1. A horizontal chopper mixer, comprising:

the chopping and mixing shell (2) is internally provided with a hollow cavity, and the top of the chopping and mixing shell is provided with a feeding trough (21) communicated with the hollow cavity;

a flight securing barrel (32) rotatably disposed in the hollow cavity; and

a chopping screw (3) fixedly connected to the outer cylindrical wall of the screw fixing cylinder (32) for chopping and stirring the food material fed from the feeding trough (21);

wherein the chopping spiral piece (3) consists of a spiral stirring piece (34) and a spiral chopping piece (33); the rotating direction of the spiral chopping piece (33) is opposite to that of the spiral stirring piece (34), and the spiral chopping piece (33) is fixedly arranged at the periphery of the spiral stirring piece (34); the outer edge of the spiral chopping piece (33) is formed into an edge.

The horizontal type chopper mixer according to claim 1, wherein the spiral stirring blade (34) is welded to the outer cylindrical wall of the spiral blade fixing cylinder (32), and the spiral chopping blade (33) is fixed to the outer cylindrical wall of the spiral blade fixing cylinder (32) through a support rod (321); the outer edge part of the spiral stirring piece (34) is contacted with the inner edge part of the spiral chopping piece (33).

The horizontal chopper according to claim 1, characterized in that said hollow chamber is composed of a chopping chamber (201) and a feeding chamber (202), said feeding trough (21) and said feeding chamber (202) being placed in communication, said flight securing cylinder (32) being rotatably arranged in said chopping chamber (201).

5. The horizontal chopper mixer according to claim 4, wherein the flight securing cylinder (32) is fixedly attached to the rotating shaft (31);

one end of the chopping cavity (201) is fixed with a first seam-type support frame (301), the other end of the chopping cavity is fixed with a second seam-type support frame (302), and the rotating shaft (31) is rotatably arranged on the first seam-type support frame (301) and the second seam-type support frame (302).

6. The horizontal chopper of claim 5 wherein an end of said rotating shaft (31) extends beyond said feed chamber (202);

the side part of the chopping shell (2) is provided with a servo motor (4) for rotationally driving the rotating shaft (31), and the rotating shaft (31) is connected to the output shaft end of the servo motor (4) through a coupler (41).

7. The horizontal chopper of claim 6 further comprising a support base (10) having a mounting base mounted on the work floor;

the chopping shell (2) is fixedly arranged at the top of the supporting bottom plate (10) through a shell supporting frame (11);

the servo motor (4) is fixedly arranged at the top of the supporting base plate (10) through a servo motor supporting frame (12).

The horizontal chopper according to claim 4, characterized in that the feeding chamber (202) is rotatably provided with a pushing column (5) fixedly connected to the rotating shaft (31); a spiral surface (50) is formed at the front end of the material pushing column (5); the spiral direction of the spiral surface (50) is the same as that of the spiral chopping piece (33);

the front end of the spiral surface (50) extends to the critical position of the feeding cavity (202) and the chopping cavity (201).

9. The horizontal chopper according to claim 1, characterized in that the sides of the chopping casing (2) are fitted with a see-through observation window (20).

10. The horizontal chopper mixer according to claim 1, characterized in that one end of the chopping casing (2) is shaped as a chopping outlet, to which an end plate (22) is connected by means of a hinged plate (221);

the end plate (22) can be hermetically covered on the chopping and mixing discharge hole through a bolt.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of food processing, in particular to a horizontal type chopping and mixing machine.

Background

The chopping and mixing machine is used for chopping meat and auxiliary materials into meat paste or mashed meat in a short time by utilizing the chopping action of high-speed rotation of a chopping knife, and can also be used for stirring the meat, the auxiliary materials and water together into uniform emulsion. The existing chopping and mixing machines are all pan-type chopping and mixing machines, have the defects of complex structure and large occupied space, generally need manual unloading after the chopping operation is finished, are very troublesome, and influence the production efficiency of chopped products. Therefore, how to design the chopping and mixing machine which is simple in structure, high in chopping efficiency and capable of automatically discharging is a technical problem to be solved.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the technology, the invention provides a horizontal type chopping and mixing machine.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

