1. A vehicle generator brush holder supporting a brush for supplying power to a rotor of a generator of a vehicle, the brush holder comprising:

a brush holder terminal connected to the circuit; and

a wire housing part formed on the brush holder terminal and housing a wire connected to the brush,

wherein the brush holder terminal and the wire accommodating portion are integrally formed.

2. The vehicle generator brush carrier of claim 1, said brush carrier comprising:

a spring support portion formed on the brush holder terminal and supporting a spring connected to the brush,

wherein the wire housing part is formed through the spring support part and is formed of a tubular shape having a fixed height so as to be able to compress and fix the wire.

3. A vehicle generator regulator comprising a brush holder according to claim 1 or claim 2.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a vehicle generator brush holder and a regulator including the same, and more particularly, to a vehicle generator brush holder in which a brush for supplying power to a rotor of a vehicle generator can be easily installed, and a regulator including the same.

Background

Generally, a generator for converting mechanical energy of an automobile engine into electrical energy is mounted in a vehicle.

In such a generator, a regulator for maintaining the voltage generated by the generator within a fixed range is also installed.

The regulator includes a brush for supplying power to a rotor of the generator and a brush holder supporting the brush, and is connected to the brush holder by a wire.

However, since the conventional electric wire is connected to the brush holder using a connecting member such as a grommet to maintain airtightness and prevent the electric wire from being separated, there is a problem in that the number of parts is increased in the manufacturing process of the regulator, thereby making the overall assembly process of the regulator complicated.

Disclosure of Invention

Technical problem

An object of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide a vehicle generator brush holder in which brushes can be easily mounted and a regulator including the same.

Means for solving the problems

According to an aspect of the present invention, there may be provided a vehicle generator brush holder supporting a brush that supplies power to a rotor of a vehicle generator, wherein the brush holder includes: a brush holder terminal connected to the circuit; and a wire housing portion formed on the brush holder terminal and housing a wire connected to the brush, and the brush holder terminal and the wire housing portion are integrally formed.

A spring support portion is included which is formed in the brush holder terminal and supports the spring connected to the brush, and a wire accommodating portion is formed through the spring support portion and may have a tubular shape with a fixed height so as to be able to compress and fix the wire.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there may be provided a regulator including a brush holder for a vehicle generator.

THE ADVANTAGES OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

The brush holder according to the embodiment of the present invention can reduce the total number of parts of the regulator because the brush holder terminal and the wire housing part are integrally formed, while the product cost can be reduced by removing the process of inserting the connecting member such as the grommet.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following embodiments are described in order to fully convey the concept of the present invention to those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described herein, and may be embodied in other forms. The drawings omit descriptions of parts not related to the specification to make the present invention clearer, and the sizes of constituent elements may be shown slightly exaggerated for easy understanding.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a regulator (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention is mounted on a generator for a vehicle (10), and controls a voltage generated by the generator for the vehicle (10).

The regulator (100) includes a brush (110), a brush holder (120), a wire (130), and a spring (140).

The brush (110) supplies power to a rotor of a generator for a vehicle (10).

A plurality of brushes (110) are mounted in a brush holder (120) and can supply power to a rotor of a generator for a vehicle (10).

The brush (110) is coupled to the brush holder (120) via a wire (130) and a spring (140).

The brush (110) may be electrically connected to the brush holder (120) via a wire (130).

The brush holder (120) supports the brush (110).

The brush holder (120) may include a control unit (121), a brush holder terminal (122), a spring support portion (123), and a wire receiving portion (124).

A control unit (121) is installed in the brush holder terminal (122), and controls a voltage generated in a generator for a vehicle (10).

The control unit (121) may be mounted in the brush holder terminal (122) together with various circuits, and controls a voltage generated in a generator for the vehicle (10). The control unit (121) can be designed as an electronic chip.

The brush holder terminal (122) is connected to the control unit (121) and various circuits while supporting the brush (110).

The brush holder terminal (122) may be electrically connected to the control unit (121) and various circuits.

The brush holder terminal (122) may be integrally formed with the spring support portion (123) and the wire receiving portion (124) to support the brush (110).

The wire receiving part (124) may be configured in plurality.

One side of the electric wire (130) is connected to the brush (110), and the other side is accommodated in the electric wire accommodation portion (124).

After the electric wire (130) is accommodated in the electric wire accommodation part (124), the electric wire accommodation part (124) may be compressed and fixed.

After the wire housing unit (124) is compressed, the wires (130) may be electrically connected to various circuits by soldering.

The spring (140) elastically supports the brush (110).

The spring (140) is mounted on the spring support part (123) so as to be capable of elastically supporting the brush (110).

The spring (140) may be installed around the outside of the electric wire (130) to allow the electric wire (130) to pass through the inside of the spring (140) and be received in the electric wire receiving part (124).
