Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of knitting needle visual detection, in particular to a single-camera multi-parameter knitting needle visual detection system.

Background

The automatic detection of finished knitting needles needs to be realized in a knitting needle workshop, so that the situation that the existing domestic knitting needle industry depends on manual and visual detection, the requirement on the technical level of workers is high (three-month technical training), the labor intensity of the workers is high, the consistency of detection results is difficult to guarantee, and the detection results seriously depend on the technical level of the workers is changed.

In recent years, with the development of machine vision related theory, machine vision-based detection technology has gradually become an important industrial detection means, and the detection efficiency of products is continuously improved. However, in the field of knitting needle detection, the detection is mainly performed by manpower at present, no mature application case can be referred to, and the detection efficiency is low.

The existing knitting needle is manufactured by processing a metal sheet as shown in figures 1 and 2, and the positions A, B and C, the total length D, the levelness and the bending degree of the knitting needle need to meet the design requirements. And the industrial camera used for visual inspection is expensive, and how to reduce the use cost of the industrial camera is an object of important research of enterprises.

In view of the above, the applicant has made an intensive study on the above-mentioned defects in the prior art, and has made this invention.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a single-camera multi-parameter knitting needle visual detection system which has the characteristics of improving the detection efficiency of knitting needles and reducing the cost of a detection camera.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the solution of the invention is:

a single-camera multi-parameter knitting needle visual detection system comprises an automatic needle falling device, a first detection sorting area, a second detection sorting area, a slide rail, a detection camera, a camera driving mechanism and a detection control device; the first detection sorting mechanism is respectively connected with the automatic needle falling device and the second detection sorting area; the sliding rail is erected above the first detection sorting area and the second detection sorting area, the camera driving mechanism drives the detection camera to be arranged on the sliding rail in a sliding mode, and the detection camera detects and shoots the knitting needles on the first detection sorting area and the second detection sorting area; the detection control device is respectively and electrically connected with the automatic needle falling device, the first detection sorting area, the second detection sorting area and the camera driving mechanism; the detection control device respectively controls the automatic needle falling device, the first detection sorting area, the second detection sorting area and the camera driving mechanism.

Furthermore, the first detection sorting area comprises two parallel threaded rods and a screw driving device for synchronously driving the two threaded rods to rotate, and the distance between the threads on the threaded rods is matched with the thickness of a knitting needle; the automatic needle dropping device is arranged at one end of each threaded rod to convey knitting needles to the two threaded rods; the first detection sorting area further comprises a push plate and a plurality of push blocks independently arranged on the push plate, a first driving mechanism for driving the push plate to move towards the direction of the threaded rod is arranged on the push plate, and a second driving mechanism for driving the push blocks to move is respectively arranged on the plurality of push blocks; and the detection control device controls the push block to move to push off unqualified knitting needles from the knitting needles on the two threaded rods.

Further, the second detection sorting area comprises a detection platform and a turnover mechanism for turning over the detection platform, and the detection platform is positioned below the tail end of the threaded rod and used for receiving the knitting needles falling down along with the rotation of the threaded rod; the turnover mechanism is provided with a horizontal detection station, a qualified product turnover station and a defective product turnover station; and a qualified product collecting region and a defective product collecting region which respectively correspond to the qualified product overturning station and the defective product overturning station are arranged on the side of the detection platform, and the qualified product collecting region and the defective product collecting region are respectively used for receiving knitting needles which slide from the detection platform at the qualified product overturning station and the defective product overturning station.

Furthermore, the second detection sorting area comprises a detection platform and a sorting mechanical arm, the detection platform is located below the tail end of the threaded rod and used for bearing the knitting needles falling along with the rotation of the threaded rod, and a knitting needle suction device is fixedly arranged at the tail end of the sorting mechanical arm. Further, the detection platform comprises a detection flat plate and a platform driving mechanism arranged below the detection flat plate, wherein the platform driving mechanism comprises a track arranged horizontally below the detection flat plate and a driving motor for driving the detection flat plate to move along the track; the platform driving mechanism drives the detection flat plate to horizontally and transversely move so as to receive a plurality of knitting needles.

Further, the detection platform comprises a detection conveyor belt which is horizontally arranged, and the platform driving mechanism drives the detection conveyor belt to rotate around a supporting roller of the detection conveyor belt so as to bear the plurality of knitting needles.