a horizontal chopper comprising: the chopping shell is internally provided with a hollow cavity, and the top of the chopping shell is provided with a feeding trough communicated with the hollow cavity; a flight securing cylinder rotatably disposed in the hollow cavity; the chopping spiral piece is fixedly connected to the outer cylinder wall of the spiral piece fixing cylinder and used for chopping and stirring the food materials thrown from the feeding groove;

wherein, the chopping spiral piece consists of a spiral stirring piece and a spiral chopping piece; the spiral direction of the spiral chopping piece and the spiral direction of the spiral stirring piece are arranged in a reverse way, and the spiral chopping piece is fixedly arranged at the periphery of the spiral stirring piece; the outer edge of the spiral chopping piece is formed into an edge.

Preferably, the spiral stirring piece is welded on the outer cylinder wall of the spiral piece fixing cylinder, and the spiral chopping piece is fixed on the outer cylinder wall of the spiral piece fixing cylinder through a support rod; the outer edge part of the spiral stirring piece is in contact with the inner edge part of the spiral chopping piece.

Preferably, the inner edge part of the spiral chopping piece is formed into an edge part.

Preferably, the hollow cavity consists of a chopping cavity and a feeding cavity, the feeding trough is communicated with the feeding cavity, and the spiral piece fixing cylinder is rotatably arranged in the chopping cavity.

Preferably, the spiral piece fixing cylinder is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft;

one end part of the chopping cavity is fixed with a first notch-shaped support frame, the other end part of the chopping cavity is fixed with a second notch-shaped support frame, and the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the first notch-shaped support frame and the second notch-shaped support frame.

Preferably, one end of the rotating shaft extends out of the feeding cavity;

the side part of the chopping shell is provided with a servo motor for rotationally driving the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is connected to the output shaft end of the servo motor through a coupler.

Preferably, the horizontal type chopping and mixing machine further comprises a supporting bottom plate, and a fixed seat of the supporting bottom plate is arranged on the operation bottom surface; the chopping shell is fixedly arranged at the top of the supporting bottom plate through a shell supporting frame; the servo motor is fixedly arranged at the top of the supporting bottom plate through a servo motor supporting frame.

Preferably, a material pushing column is rotatably arranged in the material feeding cavity and fixedly connected to the rotating shaft; the front end of the material pushing column is formed with a spiral surface; the spiral direction of the spiral surface is the same as that of the spiral chopping piece; the front end of the spiral surface extends to the critical position of the feeding cavity and the chopping cavity.

Preferably, a perspective observation window is installed on the side of the chopping shell.

Preferably, one end of the chopping and mixing shell is formed into a chopping and mixing discharge hole, and the chopping and mixing discharge hole is connected with an end plate through a hinge plate; the end plate can be hermetically covered on the chopping and mixing discharge hole through a bolt.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the horizontal chopping and mixing machine provided by the invention can repeatedly process food materials to be chopped and mixed through the spiral chopping sheets and the spiral stirring sheets which are arranged in a counter-rotating manner, so that the chopping effect required by a user can be obtained; the food material to be chopped and mixed can be chopped and conveyed spirally by the spiral chopping slice, and after the expected chopping effect is achieved, the processed food material can be continuously guided out of the chopping discharge port by the spiral chopping slice. This application simple structure, simple operation and cutcut efficiently, can be to the edible material automatic discharge after the processing, can extensively be applicable to edible material cutmix the field.

The present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can implement the invention by referring to the description text.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a horizontal chopper mixer, comprising:

the chopping shell 2 is internally provided with a hollow cavity, and the top of the chopping shell is provided with a feeding trough 21 communicated with the hollow cavity;

a flight securing cylinder 32 rotatably disposed in the hollow cavity; and

a chopping screw 3 fixedly connected to an outer cylindrical wall of the screw fixing cylinder 32, for chopping and stirring the food material fed from the feeding tank 21;

wherein, the chopping spiral piece 3 consists of a spiral stirring piece 34 and a spiral chopping piece 33; the rotating direction of the spiral chopping block 33 is opposite to that of the spiral stirring block 34, and the spiral chopping block 33 is fixedly arranged at the periphery of the spiral stirring block 34; the outer edge of the spiral chopping sheet 33 is shaped as a blade.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the spiral stirring blade 34 is welded to the outer cylindrical wall of the spiral blade fixing cylinder 32, and the spiral cutting blade 33 is fixed to the outer cylindrical wall of the spiral blade fixing cylinder 32 through a support rod 321; the outer edge of the helical agitating blade 34 and the inner edge of the helical cutting blade 33 are in contact with each other.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the inner edge of the spiral cutting blade 33 is shaped as an edge.

