Background

As the lean production concept is gradually popularized, a single-side power transmission line (refer to fig. 1) is provided in an existing factory, and the transmission line is applied to various production environments. For example, in the field of automobile production, for conveying skids for fixing vehicle shells. The conveying line comprises supporting rails which are respectively positioned on two sides, wherein an annular driving belt is arranged on the supporting rail on one side, a skid is hung on the annular driving belt during use, and the skid moves by means of friction force between the skid and the annular driving belt. The conveying line is simple in structure, the driving motor only needs to load the weight of the narrow guide rail on one side during operation, and the conveying line has the characteristics of energy conservation and high efficiency. However, when the power of the conveyor line is output on one side, the skid is easy to rotate around the unpowered side, so that the center of gravity of the skid is far away from the annular driving belt (refer to fig. 2), the friction force between the skid and the annular driving belt is reduced, and the skid cannot slide. The existing improvement method is to arrange guide wheels on two sides of a conveying line to straighten a skid, but the size of the skid is large, so that the guide wheels and the skid are difficult to avoid deviation, and the actual using effect of the guide wheels is not good.

As a further improvement of the above technical solution, in order to facilitate straightening of a conventional square member, the straightening surface is perpendicular to the extension direction of the bracket.

As a further improvement of the technical scheme, in order to avoid that the straightening block cannot rotate because the force of the workpiece acting on the straightening block points to the center of the first rotating shaft when the workpiece slides on the bracket and meets the straightening block, the first rotating shaft is arranged below the bracket.

As a further improvement of the above technical solution, in order to make the spring not easily come off, the bottom surface of the extension arm is provided with a first groove, the top surface of the spring abuts against the first groove, and the bottom surface of the spring abuts against the arm connecting hole.