Furthermore, a separation strip is arranged on the detection platform, the separation strip divides the detection platform into a plurality of detection areas, and at most one knitting needle is placed in each detection area.

After the structure is adopted, the single-camera multi-parameter knitting needle visual detection system has at least the following beneficial effects:

firstly, knitting needles fall into the first detection sorting area through an automatic needle falling device, the detection camera slides on the slide rail to the position above the first detection sorting area to shoot the knitting needles in the first detection sorting area for detection and identification of the detection control device, unqualified knitting needles are removed, and qualified knitting needles are conveyed into the second detection sorting area; and then the detection camera slides to the position above the second detection sorting area along the slide rail to shoot the knitting needles at another angle for detection and identification of the detection control device. Because the detection cameras can be switched between the first detection sorting area and the second detection sorting area through the sliding rails, the number of the detection cameras is saved, and the manufacturing and using cost of the detection device is reduced.

And secondly, the detection camera can shoot on the sliding rail above the first detection sorting area or the second detection sorting area in a sliding mode, and the detection control device performs detection operation on the formed photos in the panoramic mode. Therefore, the shooting range of the detection camera at a certain moment is reduced, so that the requirement on the resolution ratio of the detection camera is lowered, and the cost of the detection camera is saved.

In order to further explain the technical solution of the present invention, the present invention is explained in detail by the following specific examples.

As shown in fig. 1 to 11, the single-camera multi-parameter knitting needle visual detection system according to the present invention includes an automatic needle dropping device 1, a first detecting and sorting area 2, a second detecting and sorting area 3, a slide rail 4, a detecting camera 5, a camera driving mechanism 6, and a detection control device; the first detection sorting mechanism is respectively connected with the automatic needle falling device 1 and the second detection sorting area 3; the slide rail 4 is erected above the first detection sorting area 2 and the second detection sorting area 3, the camera driving mechanism 6 drives the detection camera 5 to be arranged on the slide rail 4 in a sliding mode, and the detection camera 5 detects and shoots the knitting needles 7 on the first detection sorting area 2 and the second detection sorting area 3; the detection control device is respectively and electrically connected with the automatic needle falling device 1, the first detection sorting area 2, the second detection sorting area 3 and the camera driving mechanism 6; the detection control device respectively controls the automatic needle falling device 1, the first detection sorting area 2, the second detection sorting area 3 and the camera driving mechanism 6. The detection control device is the prior art and is not the key point of the scheme, and the detection control device detects the image shot by the detection camera 5 through a genetic algorithm.

The detection camera 5 can shoot on the sliding rail 4 above the first detection sorting area 2 or the second detection sorting area 3 in a sliding mode, and the detection control device performs detection operation on the formed photos in the panoramic mode. Therefore, the shooting range of the detection camera 5 at a certain moment is reduced, so that the requirement on the resolution of the detection camera 5 is reduced, and the cost of the detection camera 5 is saved.

Preferably, the first detecting and sorting area 2 comprises two parallel threaded rods 21 and a screw driving device 22 for synchronously driving the two threaded rods 21 to rotate, and the thread pitch on the threaded rods 21 is matched with the thickness of the knitting needle 7; the automatic needle dropping device 1 is arranged at one end of the threaded rods 21 to convey the knitting needles 7 to the two threaded rods 21; the first detection sorting area 2 further comprises a push plate 23 and a plurality of push blocks 24 which are independently arranged on the push plate 23, a first driving mechanism for driving the push plate 23 to move towards the direction of the threaded rod 21 is arranged on the push plate 23, and a second driving mechanism for driving the push blocks 24 to move is respectively arranged on the plurality of push blocks 24; the detection control device controls the push block 24 to act to push off unqualified knitting needles 7 from the knitting needles 7 on the two threaded rods 21.

The knitting needles 7 fall into the first detection sorting area 2 through the automatic needle falling device 1, the detection camera 5 slides on the slide rail 4 to the position above the first detection sorting area 2 to shoot the knitting needles 7 in the first detection sorting area 2 for detection and identification of the detection control device, unqualified knitting needles 7 are removed, and qualified knitting needles 7 are conveyed to the second detection sorting area 3; subsequently, the detection camera 5 slides along the slide rail 4 to above the second detection and sorting area 3 to take another angle of shooting for the knitting needle 7 for detection and identification by the detection control device. Because the detection cameras 5 can be switched between the first detection sorting area 2 and the second detection sorting area 3 through the sliding rails 4, the number of the detection cameras 5 is reduced, and the manufacturing and using cost of the detection device is reduced.

