1. A paper drinking straw structure, comprising:

the long paper piece is provided with two short sides and two long sides, the two long sides are respectively provided with a first joint long edge and a second joint long edge, and the surface of the paper piece is covered with a first waterproof membrane capable of isolating liquid;

cutting one short edge of the paper sheet to form a cutting part, wherein the cutting part comprises a first cutting edge, a second cutting edge, a third cutting edge and a fourth cutting edge, the first cutting edge is connected with one long edge of the paper sheet and is adjacent to the short edge of the paper sheet, the second cutting edge is oppositely inclined towards the connection point of the first cutting edge, the third cutting edge is connected with the second cutting edge and is oppositely inclined towards the connection point of the second cutting edge, the fourth cutting edge is connected with the other long edge of the paper sheet, and the cutting part is in an M-shaped outline; the second cutting edge and one of the short edges of the paper sheet and the third cutting edge respectively have the same first included angle with one of the short edges of the paper sheet; the extension lines of the first cutting edge and the second cutting edge and the extension lines of the fourth cutting edge and the third cutting edge respectively have the same second included angle; when the paper sheet is curled, the first cut edge is overlapped on the third cut edge, and the fourth cut edge is overlapped on the second cut edge, so that the short edge of the paper suction pipe forms a sharp protruding thorn part;

wherein the second included angle is 2 times of the first included angle;

by the structure, the paper sheet is curled to enable the first joint long edge and the second joint long edge to be overlapped and lapped with each other to form a slender cylindrical paper suction pipe, and the first waterproof film is attached to the inner surface of the paper suction pipe.

The paper drinking straw structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein a telescopic tube portion is provided at a position 1/3 which is different from the spine portion and is the long side, the telescopic tube portion being able to be bent, extended and compressed, and the telescopic tube portion is formed by a plurality of concave ring bodies and a plurality of convex ring bodies arranged alternately.

3. The paper drinking straw structure of claim 1, wherein a second waterproof film for isolating liquid is coated on a surface of the paper sheet different from the first waterproof film, and the second waterproof film is attached to an outer surface of the paper drinking straw.

4. The paper straw structure of claim 3, wherein a printed layer is disposed between the second waterproof film and the paper sheet, and the printed layer comprises one or a combination of graphics, colors and logos.

5. The paper drinking straw structure of claim 1, wherein the first included angle is 15 to 75 degrees, and the second included angle is 30 to 150 degrees.

6. The paper drinking straw structure of claim 1, wherein the first engaging long edge and the second engaging long edge have the same width, and the width is 1/6-1/3 of the short edge of the paper sheet.

7. The paper drinking straw structure of claim 1, wherein the paper sheet is food grade wood pulp paper or dissolving paper.

8. The paper drinking straw structure of claim 1, wherein the thickness of the paper sheet is 0.05 to 0.15 mm.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a straw, in particular to a paper straw structure, which can achieve the effects of environmental protection and continuous development of the earth and is an innovative structural design with commercial application.

Background

With the progress of manufacturing technology, the daily edible appliances used by people are also increasingly environment-friendly; the straw is typically a cylindrical tube made of plastic, which can be used to suck the contents of the container, for example: viscous or liquid substances or beverages. When the food is eaten, the container or the cup body is not arranged at the mouth of a user, namely the mouth of the user does not contact any part of the container or the cup body, only the suction pipe is inserted into the container or the cup body, and then the substance or the beverage in the container or the cup body can be sucked into the mouth of the user by applying the suction force of the user (namely, the negative pressure is formed inside the mouth, and the atmospheric pressure is formed by the external air), so that the lips of the user can be prevented from directly contacting the edge of the container or the cup body, and the food is convenient, safe and sanitary.

