When the tire-carrying telescopic cylinder 323 extends outwards, the two tire-carrying clamps 322 at the two ends are driven to open; when the tire-carrying telescopic cylinder 323 retracts, the two tire-carrying clamps 322 at the two ends are driven to retract. The tire-loading telescopic cylinder 323 can drive the tire-loading clamp 322 to move along the support member 321, and can support the tire-loading clamp 322. Specifically, the supporting member 321 is a rod, the tire-carrying clamp 322 is a clamping plate, the middle portions of the two clamping plates are respectively slidably mounted on the rod, and two tire-carrying telescoping cylinders 323 are arranged and respectively connected with the opposite ends of the two clamping plates, that is, the two ends of each clamping plate are respectively connected with the tire-carrying telescoping cylinders 323, so that the two clamping plates are more stable when being opened or retracted.

The following description will take a preferred embodiment as an example.

This portable dismouting equipment of heavy load tire, including lift truck 1, main part frame 2 and year child subassembly 3.

The lift car 1 includes three sets of paired casters 11, a pair of spur gears, and a main body frame 2 rotation motor. Wherein, the three sets of paired caster wheels 11 comprise a front two sets of directional wheels and a rear set of universal wheels, which can realize the movement of the device along the direction X, Y as a whole. The main body frame rotation driving device 13 is a motor and is connected to the body of the lift truck 1 through a pair of spur gears, so that the main body frame 2 is integrally rotated in the Z-axis direction.

The main body frame 2 comprises a main column, a vertical telescopic cylinder, a push-pull telescopic cylinder 23 and a support rod 24. One end of the vertical telescopic cylinder is connected with a large straight gear 12 shaft sleeve, and the other end of the vertical telescopic cylinder is connected with the upright post 21, so that the main body frame 2 moves up and down integrally. The support rod 24 has one end fixed to the upright 21 and the other end hinged to the main beam 31 of the tire-carrying assembly 3. One end of the push-pull telescopic cylinder 23 is connected to the upright post 21, the other end is connected to the main beam 31, and the tire carrying assembly 3 is integrally rotated around the Y axis while pulling the tire carrying frame 32 together with the support rod 24.

The tire carrying assembly 3 comprises a main beam 31, a tire carrying frame 32, a tensioning cylinder and a tire carrying frame rotation driving device 33. Wherein, one end of the main beam 31 is connected with the support rod 24 and the push-pull telescopic cylinder 23 at the same time, and the other end is connected with the tire carrier 32 and provides support for the same. Two groups of tightening oil cylinders are arranged on the tire carrying frame 32, the tightening oil cylinders are a specific form of the tire carrying telescopic cylinder 323, and the gripping and supporting of the tire carrying frame 32 on heavy-duty tires are realized through the push-pull action of the tightening oil cylinders. The tire carrier rotation driving device 33 is a motor, is arranged on the main beam 31, is connected with the tire carrier 32 through a belt, and provides power to realize the rotation of the whole tire carrier 32 around the X axis.

The operation process of the heavy-duty tire movable dismounting device is as follows:

1. a worker operates the heavy-duty tire movable dismounting device to the outer side of a product to be mounted, and another worker uses a travelling crane to lift the tire to be mounted to a position to be mounted.

2. And starting the tightening oil cylinder to open the tire carrier 32, operating the dismounting and mounting equipment to move the whole equipment forwards, and then utilizing the tightening oil cylinder to retract the tire carrier 32 to complete the grabbing and supporting of the dismounting and mounting equipment to the tire to be mounted.

3. The dismounting device is operated to the outer side of the axle to be mounted, the main body frame rotary driving device 13 is started to enable the tire to be mounted to face the axle, the vertical telescopic cylinder is operated to enable the tire to be mounted to reach the height to be mounted, the push-pull telescopic cylinder 23 is operated to enable the hub of the tire to be mounted to face the end face of the axle, and the tire carrier rotary driving device 33 is started to enable the bolt hole of the hub of the tire to be mounted to be aligned with the stud position of the axle.

4. And (3) operating the dismounting device to push the tire to be mounted into the axle to be mounted, fastening the bolt by a worker, starting the tightening oil cylinder to open the tire carrier 32, operating the dismounting device to withdraw from the assembly station, and repeating the steps 1-3 to complete the assembly of the four wheels of the whole chassis.

The movable heavy-duty tire dismounting equipment can adapt to heavy tires of different sizes through the tensioning oil cylinders arranged on the tire carrying frame 32, and the universality is realized. Through three sets of paired truckles 11, main part frame 2 and the integration that carries child subassembly 3 that are equipped with on lift truck 1, realized collecting its automatic transportation, support in an organic whole, avoided danger such as crushing that probably takes place in the manual handling to large-scale heavy load tire, embodied its security. Through the universal wheel and the main body frame rotary driving device 13 equipped on the lift truck 1, the vertical telescopic cylinder and the push-pull telescopic cylinder 23 equipped on the main body frame 2 and the main body frame rotary driving device 13 equipped on the tire carrying assembly 3, the freedom degree of the tire in six directions is realized, the disassembly and assembly work of the tire can be completed without other tools, and the functionality of the tire is ensured.
