The material homogenizing device comprises a material homogenizing device body, a material homogenizing port corresponding to a trough is formed in an upper panel of the material homogenizing device body, an inner baffle and an outer baffle which extend downwards are mounted on the inner side and the outer side of the material homogenizing port, and the material homogenizing device is characterized in that material homogenizing components are mounted at the left end and the right end of the upper panel of the material homogenizing device body and comprise suspension lugs, scraper suspension lugs and scrapers, the suspension lugs are fixedly mounted on an upper panel of the material homogenizing device body, upper limiting holes are formed in the upper panel and the scraper suspension lugs in a penetrating mode and correspond to each other, the scraper suspension lugs penetrate through the upper limiting holes and are movably connected with the suspension lugs through bolts, the scrapers are fixedly mounted on the scraper suspension lugs, and the scrapers and the scraper suspension lugs rotate correspondingly by taking the bolts.

2. The refiner of claim 1 wherein the refining assembly further comprises a material port adjusting plate movably connected to the scraper by a rotating shaft.

3. The refiner of claim 1, wherein the cross sections of the ends of the scraper and the refiner body are mutually matched and arranged into a heart-shaped plate with an arc notch at the bottom.

4. The refiner of claim 3 wherein the gate adjustment plate is configured as an arcuate plate that mates with the arcuate notch of the scraper.

5. The refiner of claim 1, wherein the two ends of the refiner body are symmetrically provided with a left fixing plate and a right fixing plate, and the left fixing plate and the right fixing plate are both vertically connected by a transverse positioning plate and a longitudinal positioning plate.

6. The refiner of claim 5, wherein the transverse positioning plate and the longitudinal positioning plate are provided with adjusting and limiting holes, and the adjusting nut is used for installing the refiner body in the trough through the adjusting and limiting holes.

7. The refiner of claim 1, wherein the refining elements are discharge control valves, one set along each of the left and right sides of the refiner body.

8. The refiner of claim 1, further comprising a stripper plate, wherein the stripper plate is provided as a flap having an inverted V-shaped cross section, and the stripper plate is mounted on an inner sidewall of the refiner body.

9. The refiner of claim 1, wherein the outer sidewall of the refiner body is provided with a sliding bar, and the sliding bar is made of non-metallic material and forms a plate-like structure fitting with the outer sidewall of the refiner body.

The invention belongs to the technical field of culture equipment, and particularly relates to a material homogenizer.

Background

Along with the development of the breeding industry, the blanking machine installed in the chicken farm replaces workers to finish a lot of work, the labor intensity of the workers is effectively reduced under the condition that the breeding quality is guaranteed, and the production efficiency is also well improved. But when the material loading machine was fed poultry, unloading thickness was uneven, the phenomenon that the fodder caking or fodder pile up in the silo often can appear to make whole house chicken only feed intake different, caused the weight of chicken and individual size not uniform, lead to the quality of egg to differ, changed the increase of raising cost mutually. The material homogenizer among the prior art is single in structure, and it only possesses simple refining function, does not possess the effect that high efficiency was accomodate and is mixed fodder, shakeouts the fodder again. And static friction exists between the material homogenizer and the material groove when the feeding system operates, so that the inner wall of the material groove is easily scratched, and the service life of the equipment is influenced. Therefore, how to develop a novel material homogenizer, solve the unloading inequality of above-mentioned feed structure, guarantee that the unloading is even and have important realistic meaning.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the technical problem of poor material homogenizing effect of a material homogenizer in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the material homogenizer.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

the material homogenizing device comprises a material homogenizing device main body, a material homogenizing port corresponding to a feed trough is formed in an upper panel of the material homogenizing device main body, an inner baffle and an outer baffle which extend downwards are mounted on the inner side and the outer side of the material homogenizing port, material homogenizing components are mounted at the left end and the right end of the upper panel of the material homogenizing device main body, each material homogenizing component comprises a suspension lug, a scraper suspension lug and a scraper, the suspension lugs are fixedly mounted on an upper panel of the material homogenizing device main body, upper limiting holes are formed in the upper panel and the scraper suspension lugs in a penetrating mode and correspond to each other, the scraper suspension lugs penetrate through the upper limiting holes and are movably connected with the suspension lugs through bolts, the scrapers are fixedly mounted on the scraper suspension lugs, and the scrapers and the scraper suspension lugs.

Further, the refining assembly further comprises a material port adjusting plate, and the material port adjusting plate is movably connected with the scraper through a rotating shaft.

Furthermore, the cross sections of the ports of the scraper and the material homogenizer main body are mutually matched to form a heart-shaped plate with an arc-shaped notch at the bottom.

Furthermore, the material port adjusting plate is an arc-shaped plate matched with the arc-shaped gap of the scraper plate.

Further, both ends symmetry of refining ware main part is arranged and is provided with left fixed plate and right fixed plate, and left fixed plate and right fixed plate are horizontal locating plate and vertical locating plate and are the structure of erectting perpendicularly and connecting and form.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the refining assembly is novel in structure, the scraper hanging lugs drive the scrapers to rotate by taking the bolts as rotating shafts, the operation is convenient and fast, and the refining assemblies form valves for controlling discharging and are symmetrically arranged in groups; one end is the feed inlet other end and is used as the discharge gate in the operation process, delays the material of refining mouthful top and continues to fall, plays and accomodates mixed feed, the effect of laying out the fodder again in discharge gate department. The inside flitch of falling is used for turning over the chicken fodder in the outside to the discharge side, prevents that the fodder from piling up in the evener.