However, the conventional plastic straw structure can only be disposed of or incinerated for combustion after use. The plastic straw is a material that cannot be decomposed by natural environment, and when the straw is directly discarded on the road surface or in the ocean, not only can the environmental beauty be caused, but also the fishes in the ocean can be caused to eat plastic products by mistake, and finally people eating the fishes eat excessive harmful substances or plastic fragments. When the plastic straw is incinerated, the generated dioxin is harmful toxic gas, which causes serious air pollution and affects human health, so the plastic straw structure has many improvement spaces.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the conventional plastic straw cannot be naturally decomposed and reused, and toxic gases such as dioxin and the like are generated by burning the plastic straw, so the conventional plastic straw does not meet the environmental protection requirement and the continuous development trend of the earth.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention discloses a paper straw structure, which is characterized by comprising:

the long paper piece is provided with two short sides and two long sides, the two long sides are respectively provided with a first joint long edge and a second joint long edge, and the surface of the paper piece is covered with a first waterproof membrane capable of isolating liquid;

cutting one short edge of the paper sheet to form a cutting part, wherein the cutting part comprises a first cutting edge, a second cutting edge, a third cutting edge and a fourth cutting edge, the first cutting edge is connected with one long edge of the paper sheet and is adjacent to the short edge of the paper sheet, the second cutting edge is oppositely inclined towards the connection point of the first cutting edge, the third cutting edge is connected with the second cutting edge and is oppositely inclined towards the connection point of the second cutting edge, the fourth cutting edge is connected with the other long edge of the paper sheet, and the cutting part is in an M-shaped outline; the second cutting edge and one of the short edges of the paper sheet and the third cutting edge respectively have the same first included angle with one of the short edges of the paper sheet; the extension lines of the first cutting edge and the second cutting edge and the extension lines of the fourth cutting edge and the third cutting edge respectively have the same second included angle; when the paper sheet is curled, the first cutting edge is overlapped on the third cutting edge, and the fourth cutting edge is overlapped on the second cutting edge, so that the short edge of the paper suction pipe forms a sharp-pointed protruding thorn part;

wherein the second included angle is 2 times of the first included angle;

by the structure, the paper sheet is curled to enable the first joint long edge and the second joint long edge to be overlapped and lapped with each other to form a slender cylindrical paper suction pipe, and the first waterproof film is attached to the inner surface of the paper suction pipe.

Wherein, the 1/3 position different from the spur part and being the long side is provided with a telescopic tube part which can be bent, extended and compressed, and the telescopic tube part is formed by a plurality of concave ring bodies and a plurality of convex ring bodies which are arranged alternately.

Wherein, the side of the paper sheet different from the first waterproof membrane is covered with a second waterproof membrane which can isolate liquid, and the second waterproof membrane is adhered on the outer surface of the paper suction pipe.

Wherein, a printing layer is covered between the second waterproof film and the paper sheet, and the printing layer comprises one or the combination of figures, colors and marks.

Wherein the first included angle is 15-75 degrees, and the second included angle is 30-150 degrees.

The first joint long edge and the second joint long edge are the same in width, and the width of the first joint long edge and the second joint long edge is 1/6-1/3 of the short edge of the paper sheet.

Wherein the paper sheet is edible wood pulp paper or decomposition paper.

Wherein the thickness of the paper sheet is 0.05-0.15 mm.

By means of the innovative unique design, the paper straw structure has the following advantages:

1. the paper straw can be decomposed in natural environment and can be recycled.

2. The paper-made suction pipe is burnt, and toxic gas such as dioxin and the like which cause harm to human bodies can not be generated.

3. The protruding part can be inserted into the sealing film layer of the container or the cup body to suck the beverage or liquid in the container or the cup body.

4. The telescopic tube part can be bent to adapt to the direction angle and the position of the mouth of a user, so that the beverage in the container or the cup body can be comfortably sucked.

