Background

In the pellet production process, the chain grate machine is divided into an air blowing drying section, an air draft drying section, a preheating I section and a preheating II section according to the process division. The drying section is used for drying the green pellets from the pellet making chamber and drying the moisture in the green pellets by hot air. The preheating section preheats green balls without water, so that the green balls can reach the strength of entering the kiln. If the moisture of the green pellets is not completely dried in the drying section of the chain grate machine, the green pellets with some moisture enter the preheating section I, and due to the existence of the burst temperature, when the temperature in the preheating section I is higher than the burst temperature of the green pellets, the green pellets burst in the preheating section I of the chain grate machine, a large amount of dust is generated, not only can the ring formation of the rotary kiln be caused, but also the adhesion of the grate plate holes of the chain grate machine can be caused, and the production is seriously influenced.

The temperature of hot air contacted with the green pellets in the blowing drying section of the chain grate machine is 200 ℃, the temperature of hot air contacted with the exhausting drying section is 350 ℃, and the two temperatures are basically lower than the bursting temperature of the green pellets. The temperature of hot air in the preheating I section of the chain grate machine is 650 ℃, the temperature gradient is increased radically, and green balls with moisture are cracked after entering the preheating I section.

In the most original design, hot air (650 ℃) from the second cooling section of the circular cooler directly enters the upper cover of the preheating I section of the chain grate machine through a pipeline, and the design directly causes green pellets to burst in the preheating I section. The two designs reduce the temperature of the upper cover at the joint of the air draft drying section and the preheating I section of the chain grate machine in an air mixing mode, so that the temperature gradient inside the chain grate machine stably rises, and the risk of green pellets bursting is reduced. The two designs reduce the risk of green ball bursting, but the effect of mixed wind cannot be artificially controlled in actual production, and the phenomenon of green ball falling can be caused. The invention has the advantages that:

The gas temperature in the hearth can be adjusted by interlocking the thermocouple 16 with the combustion fan. The temperature of the hot air after air mixing is observed on line through a thermocouple 16, and if the temperature reaches a desired value, a cold air mixing valve 17 can be closed; if the mixed air temperature is higher than the expected value, the cool air charging valve 17 is opened, the opening degree of the valve is adjusted, and the cold air intake amount is controlled until the requirement is met.

The hot air pipeline 7 at the top of the upper cover of the preheating I section is generally designed into a circular pipeline, the diameter of the circular pipeline is 3.3m, and the length of the circular pipeline is consistent with that of the preheating I section 3 of the chain grate machine. The pipeline is made of Q235 steel plates with the thickness of 10mm, and corundum refractory castable with the thickness of 230mm is poured on the inner wall of the pipeline.