Preferably, as a first embodiment of the present invention, the second detecting and sorting area 3 comprises a detecting platform 31 and a turnover mechanism 32 for turning over the detecting platform 31, wherein the detecting platform 31 is located below the end of the threaded rod 21 and is used for receiving the knitting needle 7 falling down along with the rotation of the threaded rod 21; the turnover mechanism 32 is provided with a horizontal detection station, a qualified product turnover station and a defective product turnover station; and a qualified product collecting region and a defective product collecting region which respectively correspond to the qualified product overturning station and the defective product overturning station are arranged on the side of the detection platform 31 and are respectively used for receiving the knitting needles 7 which slide from the detection platform 31 on the qualified product overturning station and the defective product overturning station. When the knitting needle 7 falls onto the detection platform 31 along with the rotation of the threaded rod 21, the turnover mechanism 32 is located at a horizontal detection station, the detection camera 5 takes a picture of the knitting needle 7 on the detection platform 31 from top to bottom, the detection control device analyzes the taken picture and controls the turnover mechanism 32 to act, the detection platform 31 is rotationally connected to the turnover mechanism 32, the turnover mechanism 32 further comprises a telescopic rod 321, the telescopic rod 321 is fixedly connected to the detection platform 31, and the detection platform 31 is supported by two ends of a supporting cylindrical rod on the turnover mechanism 32 and the top end of the telescopic rod 321; when the knitting needle 7 is a qualified product, the telescopic rod 321 extends upwards, the turnover mechanism 32 is turned to the qualified product turnover station, the knitting needle 7 slides to the qualified product collection region under the action of gravity, when the knitting needle 7 is a defective product, the telescopic rod 321 retracts, the turnover mechanism 32 is turned to the defective product turnover station, and the knitting needle 7 slides to the defective product collection region under the action of gravity.

Preferably, the second detecting and sorting area 3 comprises a detecting platform 31 and a sorting manipulator 33, the detecting platform 31 is positioned below the tail end of the threaded rod 21 and is used for receiving the knitting needles 7 falling along with the rotation of the threaded rod 21, and a knitting needle suction device 331 is fixedly arranged at the tail end of the sorting manipulator 33. The sorting manipulator 33 is positioned at the left side or the right side of the detection platform 31, and after the detection control device analyzes the detection, the sorting manipulator 33 is controlled to remove unqualified knitting needles 7 through the knitting needle suction device 331 at the tail end, and the qualified knitting needles 7 are sent to a qualified product collection area.

As the second embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the detection platform 31 includes a detection flat plate 311 and a platform driving mechanism 312 disposed below the detection flat plate 311, and the platform driving mechanism 312 includes a rail 313 disposed horizontally below the detection flat plate 311 and a driving motor 314 driving the detection flat plate 311 to move along the rail 313; the platform driving mechanism 312 drives the detection flat plate 311 to horizontally move transversely to receive a plurality of knitting needles 7. As shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, the detecting platform 31 is slidably connected to the slide rail 4, each time the knitting needle 7 falls from the end of the threaded rod 21 onto the detecting platform 311, the driving motor 314 drives the detecting platform 311 to horizontally move, each time the detecting platform moves a fixed distance to receive the falling knitting needle 7, until the set number is reached, the detecting platform 311 is reset to be right below the detecting camera 5 to take a picture under the driving of the driving motor 314, and the detecting control device analyzes and controls the knitting needle 7 sorting mechanism to reject the unqualified knitting needle 7 and collect the qualified knitting needle 7.

Preferably, a separating strip 316 is arranged on the detection platform 31, the separating strip 316 divides the detection platform 31 into a plurality of detection areas, and at most one knitting needle 7 is placed in each detection area. By arranging the separating strip 316, the limit between the knitting needles 7 on the detecting platform 31 is clearer, and the transverse movement amplitude of the knitting needles 7 on the detecting platform 31 is limited, so that the effective detection of the knitting needles 7 by the detecting camera 5 is ensured.