5. The printing layer can be printed with color as the identification mark of the straw.

6. The invention can achieve the effects of environmental protection and continuous development of the earth.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 5A, a paper straw structure is provided, which includes:

a long paper sheet 10, the paper sheet 10 being edible wood pulp paper or decomposable paper, the thickness of the paper sheet being 0.05-0.15 mm (mm), the paper sheet 10 having two short sides 101 and two long sides 102, the two long sides 102 having a first joint long edge 11 and a second joint long edge 12, respectively, and the surface of the paper sheet 10 being covered with a first waterproof film 60 (food-grade film or edible wax) capable of isolating liquid; the width W of the first joint long edge 11 or the second joint long edge 12 is 1/6-1/3 of the short side 101 of the paper sheet 10, the paper sheet 10 is rolled to overlap the first joint long edge 11 and the second joint long edge 12, and the first joint long edge 11 and the second joint long edge 12 are adhered and fixed by an adhesive or a hot melting way to form a slender cylindrical paper straw 100, wherein the first waterproof film 60 is adhered to the inner surface of the paper straw 100.

Next, referring to fig. 1 to 2B, a first embodiment of the present invention is shown, in which one of the short sides 101 of the paper sheet 10 is cut to form a cutting portion 21, the cutting portion 21 includes a first cutting edge 211 adjacent to the short side 101 from one of the long sides 102, a second cutting edge 212 connected to the first cutting edge 211 and inclined in a reverse direction toward a connection point thereof, a third cutting edge 213 connected to the second cutting edge 212 and inclined in a reverse direction toward a connection point thereof, and a fourth cutting edge 214 connected to the third cutting edge 213 and inclined in a reverse direction toward the connection point thereof, the fourth cutting edge 214 is connected to the other long side 102, so that the cutting portion 21 has an M-shaped profile; the second cut edge 212 and the one of the short edges 101 of the paper 10, the third cut edge 213 and the one of the short edges 101 of the paper 10 respectively have the same first included angle θ 1; the first cut edge 211 and the extension line of the second cut edge 212, and the fourth cut edge 214 and the extension line of the third cut edge 213 respectively have a same second included angle θ 2.

As described above, when the paper sheet 10 is curled such that the first cut edge 211 is overlapped with the third cut edge 213 and the fourth cut edge 214 is overlapped with the second cut edge 212, the short edge 101 of the paper straw 100 forms a sharp protruding thorn portion 20; however, when the first included angle θ 1 is 15 degrees, the second included angle θ 2 is 30 degrees; when the first included angle theta 1 is 30 degrees, the second included angle theta 2 is 60 degrees; when the first included angle theta 1 is 45 degrees, the second included angle theta 2 is 90 degrees; when the first included angle theta 1 is 60 degrees, the second included angle theta 2 is 120 degrees; when the first included angle θ 1 is 75 degrees, the second included angle θ 2 is 150 degrees, and the relationship that the second included angle θ 2 is 2 times of the first included angle θ 1 can be obtained.

Referring to fig. 3 to 4B, in another embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of concave ring bodies 31 and a plurality of convex ring bodies 32 are alternately disposed on the paper straw 100, such that a bendable, extendable and compressible telescopic tube 30 is formed at a position of the paper straw 100 adjacent to the short side 101, and the telescopic tube 30 can be disposed at a position 1/3 different from the spine portion 20 and the long side 102.

In addition, as shown in fig. 5 to 5A, a second waterproof film 80 (food-grade coating or edible wax) capable of isolating liquid is coated on a surface of the paper sheet 10 different from the first waterproof film 60, the second waterproof film 80 is coated on an outer surface of the paper straw 100, a printed layer 70 is coated between the second waterproof film 80 and the paper sheet 10, and the printed layer 70 includes one or a combination of a pattern, a color and a logo.

Finally, referring to fig. 3, the paper drinking straw 100 of the present invention has the protruding part 20 for piercing the beverage package or the telescopic tube part 30 for fitting the direction angle and position of the mouth of the user, so as to comfortably suck the beverage in the container or cup body; therefore, the paper straw structure of the invention can achieve the effects of environmental protection and continuous development of the earth, and is an innovative structural design with commercial application.
