1. The stone paper straw as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the stone paper material is formed by bonding the first layer of paper, the second layer of paper and the third layer of paper together at the contact surfaces of the first layer of paper, the second layer of paper and the third layer of paper by using hot melt adhesive.

The stone paper straw as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the long sides of the first layer of paper and the second layer of paper are mutually stacked in a shingled manner, namely, the second half part of the second surface of the first layer of paper, which occupies the width of the 1/2 short side of the first layer of paper, is adhered to the first half part of the first surface of the second layer of paper, which occupies the width of the 1/2 short side of the second layer of paper; the stone paper material is spirally and alternatively wound into a tubular stone paper straw in an overlapping mode, and the first half section of the second surface of the first layer of paper occupying the width of the 1/2 short edge of the first layer of paper is pasted on the second half section of the first surface of the second layer of paper occupying the width of the 1/2 short edge of the second layer of paper from the end point of the first turn of winding of the stone paper material and the winding part after the end point.

4. The stone paper straw as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the stone paper material comprises: the stone paper is wound in a spiral winding manner, and the first layer of paper, the second layer of paper and the third layer of paper are mutually bonded in a staggered and overlapped manner to form the stone paper straw with three layers, wherein the first layer of paper becomes the outermost layer of the paper straw, the second layer of paper becomes the middle layer of the paper straw, and the third layer of paper becomes the inner layer of the stone paper straw.

The stone paper straw as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the long sides of the first layer of paper, the second layer of paper and the third layer of paper are mutually stacked in a shingled manner, namely, the second half part of the second surface of the first layer of paper, which occupies the width of the 1/2 short side of the first layer of paper, is adhered to the first half part of the first surface of the second layer of paper, which occupies the width of the 1/2 short side of the second layer of paper, and the second half part of the second surface of the second layer of paper, which occupies the width of the 1/2 short side of the second layer of paper, is adhered to the first half part of the first surface of the third layer of paper, which occupies the width of the 1/2 short side of the third layer of paper; the stone paper straw is formed by spirally winding stone paper materials into a tubular shape in a staggered and overlapped mode, wherein from the end point of the first circle of the stone paper materials in winding and the winding part after the end point, the first half section of the second surface of the first layer of paper, which accounts for the 1/2 short side width of the first layer of paper, is pasted on the second half section of the first surface of the second layer of paper, which accounts for the 1/2 short side width of the second layer of paper, and the first half section of the second surface of the second layer of paper, which accounts for the 1/2 short side width of the second layer of paper, is pasted on the second half section of the first surface of the third layer of paper, which accounts for the 1/2 short side width of the third layer of paper.

6. A manufacturing method of a stone paper straw comprises the following steps:

A. preparing at least two stone paper strips which are a first layer of paper and a second layer of paper respectively, wherein the widths of the short sides of the first layer of paper and the second layer of paper are the same;

B. the long sides of the first layer of paper and the second layer of paper are mutually stacked in a shingled way, and the parts occupying the width of the short sides of 1/2 are mutually bonded to form a stone paper material; and

C. the stone paper material is wound in a spiral winding mode, the first layer of paper and the second layer of paper are mutually bonded in a staggered and overlapped mode to form the stone paper straw with at least two layers of pipe walls, the first layer of paper becomes the outermost layer of the stone paper straw, and the second layer of paper becomes the inner layer of the stone paper straw.

7. The method for manufacturing a stone paper straw as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the contact surfaces of the first layer of paper, the second layer of paper and the third layer of paper are bonded together by using hot melt adhesive.

8. The method for manufacturing a stone paper straw as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the hot melt adhesive is heated into a fluid shape by an external heating component, and then is sprayed on the first layer of paper by a glue coating unit in a spraying mode, and the contact surfaces of the second layer of paper and the third layer of paper are bonded together.

9. The method for manufacturing a stone paper straw as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the long sides of the first layer of paper and the second layer of paper are mutually stacked in a shingled manner, namely, the second half part of the second surface of the first layer of paper, which occupies the width of the 1/2 short side of the first layer of paper, is adhered to the first half part of the first surface of the second layer of paper, which occupies the width of the 1/2 short side of the second layer of paper; the stone paper material is spirally and alternatively wound into a tubular stone paper straw in an overlapping mode, and the first half section of the second surface of the first layer of paper occupying the width of the 1/2 short edge of the first layer of paper is pasted on the second half section of the first surface of the second layer of paper occupying the width of the 1/2 short edge of the second layer of paper from the end point of the first turn of winding of the stone paper material and the winding part after the end point.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a structure of a straw and a manufacturing method thereof, in particular to a stone paper straw and a manufacturing method thereof.

