate 1612 is realized; in the cleaning mechanism 16, the rotating rod 1602 moves to drive the moving slider 1604 to slide through the connecting plate 1603, the moving slider 1604 moves to drive the swinging rod 1606 to swing through the sliding hole plate 1605, so that the swinging rod 1606 swings to drive the swinging shaft 1607 connected with the cleaning plate 1608 to swing at the same time, and the cleaning operation of the filter screen 15 is realized through the swinging of the cleaning plate 1608.

The embodiment also provides a use scheme of the medical hazardous waste incineration device, which adopts the device and comprises the following steps:

s1, when the device is used, firstly, medical hazardous waste is placed in the feeding box 6, then feeding operation is carried out on the medical hazardous waste, in the feeding frame 1, the feeding motor 2 works to drive the lifting slide block 4 to slide along the inner wall of the feeding frame 1 through the feeding screw rod 3, so that the lifting slide block 4 moves to drive the feeding box 6 to slide along the lifting chute 9 through the lifting bottom plate 5, when the lifting roller 8 slides to the top end of the lifting chute 9, the lifting slide block 4 drives the lifting bottom plate 5 to continuously slide, so that the lifting bottom plate 5 drives the feeding box 6 to rotate 90 degrees through the guide rod 7 and the top end of the lifting chute 9, the medical hazardous waste is transferred into the feeding hole 10 from the feeding box 6, and the medical hazardous waste is transferred into the incineration box body 12 through the connecting cylinder 11, and feeding operation on the medical hazardous waste is realized;

s2, incinerating the medical hazardous waste through the incineration box body 12, then filtering harmful gas generated by incineration, wherein the harmful gas enters the filter cylinder 14 from the incineration box body 12, and the filtering operation of the harmful gas is realized through the filtering function of the filter screen 15 in the filter cylinder 14;

s3, next, cleaning operation is carried out on garbage in the filter screen 15, in the cleaning mechanism 16, the cleaning motor 1601 works to drive the connecting plate 1603 to move through the rotating rod 1602, the connecting plate 1603 moves to drive the moving slider 1604 to slide along the inner wall of the cleaning mechanism 16, the moving slider 1604 moves to drive the swinging rod 1606 to swing through the sliding hole plate 1605, the swinging rod 1606 swings to drive the swinging shaft 1607 connected with the cleaning plate 1608 to swing simultaneously, cleaning operation on the filter screen 15 is realized through swinging of the cleaning plate 1608, the moving slider 1604 moves to drive the rotating plate 1609 to rotate through the rotating hole groove 1610 simultaneously, the rotating plate 1609 rotates to drive the cover plate 1612 to slide through the sliding groove plate 1611, cleaning operation in a sealed environment is realized, and environmental pollution caused by cleaning of the filter screen 15 is reduced;

s4, finally, carrying out blanking operation on the incineration residues, wherein in the blanking mechanism 13, the blanking motor 1301 works to drive the telescopic slider 1303 to slide along the inner wall of the blanking mechanism 13 through the blanking screw 1302, the telescopic slider 1303 moves to drive the collection box 1305 to move through the sliding plate 1304, meanwhile, the sliding plate 1304 moves to drive the connecting bent plate 1306 to move, the connecting rod 1308 moves through the connecting bent plate 1306 to slide along the limit orifice plate 1307, the connecting rod 1308 moves to drive the opening plate 1309 to move, and the blanking operation on the incineration residues is realized through the relative movement of the opening plate 1309 and the collection box 1305.
