1. A non-fluorescent anti-collapse fluid loss agent for petroleum exploration drilling fluid is prepared by the following steps:

a. extracting sodium humate from waste coal gangue, alkali and water in coal mine at 95-100 deg.C;

b. hydrolyzing acrylonitrile sodium salt by the waste acrylic fiber yarn under the alkaline condition at the temperature of 110-150 ℃;

c. the two intermediates are subjected to graft copolymerization and added into a reaction kettle to react to form the sodium humate multipolymer.

2. The non-fluorescent anti-collapse and anti-dropping agent for the drilling fluid for the petroleum exploration, as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step a, the reaction is carried out for 4h-8h by using 400% coal gangue in an alkali ratio of 1: 150; in the step b, 1: 2-25% of waste acrylic fibers in percentage by weight of alkali are hydrolyzed under the condition of 140 ℃ at 130-; in the step c, two intermediates are subjected to graft copolymerization according to the weight ratio of acrylonitrile sodium salt 1: reacting 2-25% sodium humate at 90 deg.C for 2h, and drying.

a. extracting sodium humate from waste coal gangue, alkali and water in coal mine at 95-100 deg.C;

b. hydrolyzing acrylonitrile on the waste acrylic fibers at the temperature of 110-150 ℃ and 0.6Mpa under the alkaline condition;

c. the two intermediates are subjected to graft copolymerization and added into a reaction kettle to react to form the sodium humate multipolymer.

b. hydrolyzing acrylonitrile sodium salt by the waste acrylic fiber yarn under the alkaline condition at the temperature of 110-150 ℃;

c. the two intermediates are subjected to graft copolymerization and added into a reaction kettle to react to form the sodium humate multipolymer.

a. extracting sodium humate from waste coal gangue, alkali and water in coal mine at 95-100 deg.C;

b. hydrolyzing acrylonitrile on the waste acrylic fibers at the temperature of 110-150 ℃ and 0.6Mpa under the alkaline condition;

c. the two intermediates are subjected to graft copolymerization and added into a reaction kettle to react to form the sodium humate multipolymer.

The reaction mechanism of the present invention:

Detailed Description

A preparation method of a non-fluorescent anti-collapse fluid loss agent for petroleum exploration drilling fluid comprises the following steps:

a. reacting waste coal gangue, alkali and water in a coal mine at 95-100 ℃ for 4-8 h by using 400% of coal gangue in an alkali ratio of 1:150 to extract sodium humate;

b. hydrolyzing acrylonitrile sodium salt by using waste acrylic fibers at the temperature of 110-150 ℃ and preferably at the temperature of 130-140 ℃ and under the conditions that the weight ratio of alkali is 1: 2-25% and the hydrolysis time is 8-12 h under the alkaline condition;

c. and (3) carrying out graft copolymerization on the two intermediates, adding the two intermediates into a reaction kettle, and reacting to form the sodium humate multipolymer, wherein the graft copolymerization of the two intermediates is carried out according to the weight ratio of acrylonitrile sodium salt 1: reacting 2-25% sodium humate at 90 deg.C for 2h, and drying.

The non-fluorescent anti-collapse fluid loss agent for the petroleum exploration drilling fluid is prepared by the preparation method.

The product is subjected to a water loss reducing performance parallelism comparison test with similar products used in the current drilling production, and the results are shown in table 1.

The data in table 1 show that the fluorescence-free anti-collapse fluid loss additive FH-610 for drilling fluid has very obvious advantages compared with other similar products in both the normal-temperature and high-temperature pressure filtration loss of fresh water drilling fluid or brine drilling fluid.

The fluorescence-free anti-collapse and water loss agent FH-610 for the drilling fluid is tested by a quality supervision and inspection center of chemical agents in oil fields in the petroleum industry, and the result is shown in Table 2.