Background

Diet utensils vary from country to country or from country to country due to differences in diet culture, but a drinking straw, which is one of the diet utensils, is a common utensil for drinking beverages that is not used in any country or diet culture.

The number of straws consumed by the global population daily is quite staggering in modern society due to the extremely widespread use of the improved living standard of the materials, whether packaged beverages or prepared beverages on site. At present, most of used straws are mainly plastic straws, although the volume of each plastic straw is not large, the quantity of the plastic straws accumulated and used every day is not comparable with that of other plastic tableware, and because the volume of the plastic straws is not large, the plastic straws are not easy to treat even after being recycled, huge quantities of straw wastes are generated every day, and the huge quantities of plastic wastes not only can cause harm to the environment, but also can increase a large amount of treatment cost.

In addition, the straw made of the stainless steel needs to be reused, but the straw has a disinfection procedure, but the straw has small pore diameter, is easy to stain, is not easy to clean and disinfect, and is not good in sanitary condition.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a stone paper straw which is environment-friendly, can be completely recycled and regenerated and is easy to produce and a manufacturing method thereof.

In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the stone paper straw according to the present invention is a stone paper material consisting of at least two layers of stone paper, which is manufactured by spirally winding, the stone paper material at least comprising: the stone paper suction pipe comprises a first layer of paper and a second layer of paper, wherein the first layer of paper and the second layer of paper are long strip stone paper with the same width, the first layer of paper and the second layer of paper both have opposite first surfaces and second surfaces, long sides of the first layer of paper and the second layer of paper are mutually stacked in a shingled mode and are mutually bonded together by occupying the width of 1/2 short sides, the stone paper is wound in a spiral winding mode, and the first layer of paper and the second layer of paper are mutually bonded in a staggered and overlapped mode to form the stone paper suction pipe with at least two layers of pipe walls, wherein the first layer of paper becomes the outermost layer of the stone paper suction pipe, and the second layer of paper becomes the inner layer of the stone paper suction pipe. The stone paper straw manufactured by adopting the spiral winding and staggered overlapping modes at least has two layers of pipe walls, does not have gaps and can not leak, has enough structural strength support, can maintain rigidity, is convenient to use and is not easy to deform.

Wherein the long sides of the first layer of paper and the second layer of paper are mutually stacked in a shingled manner, namely, the second half section of the second surface of the first layer of paper, which occupies the width of the 1/2 short side of the first layer of paper, is adhered to the first half section of the first surface of the second layer of paper, which occupies the width of the 1/2 short side of the second layer of paper; the stone paper suction pipe is formed by winding stone paper materials into a pipe in a spiral and staggered overlapping mode, wherein the first half section of 1/2 short edge width of the second surface of the first layer of paper is pasted on the second half section of 1/2 short edge width of the first surface of the second layer of paper from the end point of the first circle of winding the stone paper materials and the winding part after the end point.

In another embodiment of the stone paper straw according to the invention, the stone paper material comprises: the stone paper suction pipe comprises a first layer of paper, a second layer of paper and a third layer of paper, wherein the first layer of paper, the second layer of paper and the third layer of paper are strip-shaped stone paper with the same width, the first layer of paper, the second layer of paper and the third layer of paper are provided with a first surface and a second surface which are opposite, long edges of the first layer of paper, the second layer of paper and the third layer of paper are mutually stacked in a shingled mode and are mutually bonded together by parts occupying the width of the short edge of 1/2, the stone paper is wound in a spiral winding mode, and the first layer of paper, the second layer of paper and the third layer of paper are mutually bonded in a staggered and overlapped mode to form the stone paper suction pipe with three layers of pipe walls, wherein the first layer of paper becomes the outermost layer of the stone paper suction pipe, the second layer of paper becomes the middle layer of the stone paper suction pipe, and the third layer of.

One embodiment of the manufacturing method of the stone paper straw comprises the following steps:

A. preparing at least two stone paper strips which are a first layer of paper and a second layer of paper respectively, wherein the widths of the short sides of the first layer of paper and the second layer of paper are the same;

B. the long edges of the first layer of paper and the second layer of paper are mutually stacked in a shingled manner, and the long edges of the first layer of paper and the second layer of paper are mutually bonded together by the parts occupying the width of the short edges of 1/2 to form a stone paper material; and

C. the stone paper material is wound in a spiral winding mode, and the first layer of paper and the second layer of paper are mutually bonded in a staggered and overlapped mode to form the stone paper straw with at least two layers of pipe walls, wherein the first layer of paper becomes the outermost layer of the stone paper straw, and the second layer of paper becomes the inner layer of the stone paper straw.