As an embodiment of the invention, the hollow cavity is composed of two parts, namely a chopping cavity 201 and a feeding cavity 202, the feeding trough 21 and the feeding cavity 202 are arranged in a communicating manner, and the spiral piece fixing barrel 32 is rotatably arranged in the chopping cavity 201.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the spiral piece fixing cylinder 32 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 31;

a first loop-type support frame 301 is fixed to one end of the chopping cavity 201, a second loop-type support frame 302 is fixed to the other end of the chopping cavity, and the rotating shaft 31 is rotatably installed on the first loop-type support frame 301 and the second loop-type support frame 302.

As an embodiment of the present invention, one end of the rotating shaft 31 extends out of the feeding cavity 202;

the side of the chopping housing 2 is provided with a servo motor 4 for rotationally driving the rotating shaft 31, and the rotating shaft 31 is connected to an output shaft end of the servo motor 4 through a coupling 41.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the horizontal chopper mixer further includes a supporting base plate 10, a fixing seat of which is installed on the bottom surface of the operation;

the chopping shell 2 is fixedly arranged at the top of the supporting bottom plate 10 through a shell supporting frame 11;

the servo motor 4 is fixedly arranged on the top of the supporting bottom plate 10 through a servo motor supporting frame 12.

As an embodiment of the present invention, a material pushing column 5 is rotatably installed in the material feeding cavity 202, and is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 31; the front end of the material pushing column 5 is formed with a spiral surface 50; the spiral direction of the spiral surface 50 is the same as that of the spiral chopping piece 33;

the front end of the spiral surface 50 extends to the critical position of the feeding cavity 202 and the chopping cavity 201.

As an embodiment of the present invention, a perspective observation window 20 is installed on the side of the chopping casing 2.

As an embodiment of the present invention, one end of the chopping casing 2 is formed as a chopping discharge port, and the chopping discharge port is connected with an end plate 22 through a hinge plate 221;

the end plate 22 can be hermetically covered on the chop and mix outlet by a latch.

The working principle of the horizontal chopping mixer is as follows:

firstly, a user installs the end plate 22 sealing cover on the chopping discharge port through the bolt, and then the food material to be chopped is put into the feeding cavity 202 through the feeding groove 21, the servo motor 4 is driven to rotate positively, and the food material to be chopped is pushed into the chopping cavity 201 under the action of the pushing column 5.

The food material entering the chopping cavity 201 is pushed forward and rotationally chopped under the action of the spiral chopping piece 33, and the spiral stirring piece 34 positioned at the central part of the spiral chopping piece 33 can turn and push the food material which can be contacted with the spiral chopping piece backward in real time so as to play a role of mixing and stirring the food material;

when the servo motor 4 is driven to rotate forwards for a set period, the servo motor drives the servo motor to rotate backwards; at this time, the food material entering the chopping cavity 201 is pushed backward and rotationally chopped under the action of the helical chopping piece 33, and the helical stirring piece 34 can turn and push the food material which can be contacted with the helical stirring piece forward in real time, so as to play a role of mixing and stirring the food material; by analogy, the servo motor 4 periodically performs forward and reverse rotation driving.

The user can observe the chopping degree of the food material through the perspective observation window 20, and when a satisfactory chopping effect is obtained, the end plate 22 is opened and the servo motor 4 is controlled to continuously perform forward rotation driving, so that the chopped food material can be continuously led out from the chopping discharge port under the propelling action of the spiral chopping sheet 33.

While embodiments of the invention have been described above, it is not limited to the applications set forth in the description and the embodiments, which are fully applicable in various fields of endeavor to which the invention pertains, and further modifications may readily be made by those skilled in the art, it being understood that the invention is not limited to the details shown and described herein without departing from the general concept defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