One embodiment of the manufacturing method of the stone paper straw comprises the step of bonding the contact surfaces of the first layer of paper, the second layer of paper and the third layer of paper together by using hot melt adhesive.

The stone paper straw has the advantages of environmental protection, complete recovery and regeneration and easy production; on the other hand, this kind of mode that adopts spiral winding and dislocation overlap to make the stone paper straw has two layers of pipe wall at least and does not have the gap and can not leak, has sufficient structural strength to support, can maintain the rigidity, facilitates the use and non-deformable.

Other features and embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

Detailed Description

In the embodiments disclosed in the present patent specification and drawings, directions (for example, up, down, left, right, front, and rear) are shown in the drawings for explaining relative relationships (for example, positional relationships, coupling relationships, and operational relationships) between respective components or structures in the embodiments. In principle, the orientations will be appropriate when the components or structures referred to in this description of the invention are aligned with the positions shown in the drawings. If the position of a component or structure is changed in the present specification, the direction should be changed accordingly.

First, fig. 1 is an appearance structure diagram of an embodiment of the stone paper straw according to the invention.

The stone paper straw is basically made of stone paper materials P consisting of at least two layers of stone paper in a spiral winding mode, and the stone paper materials P at least comprise: the stone paper roll comprises a first layer of paper 10 and a second layer of paper 20, wherein the first layer of paper 10 and the second layer of paper 20 are long strip stone paper with the same width, long edges L of the first layer of paper 10 and the second layer of paper 20 are mutually stacked in a shingled mode (see figure 3), and parts occupying the width W of the short edge of 1/2 are mutually bonded together, in order to realize a continuous winding production mode, the first layer of paper 10 and the second layer of paper 20 are long strip stone paper, the length of the long strip stone paper is not limited, and the preferred embodiment is to use the stone paper strip wound into a roll as a material source; the stone paper material P is wound in a spirally wound manner, and the first layer of paper 10 and the second layer of paper 20 are bonded to each other in a staggered overlapping manner to constitute a stone paper straw having at least two layers of pipe walls (see fig. 5).

The first and second sheets 10 and 20 have opposite first and second surfaces (for convenience of reference, the letter A represents the first surface, the letter B represents the second surface, e.g., 10A represents the first surface of the first sheet 10, 20B represents the second surface of the second sheet 20, and so on) which face the inside of the stone paper straw after the stone paper material P is wrapped around the straw.

Referring to fig. 2A and 2B, the long sides L of the first and second sheets 10 and 20 are stacked on each other in a shingled manner by adhering the second surface 10B of the first sheet 10, which occupies the second half of the width of the 1/2 short side of the first sheet, to the first surface 20A of the second sheet 20, which occupies the first half of the width of the 1/2 short side of the second sheet. Referring to fig. 4, the stone paper straw in which the stone paper material P is wound into a tubular shape in a spiral and staggered overlapping manner is a wound portion starting from the end point of the first turn of winding of the stone paper material P and thereafter, the first half of the second surface 10B of the first layer of paper 10 occupying the width of the 1/2 short side of the first layer of paper 10 is adhered to the second half of the first surface 20A of the second layer of paper 20 occupying the width of the 1/2 short side of the second layer of paper 20.

Referring to fig. 3, the stacking of the long sides L of the first and second sheets 10 and 20 in a shingled manner is to stick the second surface 10B of the first sheet 10, which occupies the second half of the 1/2 short side width W of the first sheet 10, to the first surface 20A of the second sheet 20, which occupies the first half of the 1/2 short side width W of the second sheet; referring to fig. 4, the stone paper straw in which the stone paper material P is wound into a tubular shape in a spiral and staggered overlapping manner is to stick the first half of the width W of the short side 1/2 of the first layer of paper 10 occupied by the second surface 10B of the first layer of paper 10 to the second half of the width W of the short side 1/2 of the second layer of paper 20 (marked with symbol S1 in the figure) from the end point of the first turn of winding of the stone paper material P and the subsequent winding portion. The stone paper straw is wound into a tubular shape in a spiral and staggered overlapping mode, wherein the first layer of paper 10 becomes the outermost layer of the stone paper straw, and the second layer of paper 20 becomes the inner layer of the stone paper straw. The stone paper straw manufactured by adopting the spiral winding and staggered overlapping modes at least has two layers of pipe walls, does not have gaps and can not leak, has enough structural strength support, can maintain rigidity, is convenient to use and is not easy to deform. Because the components of the stone paper are basically combined by 80 percent of stone powder (calcium carbonate CaCO3) and 20 percent of environment-friendly high-density polyethylene (HDPE), the stone paper has the advantages of environmental protection, complete recovery and regeneration and easy production.

Fig. 10 is a step diagram of an embodiment of a manufacturing method of a stone paper straw according to the present invention, including:

A. preparing at least two stone paper strips which are a first layer of paper 10 and a second layer of paper 20 respectively, wherein the widths W of the short sides of the first layer of paper 10 and the second layer of paper 20 are the same;

B. the long sides L of the first layer of paper 10 and the second layer of paper 20 are mutually stacked in a shingled manner, and are mutually bonded together by the part occupying the width W of the short side of 1/2 to form a stone paper material P; and

C. the stone paper material is wound in a spiral winding mode, and the first layer of paper 10 and the second layer of paper 20 are mutually bonded in a staggered and overlapped mode to form the stone paper straw with at least two layers of pipe walls, wherein the first layer of paper 10 becomes the outermost layer of the stone paper straw, and the second layer of paper 20 becomes the inner layer of the stone paper straw.

In another embodiment of the stone paper straw according to the present invention, the stone paper material for winding the stone paper straw is composed of three layers of stone paper, and referring to fig. 7, the stone paper material P2 composed of three layers of stone paper comprises: a first layer of paper 10, a second layer of paper 20, and a third layer of paper 30; referring to fig. 6A to 6D, the long sides L of the first, second and third sheets 10, 20 and 30 are stacked in a shingled manner such that the second half of the width W of the 1/2 short side of the first sheet 10 occupied by the second surface 10B of the first sheet 10 is adhered to the first half of the width W of the 1/2 short side of the second sheet 20 occupied by the first surface 20A of the second sheet 20, and the second half of the width W of the 1/2 short side of the second sheet 20 occupied by the second surface 20B of the second sheet 20 is adhered to the first half of the width W of the 1/2 short side of the third sheet 30 occupied by the first surface 30A of the third sheet 30.

Referring to fig. 8, in the stone paper straw in which the stone paper material P2 is wound in a spiral and staggered overlapping manner into a tubular shape, from the end point of the first turn of winding of the stone paper material P2 and the winding portion after the end point, the first half of the 1/2 short side width W of the first layer of paper 10 occupied by the second surface 10B of the first layer of paper 10 is pasted on the second half of the 1/2 short side width W of the second layer of paper 20 occupied by the first surface 20A of the second layer of paper 20 (marked with the symbol S1 in the figure), and the first half of the 1/2 short side width W of the second layer of paper 20 occupied by the second surface 20B of the second layer of paper 20 is pasted on the second half of the 1/2 short side width W of the third layer of paper 30 (marked with the symbol S2 in the figure). The stone paper straw is wound into a tubular shape in a spiral and staggered overlapping mode, wherein the first layer of paper 10 becomes the outermost layer of the stone paper straw, the second layer of paper 20 becomes the middle layer of the stone paper straw, and the third layer of paper 30 becomes the inner layer of the stone paper straw (see figure 9).

Fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of an apparatus configuration of an embodiment of the method for manufacturing a stone paper straw according to the present invention. According to an embodiment shown in the drawing, the first, second and third paper layers 10, 20 and 30 with the same short side width W are respectively wound into a roll as a material source for manufacturing the stone paper straw, the first, second and third paper layers 10, 20 and 30 are respectively coated with food-grade adhesive by an adhesive coating unit 40 on the surfaces of the first and second paper layers 10, 20 and 30, which are jointed together, preferably using hot melt adhesive as adhesive, the hot melt adhesive can be heated into a fluid shape by an external heating assembly (not shown), and then sprayed onto the contact surfaces of the first, second and third paper layers 10, 20 and 30 by an adhesive coating unit 40, and then the first, second and third paper layers 10, 20 and 30 are guided to the hot melt adhesive winding device 50 together, and the first paper layer 10, second and third paper layers 10, 30 are connected to each other by spraying, The second layer of paper 20 and the third layer of paper 30 are bonded into a stone paper material P2, and finally, the stone paper straw with three layers of pipe walls is continuously produced in a spiral winding mode.

Referring to fig. 12, the stone paper straw of the present invention uses two layers of stone paper P or three layers of stone paper P2 adhered to each other in a spiral winding and staggered overlapping manner to continuously produce a tubular structure, and cuts the tubular structure at a predetermined straw length to continuously and massively produce a large quantity of stone paper straws, wherein a section of stone paper straws initially completed in the winding process should be cut and discarded because the tubular structure does not have two or three layers.
